"It's been a while, but I've given this place more chances and have to say I'll continue returning! As someone who doesn't like mimosas, I knew bottomless would've been a rip off for me with their deal. Luckily, I was able to use a different menu and order a margarita on the side without having to use their bottomless brunch menu!Their Buffalo Chicken Wings came out steaming and packed! It tasted exactly like you'd expect from good wings. If you have the stomach, try out their Clam Chowder! Super creamy, filling, and hearty if you're not feeling anything else. Glad I'm able to get a difference experience from last time!"
"A friend and I came to BLK Earth Sea Spirits for dinner on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant is located upstairs on the south east corner of PCH and Main street right across the street from the beach. Note that Huntington Beach has a street fair every Tuesday night and Main Street is blocked off from PCH for several blocks north which may throw off your arrival time if you are not aware. We were seated immediately out on the patio which was fairly busy but inside was pretty empty. The restaurant definitely has a classy feel and would be great for a date. The patio wall is low with glass above so you get a great view of the beach and up and down PCH. The décor is nice and modern. The dinner rolls were real good and had some herb flavor. We both ordered the filet mignon and my friend added on a lobster tail. The cuts of meat were very thick but were cooked through as ordered and tasted great. I ordered some bearnaise sauce which was ok. We were both doing the carnivore thing and didn't order any sides. Prices were a little on the high side but on par with most of the fancy restaurants down here. Service was good and the host was very friendly also. The one thing that was weird was the plates our steaks were served on. They are just big rectangular completely flat plates. With nothing on my plate besides the big thick chunk of meat, it made the steak look kind of small and potentially could have been a big mess if a lot of juice came out of the steak."

"My first solo dinner was here at Nick's. It was so special to me. Everything went well, from beginning to end. Sat at the bar and was taken care of by the bartenders who also took my order for food. I enjoyed their spicy watermelon margarita and chicken piccata. The ladies that sat on each side of me were so cute and couldn't help but notice my food. They were asking what I had ordered and the lady to my left ended up ordering the same thing! Chicken piccata bursted with flavor, lemony, salty, moist, just perfection. It had 2 chicken fillets and I was only able to finish one so I took the rest to go.I loved the dim lighting and everyone seemed to be having a great time with each other. This dinner encouraged me to go on more solo dates with myself. Thank you for setting the bar, Nick's!"
"This place is a nice scenery away from ayce kbbq. You could tell this place focus on service and quality meat since it's not ayce. We were seated in the middle tables without the table grill but they cooked the meat elsewhere before putting it on our portable grill to keep warm. They were great in keeping our banchans refilled once they're empty, it's nice of them without having us to ask!We had a large party so we ordered 3 combos, as well as some other side meats and raw crab which was plenty of food. The crab was very flavorful and fresh compared to other Korean restaurants. They also provided us all with gloves to keep our hands clean. Come here if you want good quality Korean bbq meat!"

"Dine in a beautiful garden. The food at 608 Dahlia is delicious, and they rotate their menu seasonally, so the food uses high quality ingredients, some of them picked from the chef's garden. We first ate here after exploring Sherman Library and Gardens, as it's located just inside. Service is so friendly here, and they take time to explain the dishes to you. When it came time to plan our wedding, we had a tasting, and everything was amazing. It was so easy to work with Emily - she's always on top of it, responds quickly to our questions and requests, and is so personable and friendly to talk to. We really love the wildberry spritz (lavender drink) that we had before, and they were willing to add it to our cocktail menu for the wedding. They work with a rental company for renting all the furniture, silverware, etc. and Emily managed all of the logistics with rentals and taking into consideration our preferences for colors and styles. We had a small family medical emergency at the wedding, and Emily was the only person who checked in with us after the wedding, which was super sweet. We also met Chef Jessica Roy a couple times, and we have nothing but good things to say. On our wedding day, the food tasted even better than the tasting, and everyone was raving about the food. I was curious about the chef, since from my experience, it can be tough to maintain a high quality standard for food that is served to tons of people at the same time. This can't be an ordinary chef. It turns out Chef Jessica Roy has an impressive background - prior chef at 3-star Michelin-rated Alinea and she's been on Food Network competitions. You can definitely see the thought and care that she puts in her food and plating. So grateful that we had such a humble and talented chef for our wedding. Thank you, Emily and Chef Roy for a lovely and unforgettable wedding and a fantastic meal!"
