Cali fusion Addictive tacos

There are few food trucks on this street (Sycamore) but imo, this one is the best. Especially if you're looking for birria de chivo (goat) like me. I've cut down a lot these days but for several years I ate goat birria 2-3 times a week and tried most of the places around here. As far as taco trucks go, I think this place has the best birria de chivo - much better than their main birria competitor truck just up the street, La Cascada. I also love their creamy jalapeno hot sauce that goes perfect with their birria tacos.Order them enchilados style, which means it will be dipped in the consume turning out orange colored and crispy. I sometimes ask for extra crispy and even add cheese. I've tried some of the other meats and they're good, but I really only eat the birria here. I also appreciate they give you sliced rabanos (radish) and I usually ask for extra.They also may be good for vegetarians as they have 3 different vegetable options for tacos (which I never tried).

These are my favorite tacos in California, the quesabirria tacos with queso are to die for! You will not regret eating here.

Carne Asada torta with pickled veggies (cebollas en vinagre) and hot habanero sauce was excellent!!!

I love the flavor of the Al pastor tacos! The carne asada torta is delicious! This is my go to spot every week.

All I can say is yum. My husband told me he found a cool taco truck and picked some tacos for us to try. What drew him to the taco truck was the pictures of their hot sauce. Honestly their hot sauce did not disappoint!! You already know the tacos are gonna be fire when the hot sauce is on point. This is not your average watered down taco sauce that most places offer. This is thick packed with flavor hot sauce. I had the tripa and asada tacos. I love that they add pickled radish on top. Like WOW!!!!! The meat had so much flavor and the tripa was cooked right!! Nice crispy outside with that milky center. I'm drooling as I write this review.

We were hungry and looking for tacos! The tacos (asada, pastor, choriqueso) were great ! Their salsas were flavorful and spicy! Lots of different food options. Grilled nopales was my favorite add on. The red onions were delicious too. Couldn't give 5 stars because of price transparency. No price menu listed.

Been going here for like 7 years. The absolute best. The salsa is also very hot and very good.

These tacos are my go to everytime the tacos taste so fresh and good. The workers are so nice and friendly and their salsa is amazing.

Best Mexican food truck out there, everything is hand made and with options other trucks don't have 10/10

first time here but definitely won't be our last! Mister had asada taco's thought they were great. I had the calabiceta tacos (love that they offer several veggie options) very flavorful. Cannot wait to go back
