"This place is quite good and the prices are not bad either. Show me the MOOYAH!Speaking of which, we tried the Mooyah, which is their cheeseburger with fresh baked potato bun and their Best Quesonario, a spicy jalapeño burger, and added pepper jack cheese for an extra fee since this burger did not come with cheese. I don't eat spicy, but I actually preferred the Best Quesonario over the MOOYAH burger. The MOOYAH burger had way too much sauce. I did like that the 1/4 lb patties came straight off the grill and were very juicy and high quality. Their personal size fries were really big! Surprisingly, I liked the French fries even though they didn't look that appealing lol. The fries still have their skins, and are thicker cut. I preferred the SWEET POTATO FRIES. In N Out is still my favorite, but this place is a slightly more loaded version. I look forward to trying their ice cream shakes, which come in 8 flavors! Yum. Happy eating!"

When you order from the kiosks, you enter a card number and when your order is ready, an employee brings your order to you. This is a great feature to have.They have many tables availabe for dining inside as well as outside on both sides of the main entrance. The employees were friendly. You are able to ask for a drink refill which is also great, as other locations that I have been to have a self serve fountain drink area.We ordered:1. Shack Stack (Cheeseburger with Stuffed Mishroom)2. Shack Stack with Bacon & Onion3. Plain Fries4. Chicken NuggetsAs usual, everything was delicious. The Shack Stack is scrumptious and the beef patty had a little char and crisp. The cheese in the portobello mushroom oozes out when you take a bite and all of the goodness just melts in your mouth. The crinkle fries have the perfect crisp and the nuggets as well. They are a little on the salty side for me but I can see why people would like their chicken sandwiches. The chicken is tender on the inside. They were a little tight on the ranch sauce for the chicken. The container was only filled half way and there was an additional $0.50 charge for another one.The bathrooms were clean which was a plus and I just love the fact that they do have bathrooms available for their patrons."

Right in the mix of things down main street/ Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure. You can't miss it. I like how convenient it is. Right in the front, easy access. It's on the way out if you want to grab ice cream leaving the park or entering the park. Compared to other ice cream in DCA, this location is unbeatable. If you wanted to hit Adorable Frosted Snowman or Ghirardelli for ice cream- you are going for a long walk. And I'm pretty lazy. So, I prefer the ice cream that is closer lol The ice cream is good, pretty basic flavors and concept though. I've always had good service here. But that convenience factor is huge for me!"

The location has plenty of seating indoors to enjoy your treat but most people probably take it to go since it won't be able to accommodate a large group. Mangonadas usually have a mix of mangos, chamoy, tajin, and a tamarind stick candy. La Michoacana also includes a splash of lime as well which gives it an extra tangy flavor. Since La Michoacana already makes the ice cream in house, they offer a variety of flavors including: mango, pineapple, cucumber, strawberry, lemon, tamarind, soursop, or guava. I decided to stick with the traditional mango flavor. The mango ice cream was sweet but not too sweet since it brought out the natural sweetness. The combination with chamoy and tajin made it extra tasty to enjoy especially on a hot day! I'll definitely come back to try their ice cream flavors and other mangonada options. The service was fast and the employees were very helpful."

"After grabbing dinner at Kaizen Shabu Shabu nearby, my date and I came to La Michocana Express for desserts. I have to say, it was a bit hot and muggy inside considering this is an ice cream shop. There was no other customers in front of us, so service was quick and helpful. We decided to share a Double Scoop ($6) with Soursop and Pistachio... and in retrospect this was too big, even for two people to share. The texture was on the melty side even as they just scooped it and handed it to us. It also melted quickly as it was exposed to the elements. I don't really like my ice cream too melted. They have some tables outside, but they are dirty, sticky and not well kept. I had my trusty wet wipes with me to wipe down the table we decided to sit down at and even after the first swipe, you can see the wet wipe turn black. Super gross. On the positive side, I really like seeing soursop on the menu, as it is a rare fruit only available in areas with tropical weather. Since my family came from Vietnam, it is one of the native fruits that brings nostalgia to me. And the pistachio tasted like there were real pistachio in the ice cream. Taste is fine but the texture kills me. We were unable to finish the ice cream. Based on desserts in the area or even similar Michocanas, I feel like this one is below par. I would not be interested in coming back in the future."

But they got plenty of beer that my age group enjoy; IPA, wheat beers etc. The new owners are friendly and remember their customers. DAAAAAMN YO and they even carry Thriftys ice cream! I live right down the street from this liquor store so I'm constantly walking over a block now for Blunts, beer, munchies and that Coconut pineapple double scoop ice cream!"