"For a location that seems cursed, Pepper Lunch feels like it can reverse the trend and become a mainstay for the Irvine Spectrum. While viewed as more of a sit-down fast casual place because of the nature of the dish as a sizzling plate, especially given the level of service and time at other locations, this place offers that level of quick service you would think of when it comes to Japanese standards for customer service, ensuring that customers get their food quickly and fresh and allowing for a healthy rate of customer turnover to facilitate business. They were definitely equipped to handle the level of business for opening weekend, but they seem like they have a clear handle of operations to keep a certain consistency. The beef pepper rice plate is an easy classic, and it's all the familiar flavors of the franchise. Be sure to add some sauce while it's cooking for that extra flavor, and you have a reliable meal at fairly affordable prices given the cost of everything going up these days. They seem to have a number of premium options and upgrades and toppings I'm looking to try in the coming days when the crowds die down a bit, but in the meantime I will celebrate their success. It's conveniently located next to the movie theater as well as the best gelato shop in the area, so they're in good company and a perfect place to get a substantial meal in the middle of a shopping trip or before a movie.TIP: Be sure to add their sauce to your dish while it comes out hot and piping."
"This was a surprise for me - I had never heard of this restaurant. Upon arrival the seating seemed a bit too open for my taste but I adjusted and it was fine . They have a great whisky list and the wine list is pretty good as well. I do need to take a moment to silence for the Wagyu steak. It was so good! They give you a soy egg sauce for dipping if you'd like and it's pretty tasty. Staff was very informative and attentive throughout the meal. I can't wait to go back."
"I hope my experience reflects the current state of the grand opening. Unfortunately, the valet service was disappointing; I had to wait 20 minutes, and finding self-parking in that strip mall is nearly impossible. The service was slow. Our server made several mistakes and rarely checked in on us, which meant we had to seek her out for assistance. On a positive note, the food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend the chicken piccata, meatloaf, Thai salad, and the butter cake."
"Must try food and drinks are amazing. We had the cantaritos can't wait to be back! We had the ceviche with pulpo and cantaritos. Great staff and atmosphere."
"Excellent food and service.A wide variety to choose from, the halal menu is limited but still enough. One of my friends had the lamb curry and I had the chicken peri peri.Highly recommend!"
"Prime cut cafe is nice place. We love the food great service every time we visit I like finding out the menusReturns"

Woodys Wharf is that perfect sweet spot where dock bar vibes meet an elevated American bar fare and seafood experience. Picture this: killer waterfront views, a laid-back atmosphere, and service so good it almost outshines the sunset. (Almost.)Happy hour was admittedly on the quieter side, but honestly, that's when you should go. Why? Because the food and drink specials are unbeatable, and you'll get all the attention from their top-notch staff. Speaking of drinks, the espresso martini? Absolute fire. FTW.This spot has officially stolen my heart, and I'm not even mad about it. I'll be here all week, and honestly, I'm already planning my next two visits. Don't walk--run to Woody's Wharf. You won't regret it!

Just got into the OC, we come here all the time, but I've never been to this restaurant. It's been here for many many years. Right next-door to Fred's Mexican but this is more steak and seafood. Very basic menu doing some old classics like adding the "Oscar touch "too many of their dishes. If you know, you know, but great Caesar salad, great lamb chops. Had a nice seafood brochette which they call skewered seafood but old school is brochette. Free parking down below, which is great nice to be here in the winter time because otherwise this place would be packed tonight maybe six tables total in a big spot. Nice big screen TV out front and we're watching the Lakers grizzlies game. Believe it... Lakers are winning everybody's healthy so far. Enjoy.

I was in town for a quick business trip and ordered Nicks takeout. The food was super tasty with good size portions. I ordered the deviled eggs, the quinoa salad with salmon added and the butter cake for dessert. Everything was excellent. Next time I'm in town, I'll make it a point to dine in.

