My husband has been searching for authentic champoong. and this place has it. It is located in a food court in Santa ana. so you can have it to go,or eat there. there are plenty of sitting areas and they have the cleaningpeople who are always on standby. A little on the pricey side but the serving was big. It can feed 2 peopleper serving. They have lots of options on their menu( korean, and some burgers too)

If you are looking for a super casual and affordable Korean spot then this is it. It is located as the first food spot on the right right when you walk into the food mall. They are known for their black bean noodles, korean style ramen, and rice plates. But I came for their Cham cheese dog. I came here with one other person and we shared their black bean noodles and the cheese dog. Both were delicious. The black bean noodles was a large serving. The noodles were delicious and the black bean sauce was very flavorful. I like that the ratio of sauce to noodles was just right. There was even chunks of meat in the sauce. The Cham cheese dog was okay. I wish they would ask if I would prefer to not have sugar on my cheese dog instead of just putting it on. However, they didn't put a lot and it was good. Also, I wish the cheese was more cheesy and melted but I appreciate it didn't burn me. We enjoyed both items here.I think the noodles were under $15 and the cheese dog was $4. They do not take card if you spend less than $20. You order at the register and they call your name when it is ready. Since it is located in a food mall the sitting situation is communal. The staff was nice and helpful. The food came out pretty quick. I do want to come back and try their soup items.

This place is located in the bustling plaza of Bristol Food Court. The service was quite fast, as there was only two people working at the entire restaurant. I went here once before. The first time I ordered black bean noodles, and they were really tasty. Today, I ordered tteokbokki and it was sooooo good. Like maybe I was just hungry at the time, but it was really tasty and the rice cakes were just the right spicy level and chewy. It was so good I forgot to take a photo of it. The overall food court is busy and it might be hard to find a seat during lunch hour. Overall, this place is a really good Korean joint that is rare to find in Santa Ana.

For what it is, which is a small comfort food café, they sure are awesome because they can serve and deliver an order as I requested, which is Jjajang Myun, without onions or beef! That's a tall order, because most cooks will not make it like that, but when you have this craving, it is impossible to find to order! This place delivers, which is why they get five stars.

I was really craving something warm so why not some Korean comfort food? Cham Korean Food is located in a busy food court that had tons of parking (thank god). Since they do make their food fresh to order, I did end up waiting a while for my food. Maybe about 30 minutes, so try to call in and order ahead. However, service was super nice so I didn't mind waiting at all!I ordered the spam musubi and mild tofu soup and the serving size was HUGE. I ate the soup for three meals in a row because it was so much, definitely meant to share. I've always preferred kimchi soup over tofu soup but this soup was SO GOOD. It had a super flavorful seafood and pork broth and was filled with goodies like squid, mussels, clams, pork, tofu, and mushrooms. This definitely warms you up on a cold day. The spam musubi was also a big size. It was two large musubis cut into halves but it felt like eating 4 musubis since it was so filling! They provide two sauces to dip in which only makes it better. Amazing Korean food, I can't wait to come back and try their black bean noodles or tteokboki! Definitely coming here if you're craving authentic Korean food.

First time trying this place and my gf and I got spam masubi plate, dumplings, and jjajangmyeon and Jjampong soup. Small little hole in the wall so had little expectation but we were blown away by the generous portion, taste, and service. Sweetest hard working couple that runs this stand but damn the food is solid. Would highly recommend, will be coming by again very soon!

I had been craving for Tteokboki (spicy rice cake) and Jjajamyun (black bean noodles) for quite some time, so I was so glad I stumbled across Cham Korean Food to help satisfy that craving! I made the mistake of not calling in ahead of time for a to-go order so it took about 25 minutes for our food to be made as they make it to order, but we went with the Tteokboki ($6.99), Jjajamyun ($8.99) and the Kimchi Fried Rice ($8.99). The food came out piping hot and I really enjoyed the spicy red chili paste sauce of the Tteokboki! Don't judge me, but there were times where I was just drinking the sauce by the spoonful because I liked it so much. The Jjajamyun noodles stayed warm during the 25 minute drive home and also hit the spot. While not bad, I'd probably pass on the Kimchi Fried Rice next time as it wasn't very flavorful especially in comparison to the other two dishes. The portion sizes for the price are also very reasonable. Even though the wait was a bit longer than expected, I really appreciated the kind service of the woman preparing our food. She was so sweet! Cham is located in the Bristol Food Court, so if you come here, don't expect much for ambience, and it's a bit inconvenient to drive to since it's not very close to any freeways, but it was still nice to try!

Got here by accident, looking for the pizza spot that used to be there. This spot doesn't dissapoints! Got our food to go.Drinks: Taro with boba & and matcha with boba.Spicy shimp noodles: Full of flavor and very generous portions.Beef Ramen: Big portions and broth were flavorful, not bland like some other places. Pork gyozas were delicious and came with great dipping sauce.
