"A friend of mine invited me out to lunch and chose this restaurant. It was my first time. This is a Mediterranean restaurant. Since I was a guest, I did not get a chance to take a photo of the menu, hopefully there might be some photos from other yelp reviewers.Isabel, our server explained to me that their specialty are their Mediterranean bowls. They allow you to choose your protein And two sides and two sauces. They also had Mediterranean plates and salads and a variety of soft drinks and other beverages.Isabel was very attentive, and polite. She allowed us time to discuss business when she returned we ordered and within 10 to 15 minutes we had our food.I have visited other Mediterranean restaurants and I would have to say this one ranks as one of the best. What I liked about my bowl was that the rice was fluffy? The chicken was very tasty and tender. The house sauce was smooth and creamy and of course the avocados and beets were a great addition. My host and his colleague had been here before and they rave about how good it is.Along with our bowls, we ordered french fries and pita bread.Although the restaurant appeared to be small in size, it was not too noisy in spite of the fact that they were quite a few guests. As I stated before, I would definitely come back to this with my wife."
"Today once again, I visited Sahara Falafel. The customer service was warm and welcoming. The food was exceptional, well seasoned and portions were great. I ordered the combo sandwich and my husband order a falafel sandwich along with a humus plate. Deeelicious! It was so nice to dine in and pause for a moment from our busy day. Thank you, (JazakAllah khairen) Sahara Falafel for being a halal staple in our community."

"1-18-2025 We - one of my gfs and I decided to venture to this establishment for a late lunch. She had the golden platter and I opted for the filet mignon and lamb kabobs combo. Lots of choices on their menu. Our food was served quickly and flavorful. Not much ambiance. Just six tables. Definitely casual. This place is on Warner, across the Jack in the Box on PCH. Behind the gas station next to Subway."
"This truly tastes like a real Doner from Turkey. The staff is always very nice and everything looks clean. Definitely try this place out"
"Delicious place! Made a reservation for Saturday lunch. There is a parking structure next to it/street parking. I recommend trying the chicken karahi! We got the goat cheese kulcha, butter chicken, and chicken karahi which were all hits. We also got a mango lassi to share which was delicious. There were plenty of other menu items I want to try that looked delicious so I'm excited to come back"
"We first ate here before the remodel. We perfer the old look that had an exotic.Foods are always good. The sauces are what make me want to come back again and again."
"If you want to experience a healthy, vibrant meal made with love, come to True Seasons.Especially great for those who can't choose one thing or have different tastes in their party, they offer everything from hot pot to wraps to poke to curry and more. My husband is vegetarian and they have ample options for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians. We didn't have a reservation and were seated right away. The seating is fun, you are seated around the bar.We had the following:Vegan spring rolls ($11) - 3/5This seemed like any usual frozen spring rolls. It tasted a bit bland and came with a generic sauce you can find in stores. I wouldn't order this again. My husband did like it.Vegan hot pot ($25 + $2 for spicy miso broth) - 5/5Lots of vegetables are provided! If you don't like a certain vegetable (hubby doesn't eat mushrooms), let them know and they'll switch it out! This was SO MUCH FOOD! He loves the dipping sauces. Poke bowl ($17) - 4/5For poke, there is no variety provided. Basically, this is the one option. I'm used to going to poke places and building my own bowl, so I would prefer some variety in toppings. Now, the tuna quality is excellent!! Really delicious. Also, SO MUCH FOOD! I ate this over the course of 3 days, that's how much there was! One note of caution: easy with the sauce! I didn't realize the sauce on the side was so salty and quickly realized that was why the sauce was on the side! Steamed mixed vegetables ($3) - 5/5I also asked for vegetables because I was told the poke bowl did not come with vegetables. I was surprised by how MUCH FOOD was provided! They also stayed super hot the whole meal! All in all, the prices are very good considering how much quantity of food is provided. Also, the staff is incredibly sweet and very attentive. We were the last ones there and she even offered us to order dessert and it was past closing time! She shared she doesn't rush anyone out just because they've closed. I was wow'd by that.I can't remember her name but there's a manager who works there most days and she's the best. She worked for the previous owners and I remember her from that time. She loves what she does and you can totally tell from the love she pours into the patrons. Definitely pay them a visit!"