Came here for Valentine's Day and it was a great experience! We were so surprised at how spacious the interior is, the high ceilings and dark woodsy vibes were so nice. They have large tables so they can definitely accommodate for larger partiesWe ordered the small beef combo which came with brisket, marinated boneless short rib, & our choice of either ribeye or non marinated boneless short rib where we chose the latter. It also comes w a soybean stew and steamed eggWe ordered another boneless short rib which was highkey waaaay too much food for the two of us xD but it was deliciousThe side dishes were really good! I absolutely LOOOOOVE how they have raw marinated shrimp as a banchan bc like what other kbbq place has that as a side dish?!?! Absolutely amazingOnly downside was that their kimchi was a bit bland but their kimchi pancake was super dankAlisha was an amazing server!!! She cooked our meat to perfection and was sooo sweet and personableShe gave us free dessert which ended our meal perfectlyI highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for some really good quality Korean bbq with great service and good vibesCan't wait to come back to try the beef tongue and pork belly hehe

PHENOMENAL. Nicks's Laguna Beach exceeded every expectation we had, and then some! My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday. The staff made sure to make it a special day for me by giving me a chocolate cake and a card signed by the staff! That was such a surprise! The card had my name on it and it was spelled correctly. What a lovely gift! I really appreciate that personal touch. I've never had a dine-in experience like this before. Hospitality and service were unbeatable. The food was exceptional in every way. Every single appetizer and dish was prepared perfectly and had great presentation. I'll list what we ordered and rate each item below.Fried calamari 10/10It wasn't chewy, fried perfectly. No tentacles, dipping sauces were a great compliment Shrimp taquitos 10/10Really plump shrimps, sauce wasn't spicy, wrapping was crispy, topped with fresh pico and cheese, perfect balance of savory. French Onion Soup 10/10Has great flavor, hearty and satisfying Scottish Salmon 10/10Good sized salmon fillet, cooked nicely so it was tender, fresh spinach on the side Buttermilk Fried Chicken 10/10Fried nicely so it was crunchy, chicken was tender, potatoes were whipped and buttery Warm Butter cake 10/10This is world famous! And know I know why. It's got all the textures going on, warm cake, cold ice cream, sweet berries, amazing dessert Ambiance is cozy and dark. Love the booths and seating is very comfortable! The restaurant is classy inside and very clean. We will be back, no doubt about that. It was worth the 45 minute drive there and back for the food and service. My husband and I were already discussing what we want to try next on their menu!

First time here at Pepper Lunch @ Irvine Spectrum location and I can only say great things about this place! Walking up to the open doors of Pepper Lunch greeted me with amazing smell of its sizzling beef. The quality of the food is amazing! The sizzling stone plate they serve your food in creates the best crispy rice if you let it sit a bit and eat from the top. Food also came out pretty fast and keeps the food hot the entire meal. They offer garlic sauce, salt/pepper, sweet sauce, and chili to spice up your meal. We met Thomas on soft opening day, he was super helpful and kind. It was my very first time eating at this place and I can definitely say that his awesome customer service and friendliness has me wanting to come back. Overall, the environment was really welcoming and warm. I definitely would recommend this place for your while you shopping at Spectrum or date night before movie ( Regal Theater is 2 doors down which is plus).

The low rating is due to the taste of food NOT the service. Our waiter was wonderful and the hostess greeted as enthusiastically. I set reservations to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriends and we were able to sit outside by the fire pit. It was pretty empty when we came and the location is a bit odd as it's between business complexes. You'll have to park in the structure but the restaurant will validate your ticket! The dishes we got were mostly misses which is quite unfortunate. It went kinda downhill after the appetizers. Appetizers were pretty solid but we were not fans of the entrees we ordered.Scallop crudo (4/5): personally my favorite of the night as it was citrusy and refreshing. One of my friends did not enjoy it as much as I did bc it was too citrusy for her.Salmon crudo (3/5): salmon was fresh and tastes like salmon poke but I didn't think it paired well with the sweet potato chips bc the chips weren't crispy enough. Crab and shrimp linguine (4/5): standard linguine pasta, thought it was good but nothing mind blowing.Wagyu crispy noodle (1/5): tooooo salty that it was not enjoyable even if the meat used was wagyu. Kind of reminded me of Vietnamese crispy birdnest noodles but gentrified... and no veggies just edible flowers that didn't really add anything to the dish. Unfortunately don't think I will be back for the food taste.

