Betancourt E. "This place has been around forever, they have the best carnitas you can get anywhere, they have a lot of variety, their meat shop is awesome with top quality meats . The service is hectic but fast and friendly, they do a good job in spite of it being so busy in here pretty much day and night. The ambiance is that of a busy carniceria . I love this place and have been coming here for well over 35 plus years ."

Brian V. "Sandwich shop, butcher shop/carniceria, purveyor of high end goods - this place is located in a strip mall off a busy street in Brea. An 'if you blink, you might miss it' type of place. Inside, it feels like a mom/ pop, family owned/operated type spot. It's clean and the folks here are friendly and helpful. The place is not large, but it has lots of quality, high end meats and a great selection relative to the size. If you want wagyu tomahawks, sausages, and even high quality burgers, etc,, they have all that here. I can't remember when or why exactly it was on my list/radar, but I think it had to be because of the sandwiches. There was a week where I had to go back and forth from City of Industry and Anaheim, so I thought it was a perfect chance to check this place out. I ordered the smoked wagyu pastrami, which is served on a toasted marbled rye bread with swiss cheese, mayo, and some pepperoncini. Not cheap, but didn't feel super expensive when thinking about what you got. It also comes with chips and a drink. This was an excellent sandwich. Great flavors and textures. Nice crunch with each bite. I would just note, however, that the meat was sliced thin side and it was layered vs. the thicker cut Jewish style deli pastrami. There are also other items for sale like salsas and tortillas. Just a really cool spot with great food and great people. I'm a big fan."

Jacqueline J. "Irvine Ranch Market is my go to spot for sandwiches. The grilled chicken breakfast panini is my favorite. The sandwiches are huge, my husband and I usually split a combo. I would recommend ordering ahead if you don't want to wait for them to make it. Pro tip: there are picnic tables upstairs if you'd like to eat there."

TED P. "Great cooked Romanian dishes that you can eat there or take to go. Mititei and sarmale are my favorite. Their Langos is absolutely amazing. Have been here at least a half dozen times and the food is always consistently good. The deli next door has Romanian imports at a decent price. The people that work here are always helpful and offer great advice and service."

Rumany P. "Delicious! One of the best burgers we've ever had. So juicy! The steak bowl is also a great option with lots of flavor. Could do with a tortilla or something to be a little more filling but it tastes sooo good. Tamales are seasonal but also a top notch item. Best quality meat in all the dishes! Everyone recommends getting something with pastrami, but if it's not your thing, it still won't be your thing. It's like a beef version of bacon. Too salty for me but that's a personal preference. Everyone there is super nice. Place is pretty small with three two-seater tables inside and another three outside."

steve c. "This will be a "on the fence" review.Food was average. The atmosphere is very lively. Hard to describe being in this place not being a Spanish speaker. Very difficult for them to understand your English and the wall menu isn't exactly English speaker friendly. The lines and crowd is not organized, and ppl slip in and out of line to make you wonder if ppl are cutting in line or not. Overall, the experience sucks and definitely can be frustrating. The men who take your order has to learn a little English to survive, otherwise, go somewhere else if you are not a Spanish speaker."

Sophia D. "Found this lovely gem of a place to buy some yummy steaks for my hubby for Valentine's Day! Was greeted by a nice gentleman who was welcoming and knew the different cuts of meat and suggested cuts that I should buy. I ended up buying the Australian ebony ribeye, Australian wagyu picanha and organic grass fed ribeye. All the meats were so good! We really enjoyed the picanha which I got on sale so that was a steal. Also bought flakey salt which I enjoyed with my steak too. All of the meats are of good quality and I thought that the price was fair. Definitely a great place to check out and it's clean and nice looking inside. Something you would expect the place to look like when you walk into a butcher shop. Thank you again to the gentlemen who helped me this past Monday 2/12! Will definitely be back!"

Gen G. "The perfect place to order your turkey or ham for Thanksgiving. Don't expect that you'll go straight to the counter -- you'll still have a long line to endure, but they are organized and their process is seamless. Whatever effort you put in waiting for your turn is rewarded by how good the Honey Baked Ham and Turkey Breast are. The Smashed Potato, Gravy and the bottled Hickory Honey Mustard are must-tries, too."
