Carolina's Italian Restaurant

Went to Carolina's on a Friday night (9pm) after getting their menu in the mail. From the outside it looked very unassuming but the inside is very warm and inviting! When we arrived there weren't too many folks but people steadily came in throughout our meal. Between two people we got: Carolina's Sampler (mozzarella sticks, wings, fried zucchini and calamari): everything was perfectly crispy and fried. Great app to start!-Cheese Tortellini: LOVED IT and big fan of the mushroom sauce -Pepperoni calzone: very cheese, bf loved it. It's very big so come hungry or ready to share!-Orange Italian cream soda: amazing. Going to have to try all the flavors now!Let me tell you, the portions were HUGE. We had enough leftovers for at least two additional meals. Great place to come if you're hungry or feeding a big group! The entire staff were attentive and friendly. They have late night hours on the weekend so were definitely adding this to our restaurant rotation :)

I wish I had checked Yelp before placing my order. It's evident that this establishment does not value the satisfaction of customers using the Too Good To Go app. Not only was the meal a complete ripoff--with food that was mediocre at best--but I was also charged an extra $3 for what was supposed to be an appetizer or dessert, only to be served tiny, unappealing blueberry muffins. Frankly, these muffins might have tasted better if I had used a box mix and baked them myself. Having frequented many Italian restaurants over the years, I've never seen such an underwhelming dessert on a menu.This experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth--both figuratively and literally--and stands as the single worst encounter I've had on the Too Good To Go app. Every other establishment on the app has been absolutely great, and this one tarnishes the overall reputation of the service. I urge potential customers to consider this before ordering and hope the establishment reconsiders its commitment to quality.

I don't get it...Maybe I'm ordering the wrong things? Every time I go to this place, it's disappointing. The pasta sauces are never good. Last time I tried the cheese tortellini and the sauce was gross. This time I tried the penne pesto pasta. The sauce was alright. It needed salt and maybe cheese? Tasted like it was missing an ingredient. 6/10My husband got a calzone and pasta. The meat calzone was cold and flavorless. His creamy chipotle pasta with sausage was bland. 5/10I ordered the cannoli for dessert. It came with 3 little pieces. The cream was not sweet. Shell was soft and not enough crunch. This was not my favorite cannoli. 5/10Overall, we were disappointed. I don't think we will be back. The food is so bland. And the sauces are off. I don't know if they are cutting ingredients to save money or what. But this place kinda sucks.

I accidentally ordered my food here instead of my regular spot but surprisingly it was good! The service was quick and easy and the tea was clean, welcoming and warm. I don't give it a sold 5 just because it is not as good as the other spot I normally go too but it's still good.

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant, both in terms of food quality and customer service. The order we received was not only poor in quality--burned bread, dry pasta, and spoiled tomatoes--but it also made my husband feel unwell after eating it.When I reached out for a refund manager Edger wanted me to email "GM" pictures since I wasn't willing to drive back 30 min to bring back my order. Tim Ibrahim (Owner) responding that they don't offer refunds, only store credit, effectively forcing us to return despite our terrible experience. Nowhere on their website is this "no-refund" policy stated, which feels misleading. They refused to issue a refund even after explaining our concerns about the food quality and health impacts. Luckily, we paid with our credit card and I have the option to do a chargeback.For anyone considering ordering from here, be aware of their lack of accountability. They seem to care more about enforcing their rigid policies than the well-being and satisfaction of their customers. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food or fair customer service.

Came to this place for a small industry event. The restaurant is compact and cozy, and at the time that I visited, appeared to be quite packed because of the event. A no nonsense, straight up, fairly- priced Italian restaurant that has a great selection of delectable traditional Italian appetizers and dishes. The Penne Pesto is one of the creamiest and yummiest I've had -- totally worth coming back for. Just make sure your order includes protein if you want it -- the order does not automatically come with it.

Love this place! The food is delicious the portions are big. They have great service very promptly taking order and brining out the food, great ambiance.

Brother brought me home a Pineapple Lemonade. Tasted pretty good, and was in a small mason jar.Not sure on service or ambiance, cuz I didn't have that experience with them yet.

Food and Service is AMAZING...Great Prices and Healthy Servings...Been here for many family events

Great food and the staff is very attentive .This a regular spot for good Italian food. Also have a very wide range of beers and wine