"Truly the most epic dining experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Was trying to find a place worthy enough for our 25th anniversary and took a chance on here. I could not have picked a better place. The best food (and most expensive) I have ever had. The atmosphere, views, service, food, and drink were truly on another level compared to any restaurant I've dined at.The restaurant is in the Waldorf Astoria. Valet is validated and will cost you $10 + tip which is not bad given the location. You walk in the door and you have a truly breathtaking view. Go past the hotel check-in and the restaurant is to the left. I was expected to be seated at some crappy 2 seater table but instead we were given the best table in the house with a panoramic view of the resort and pacific ocean. Along with our menus we were given two glasses of champagne for our anniversary. After placing our orders we were brought out a complimentary red pepper gazpacho served in a tiny coffee or tea cup. This tiny soup packed so much flavor I knew instantly we were going to have a great experience. Next we were brought out a complimentary trio of duck fat fries. Three difference seasonings with three dips. One was furikake, another was truffle, and the 3rd I wasn't sure. All three were super crispy and a flavor explosion. Manners will be thrown out because you'll be double dipping for all you're worth. For the last complimentary item they brought out their brioche roll injected with truffle butter. It had the texture of a yeast donut. It was effing mind blowing. No truffle oil here, you got black specks of truffle oozing out of this masterpiece. Again, you'll abandon your manners as you suck the butter off your fingers.Next we had their "Instant Bacon" which was braised pork belly, brussels sprouts hash, tempura oyster, and bourbon-soy glaze. It was covered when it arrived and when they lifted the lid a wonderful wood smoke aroma wafted around us. Every bite was moan inducing and we both loved it.My wife ordered the filet mignon topped with blue cheese. It was a la carte so we ordered some sautéed mushrooms and their fingerling potatoes to share. The steak was cooked to perfection and she really enjoyed it. She said next time she would get the truffle butter as a topper instead. I was going to order the same thing until they read off the specials of the night. I got the smoked wagyu ribeye cap which came with smoked shitake mushrooms and purple mashed potatoes. Then he said the price...... I hesitated but then said inside my head "YOLO.... eff it". They brought out a glass dome filled with smoke. They removed the dome and my meal was unveiled in a taste bud watering smoky aroma. Every single bite was literally the best tasting steak I have ever had. And the smoke wasn't for gimmick, it was totally infused into the food. Every few seconds I kept saying "oh my god, this is soo good... how is this so good?" To keep with the YOLO theme we also added Hokkaido scallops to our entrees which were astronomically priced but also out of this world delicious. The only negative of the night was the fingerling potatoes covered in cheddar cheese and bacon. They did not live up to the standards of the other dishes. Tiny minuscule amount of bacon bit style bacon and some runny flavorless cheese. Neither of us cared for it. The mushrooms though were perfect. Both huge portions and honestly one side was enough for two people. We brought half of it home. They have a lot of entrees served tableside too such as a whole chicken and whole lobster pot pie. They also had some tableside cocktails. Several seafood options too.For drinks I had their "new world" Manhattan rye whiskey, cognac, carpano antica, cynar amaro, and chocolate bitters. Like a broken record I kept declaring "this is so good". By the end of the meal I had to try their old school New York sour using Metallica's Blackened Whiskey. The cocktails are expensive but I was so sh*t faced after my two drinks we sat around the hotel after and looked at the view for an hour. Donna had the "Bees Knees" and some odd yet delicious drink made with carrot juice.By now we felt like we were going to die but I saw pictures on yelp of their Basque cheesecake. This golden brown baked cheesecake with a brulee crust was in a league of its own. They also brought us out a free chocolate mouse like dessert that was the richest thing ever.Speaking of rich... man, that was some bill BUT it was worth every penny to give us the absolute perfect 25th anniversary. We will definitely be back. The portions are large and they have plenty of sharable items so you can eat here without going as crazy as we did."
"It was a day, the patio was the place to be .The waitress was friendly with all the answers and a smile .The menu is laid out nicely.I had the tuna sandwich with fries. The food came out quickly. The sandwich was a nice size and had just the right amount of tuna on it.The tuna had a nice flavor."
