First of walking in the people working are so sweet and welcoming! The woman working the front helped us and answered any questions we had! They brought our food to us and even brought us over some green sauce and red sauce! The food was exceptional! My tilapia grilled plate was everything! The fish was cooked perfectly! For sides I got the zucchini and white rice! I also got to try my mom's battered fish taco and that was crispy and delicious! We enjoyed having a late lunch at California Fish Grill! We can't wait to go back!

I live down the street and was excited to try this place last year when they opened up. Once I tried the food I was hooked and I come here once a week for my fix. My favorites are: (the seasonal) Miso Salmon Plate, Dynamite Shrimp Bowl, Sockeye Salmon Plate and Mediterranean Chicken Wrap. I wish they had more wild caught fish on the menu. Right now the only wild caught fish is the Sockeye Salmon and it's a couple dollars more expensive than the other farm raised salmons (which I am okay with). The service here is always top notch and like the friendliest and nicest people work here. Even though you order on a kiosk when you come in (cashless) they always ask if you have questions or need help. They offer you a water cup while you're waiting for your to go orders. I'm not sure who trained these staff members, but give yourselves a pat on the back for the great job! I'd also like to say that all my 16+ orders have been 100% correct which is great. This location is always super clean inside. I would highly recommend.

I'm not typically a repeat dining offender, but I can't seem to stay away from California Fish Grill. This is my go-to chain for when I'm in the mood for a healthy bite to eat. So far I've tried the chicken wrap and the salmon tacos. Both are light, yet filling. Both come with a side of fries, which are perfectly crispy. I also love that CA Fish Grill offers kombucha. Synergy is one of my favorite kombucha brands, so it's great to have this an option for an easy grab-and-go with dinner. I've yet to try their salads or sandwiches, but both will most definitely be included in a future order. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a meal that will make you feel good!

Can't believe that I slept on California Fish grill. They've been around for decades but I only just tried it recently per the recommendation of my friend. I tended to avoid California Fish Grill because I wasn't sure how much the meals cost and if there were ever enough in variety to choose from. CFG is extremely affordable and this location caters to those looking for a more casual setting to dine in or order to-go. On average, the plates cost about $15 per person and it's portions are large in value. I could see myself eating dinner and lunch here often. The kiosks at the front make it useful to order your food and browse through selections at your convenience. The soda fountain is accessible for refills. My boyfriend and I ate here two nights and row and tried various entres that did not disappoint. PS, you can NEVER go wrong with classic fish and ships. Also, you will never find a sea bass or mahi mahi entree at such a good quality and price anywhere else.

I was more than pleasantly surprised at this casual fast food eatery. I am usually leery at fast food seafood places but this place was fantastic! For the grilled plates, you choose the protein, then the sauce, and then 2 sides. We ordered the grilled shrimp plate with seasoned olive oil and chose sweet potato fries and zucchini for our sides. You have the option to choose upgraded sides for an extra buck or two. We also ordered three out of the four tacos: the battered fish taco, the chicken taco, and the Cajun salmon taco.The portions are very nice for the price that you pay. We got 6 large grilled shrimp and they were very fresh and tender and flavorful. You would probably be paying $30 for this dish at a restaurant but it was half of that at California fish grill. The tacos were all very good as well but the favorite was the battered fish taco. The sea salt mango juice came in a very large cup for $4 and was very good (thick consistency) and not too sweet.The eatery was clean as was the restrooms. This was located at the end of a strip mall with plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and supplied us with extra utensils, napkins and dipping sauces. It was nice to be eating fast food with actual plates and utensils!If you're looking for a place with great seafood at a good price, this place is for you!

The newest location had a grand opening event to try out their dishes. I hadn't ever had their appetizers, so I went with the poke and it was really good. Perfectly spicy with a delicious green sauce. You get to pick the rice type, or greens if you prefer. I love that they offer Stubborn soda here. It's probably the best quality soda out there that actually tastes good. I already knew I wanted their fish & chips, but I also wanted to try the calamari. Luckily they have a combo order that lets you have both! The rosemary-zucchini was ok, and even though I love both, I guess I don't really care for the two together. My man was surprised that they had Catfish, so he had to get it. He ordered the corn & brussel sprouts as sides and they were both phenomenal! I really wanted to try the new sweet potato fries, but they weren't available. Hope to get them next time though!

They don't include malt vinegar with your fish and chips, you have to ask for it specifically. I asked for it, and they still didn't include it in my order. The packaging was dumb, completely soggy bed of fries with the fish tightly packed on top. It's relatively cheap, and that's still too much money for the quality (let alone crappy service that can't properly fill a simple order).
