Cutest coffee cart I've seen AND even better you can top your coffee off with a Concha. The churro iced coffee was absolutely delicious.

I was really excited to try Café Cordova, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. First, I was forced to purchase an entire flower arrangement just to get a concha, which was misleading since their Instagram makes it seem like you can buy the concha on its own. Nowhere on the trailer or in their marketing was pricing listed, which felt incredibly frustrating when I found out I had to pay around $50 for three drinks and a single concha--an outrageous price for what I actually received.On top of that, I told the cashier it was my first time and that I prefer strong coffee. She recommended a drink, but it ended up being overly sweet and nowhere near what I was looking for.As for the ambiance? Well, there really isn't any. It's just a setup in a parking lot with no real atmosphere that would make me want to return. I drove all the way from South County, and unfortunately, it was not worth the trip. I won't be coming back.

LOVE this local coffee truck! Been a customer since the start of this small business. Highly recommend the horchata cafe de olla with a shot espresso! Both sweet and strong.

If you ever get a chance to try Café Cordova then I highly recommend doing so! What a treat and so different that I was stoked my girlfriend and I were able to give it a try.My girlfriend and I checked out Toon Town Market in Fullerton and saw this gorgeous pop up. They had a lot of treats, pan dulce, and beverages that really stood out. Conchas on top of drinks, fresa beverages... You name it they made it! I had the Churro Iced Coffee and it was so good that I forgot to take a photo since I was already drinking it.Overall it was amazing to try and glad we could give it a taste test. The pop up was so cute and if we head down again then you best believe we will get another beverage from Café Cordova! Now is this the best coffee I have ever had? No, but it was still delicious and amazing!For those wondering they do have an Instagram so go check them out for their locations and they accept cash, card and Venmo too. They were so nice and I truly hope they do well and keep serving up some amazing treats! Definitely recommend trying as it is amazing they have such aesthetic drinks that are also tasty to enjoy.

Their drinks are prettier than they are tasty. I'm disappointed, I really wanted to like them because I love supporting small businesses but the coffee didn't taste good.

I LOVE cafe Cordova's coffee!!!They have many delicious and traditional flavors, accompanied by their pan dulce! I appreciate the service they offer and how kind they are every time I visit! Go get your coffee fix with them today you won't regret it!

Was a customer since she started at the elks lodge pop up a long time ago. Last time I visited the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Literally and figuratively. Prices are never posted anywhere, which I'm sure is for a reason. Inflation is real but $10+ for a coffee that tastes instant and doesn't really have any flavor isn't worth it. Also last time I ordered a coffee it did not have a concha on it. I asked about why it didn't come with one and she claimed she had ran out. Funnily enough the coffees after mine all had one. Lying looks pretty bad. You lost a customer.

Love the concept of a Latin based coffee menu but the coffee is instant and flavors are super sweet with no different profile just different names. Example - churro tastes the same as flan tastes the same as horchata. Conchas used to be very good and fluffy and now are stale and dry. No actual store and more of a pop up shop.

Went to visit on Saturday 01/04... the staff was amazing, very courteous, friendly. I got a dirty matcha and cookie butter latte, and mini pancakes! The food & drinks were amazing. Definitely stopping by again.

Love the coffee from this place. I would definitely check them out if you are looking for a new coffee place. Only downside is they only open two times out of the week as they are a small business who is up and coming.