"My friend and I had the most wonderful dining experience here! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hostess with a bright smile and a glass of complimentary champagne while we waited for our table. The restaurant was beautifully adorned with bouquets of fresh flowers, really elegant! We ordered the following to share: sake glazed fish, sushi taco, and chicken lettuce wraps. The food presentation, quality, and taste were superb. I highly recommend this restaurant!"
"Went to enjoy a great jazz band..."B Side" and were happily surprised with amazing food and drinks. Had the Moscow Mule and the Spicy Mule. Both were outstanding. Then had the grilled artichoke which was truly superb-would come again just for this! My partner ordered the grilled salmon and he said it was the best salmon he ever ate. I am a vegetarian and our excellent waiter was extremely accommodating and made me a plate of delicious grilled vegetables. In fact, our waiter expertly cared for everyone in our large party. We will be back to enjoy the food and jazz. Check out B side when they play again...you won't B disappointed!"
"Super solid korean italian fusion spot! We came in around 2 and we didn't have to wait. Staff is super friendly and the place is really clean. Food is super yum & the side dishes help balance the flavors. The owner gave us the burrata grapefruit dish on the house and i think it might've been my favorite. The carbonara was really creamy and flavorful i loved that too. Pictured: burrata grapefruit, seafood marinara, carbonara, oc galbi korean"
"I wasn't impressed by service nor the restaurant. I found the restaurant to incredibly loud and the waiter to be impatient and abrupt. On a busy night we were in and out in les than an hour. I would have liked to enjoy my nice evening out by way of a more lingering experience, but our waiter had no time for that. My friend ordered the pot pie which she enjoyed. The presentation was impressive with the oversized pastry billowing over the dish. I ordered the chicken picatta. It was okay but not anything special. The mixed vegetables were steamed, which I always find uninteresting and not flavorful. I would expect steamed vegetables at a lower class restaurant. On the flip side, if you're looking for a hip, vibing place to hang, then their bar looked like it would fill that need greatly. Parking is mostly Valet, which takes some patients too at their busy times."
"Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Kelsey is an outstanding waitress -- so attentive and friendly. Can't wait to go back!"
"My husband & I drove up from San Diego to meet friends at Luxe in Dana Point. Well worth the drive!! The "hostess" greeted us with such hospitality, I felt like I'd entered a friend's home- come to find out she was one of the owners, that explains it...Great customer service. The bar has a fun vibe, I had an excellent martini. When seated- we all enjoyed a variety of delicious entrees (I ordered the lasagna, highly recommend)! We will definitely go back, soon!"
"Amazing, 5 stars, all around! Excellent service, timing, food, ambiance, views, pricing - literally one of my fave spots!"
"I was actually quite impressed with Maderas.I came here with some friends for lunch to celebrate two birthdays on a Saturday. We didn't have reservations and arrived around 1pm and there was no wait. It wasn't super busy either and we got seated right away. Maderas is known for their steaks and BBQ, but they have other items on there as well. They had pastas, salads, and seafoods items. For lunch they also had burgers, sandwiches, and some Mexican food. We were given complementary breads and butter to start. For appetizers, we shared the onion brick and Caesar salad. OMG, I am a big onion rings fan and their onion brick was one of the best I have had. It came with a side of BBQ sauce to dip and it was absolutely delicious. Yum! For lunch, I shared the ginormous Tomahawk steak ($125/40-42 oz), which came with two sides. We shared the sweet potato fries and grilled veggies. The Tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection. It was very flavorful and we even had plenty of left overs. It's definitely a treat if you are looking for a good steak. We also ordered some chilaquiles for the table. You get the option of red or green sauce, which meats in it, and how you want your eggs cooked on top. We got the green sauce and it was one of the best chilaquiles I have had. Definitely was flavorful and came with some refried back beans and dirty rice. My only complaint was that it wasn't a larger dish. Since it was our friends birthday they were given some cheese cake. It was also really good and enjoyable. The pricing here was pretty standard for a steakhouse. We paid a little over $400 for the 4 of us and we left satisfied with some leftovers. The staff here was awesome. Our waitress went above and beyond. She was super knowledgable and helpful. She also made sure to be attentive. The food came out fast and we were all pretty happy. The inside of this place has a bit of a diners feeling but a tad more upscale. Maderas is great for lunch or dinner and I cannot wait to come back."
"I'm not going to lie, I didn't have high hopes for a steak place in a food court type venue. But this place was amazing I even thought to myself, how old is this meat and how long has it been sitting here. But omg it was so fresh and tenderIt's conveniently located inside rodeo 39. They have plenty of free private parking. Plus you can explore tons of other places after you eat here We went up and asked the girl behind the counter for some recommendations. We went with the ribeye cut and then you get one butter / sauce and two sides. (42 dollars) We also ordered a butcher burger, fries and two drinks. The total came to around 60 dollars. Which to be honest the steak was just as good as any steakhouse. And worth the price alone. When our food was ready we got a text and went back up to the counter to get it. One of the workers helped carry the food out to our table. I like how I can pick the meat and see it in the case, the service was great, i like that I can see the people cooking it as well, I think the price for steak is extremely reasonable especially when it comes with two sides, it literally took about 10 minutes for our food which was great and it's a great location for food lovers. I'll definitely be back again"
"Food was well-priced and flavorful! However, portions of the pilaf and green beans were a little small. I came to Laguna Beach and found this restaurant on Yelp, which was a short walk away from downtown. You walk around 5 minutes from the city center to arrive at this unassuming and cute restaurant situated overlooking the ocean. The ambience is very cute and perfect for date night or a cozy night with friends. The restaurant only has outdoor seating, but the patio was hearted so I wasn't cold during the meal. The food comes out quickly and has good flavor! Reasonable prices too. The only thing is that there could have been more pilaf and green beans for the size of the steak. Otherwise, I enjoyed listening to the ocean with my meal, which was unique!"
"Great brunch place. Floor to ceiling windows bring in the ocean view. If its a bit chilly, this is a great indoor option but they have limited outdoor seats as well. Food is always good here (based on about 5 visits) service as well. You will pay a bit more for the view but it seems about right to me."
"A steak that cuts like butter and terrific cocktails and service. First time and won't be the last!"
"First visit and had an excellent experience. We had met the owners at a Yelp event a couple months back, and loved their meatballs so much I made a note to visit the restaurant asap. It's located in a beautiful brick building and the décor is fancy/casual. There's primarily on street parking, with city/private lots nearby.SERVICE: Excellent. When I asked about the elevator, the hostess told me that it was out of order, but she followed me outside and assisted us with getting my elderly mother-in-law up the many steps from the street. Once seated, Leo waited on us, and he couldn't have been better. The entire waitstaff worked very well together.FOOD & DRINKS: OMG...so delicious! We started by sharing the Arancini appetizer ($14) which was a first-ever for me and it fabulous. For entrées, we ordered the Striped Sea Bass Special ($40), the Rigatoni Bolognese ($25) and added two meatballs (+$10), and the Guanciale Wrapped Prawns ($20). Everything had so much flavor and was prepared perfectly. I'm not a big fish fan, but that Striped Bass was fantastic. We finished off the evening by sharing the Lemon Butter Cake ($12) and an Affogato al Caffe ($8). Currently, they only have beer and wine, but I heard that they are seeking a liquor license so that cocktails will be available in the future.TIP: We brought our own bottle of wine and there was a $25 corkage fee, which is reasonable compared to many other places. My one negative comment would be that there are a lot of steps from street level up to the restaurant, and the elevator was not working. They did mention that they have a rear entrance which is accessible from an alley, and we could have used this for my 91-year-old mother-in-law. She chose to do the exercise and take the steps.Overall, a fantastic place with very good food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend you give them a try."
"My coworkers and I have been planning a night out of country line dancing for quite some time and then, it finally happened! This place was recommended by a friend of a friend. This was my first time here but ironically, I pass this place three nights a week on my way to work. Located in Triangle Square, you won't find issues with free parking either in the structure or across the street. You enter through the double doors directly below the amazingly huge American flag. The interior is warmly lit at night but open and airy nonetheless. We arrived a little after 8pm on a Thursday evening, so we ordered food and drinks while awaiting the dining area to be converted to the dance floor. Order up:1. Duck Wings, which were quite tender, prepared Korean style with gochujang, topped with sesame seeds, and garnished with fresh herbs. 2. Western Burger, with wagyu beef which my coworker enjoyed just as much. 3. Drop the Beet was our drink of choice, which was refreshing. All in all, we enjoyed our food and drinks even though their prices were comparable to those on the Las Vegas Strip...LOL! By the time we finished eating, it was perfect timing to burn off some calories and dance! Cheers and happy eating till next time!"
"Great bar. It's not really a completely stand alone bar as it's attached to Driftwood Kitchen. Great place, I'm kind of giving g away a locals secret, so I will say no more."
"I hear so much of their happy hours I had to try for myself before taking the plunge with their full dining experience. Happy hour is only at the patio or bar top and you seat yourself for bar top. We ordered the lamb chops, cheese appetizers, and filet mignon along with two clean cocktails. Also got the complimentary cheese bread. All were delicious, but the lamb is REALLY gamey. It was recommended to eat lamb medium cooked. It really is an acquired taste. I asked the hostess what is the best value at fogo and she said the brunch* was by far better than anything they offer just due to the breakfast options and it costing less than dinner."
"So we've been here 3 times now. The first was fantastic. Everything was cooked perfectly and our waitress was a hoot that just made us feel so welcomed. The second visit, everything was overcooked and the waitress was indifferent about our table. The third time I came in with a friend for happy hour and the waiter was great and the ribs were great for the price! The live music was a little loud but hey it's live music! All that to say.. it feels kind of like a crap shoot on the experience you're going to have when you walk in.. but perhaps that is part of the fun? Food must tries: the Texas prime rib. Hands down the best thing we've had (when it's cooked right)."
""Why have I never been here before? This place is absolutely amazing, and the vibes are unmatched. Don't hesitate to visit this restaurant--make sure to check out the lounge side where a live band is playing. It feels like stepping into a time machine, transporting you back to simpler times, surrounded by great food and even better people."And the food was amazing as well as the service!!"
"General manager, Anthony at Ocean 48 reached out to me and we discussed the concerns I had on my initial visit. He took the time to listen and assured me he would discuss my concerns with his staff so they could make improvements. He invited me back to try them again. On this subsequent visit I had a much better experience.Crispy shrimp ($29) - This was a great appetizer with plenty of crispy shrimp coated in a sweet thai chili sauce and served with some garlic aioli.Big eyed tuna ($58) - I was impressed with the freshness of the tuna here and the presentation was beautiful.Sea scallops ($59) - These scallops were perfectly pan fried and served with a sauce that helped to elevate the flavor profile.Crab cakes ($58) - This came with 2 crab cakes with plenty of fresh crab meat and was another great seafood option.Sauteed wild mushrooms ($18) -A medley of mushrooms was sauteed in some garlic, with parsley, and thyme and was a much better accompaniment then the previous side dish I had last time.Peanut butter pie ($19) - This dessert was rich and decadent with it's peanut butter chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache and a crushed peanut crust.Overall the food items I ordered this time were much better. Service was excellent and the staff accommodated my request to sit by the indoor pool. I'm glad Anthony reached out to me and I appreciated that he personally came by to check in how things went."
"Finally tried the new restaurant at Pasea! Obviously a beautiful, well done design with what couldn't be a more picturesque view! It's so easy to be immediately drawn in.My sister, myself, and my dog went on a Wednesday when they have 1/2 bottles of wine, what a great deal! Our server Cameron was super attentive and knowledgable on all the menus (including the dog menu!). We got the tuna poke to start and then had the spicy little gem salad and shared the hamburger. A wide variety of items but all sooo sooo good. There was also a girl playing music while we were there and we LOVED her set!We loved how dog friendly this place was, including the hotel. Will definitely be coming back!"
"Came on a Sunday evening to celebrate my mother in law's retirement! We made a reservation and only had to wait briefly for our table. I really appreciated the dim, intimate ambiance of the restaurant. This was my first Brazilian steakhouse experience so I didn't know what to expect! I am not a huge steak person so this may not be the spot for me, but my favorites of the meats ended up being the chicken thighs and drumstick. The seasoning was amazing and it was crisped to perfection. I also appreciated we were treated to a complimentary dessert since we were celebrating-- we opted for the lava cake and it was so good and gooey. The highlight of the night for me though was the carrot ginger soup from the salad bar! It was the best soup I've ever had and i would come back just for that."