"I came here to celebrate Lunar New Year after a recommendation from my coworkers and wow they did not disappoint!Their happy hour is a generous time of 5-7pm Monday- Thursday. We made a reservation on open table but we didn't need a reservation on a Wednesday around 6:30pm. They get really busy around 7pm.We got served by the owner and she gave us the background of the restaurant and how their recipes are based on a celebrity chef back in India. The appetizers are a decent size- we LOVED the crispy cauliflower and it had a kick. The chili paneer was good too (and on the happy hour menu). They have so many curries to choose from whether you like meat or veggies. At the end of our meal, the owner insisted we couldn't finish our Lunar New Year meal without a dessert so she sent one out on the house and even wrote Happy New Year on it! What a nice touch. 10/10 will be coming back for the good food and even better hospitality."
"I have so far only tried their small bite appetizers, so having not tried any mains you can trust my review maybe 75 percent ok? As of what I've had, the kitchen delivered tasty things all around. The food was flavorful and not too inventive. The owner is friendly and quick to serve. Inside, their decor is dark, candlelit and tidy. Some Indian restaurants I find to be really overrun by music playing far too loudly. Here, yes there's music and the expected music video playing, but it's not as overwhelming. This may be a repeat place, glad to say."
"Very friendly service. Came on a sat night and almost every table was full - cozy atmosphere and very friendly service (just had to ask for water refills, wished they were more proactive). Portions were very reasonable. They do have chicken korma even though it's not on the menu. Husband found the potato chaat appetizer too sweet and didn't like it - I appreciated it. Tandoori mix was great, and chicken korma was delicious too."
"The ingredients here are so fresh, and the chicken was grilled beautifully. I got a bowl with half greens, half white rice, paprika chicken, an assortment of veggies, three dips, and topped it off with sumac and roasted chickpeas. I'm sorry the picture isn't super aesthetic, as I started eating before I took the picture. The roasted chickpeas were so delicious - crunchy and somehow slightly chewy at the same time. It feels like cava but more authentic when it comes to the ingredients and spices. The lady serving us was very kind and helpful as well. There's three tables inside the restaurant, so not too much seating just fyi. I'll be coming back again soon!"
"I came here looking for a different local pizza option, which ended up being tasty flatbreads. Then I realized they can wrap any flatbread and now my go-to is a Soujouk wrap. I honestly have no idea what Soujouk is. It's spicy and filling, the bread is crispy and served with pickles. I don't care to know more, it's awesome. Ordering ahead of time is easy enough with a phone call. Service is quick. My easy on the go meal when I'm headed out. I think I'll have to try the cheese triangles next time based on the reviews."

I had been looking forward to trying Aleppo's Kitchen after seeing it on TikTok, so we made a trip from LA to OC just for this. First off, great parking--plenty of space, which is always a plus. The decor is really nice, with a lot of beautiful dallahs, ibriks and Arabic books. I also noticed the independent Syrian flag in the middle of the restaurant, which was a nice touch. We went around noon, so it was pretty busy. They seemed a bit understaffed, so service was slower, but it didn't take away from the experience too much.- Falafel Bowl (half mixed greens, half bulgur, tzatziki, house sauce, tomato, cucumber, feta) - Fresh, but nothing special. The falafel was crunchy and hot, but not particularly exciting. The tzatziki was pretty standard, but the house sauce was great. Overall, a solid Mediterranean bowl, but not something I'd go out of my way for.- Potato & Za'atar Flatbread - I love man'oush, so I was excited for this. Unfortunately, the za'atar flavor was too weak making potato the dominant flavor. It felt like it was adjusted for a general audience rather than capturing the bold za'atar-forward taste I was expecting.- Mama Suher's Yalanji - Really good. Very bright, zesty, and rich in olive oil. My partner tried it for the first time and loved it. If you enjoy stuffed grape leaves, this is a solid choice.- Cheese Rolls with Akkawi - Super warm and crispy on the outside, with chewy, slightly salty cheese inside. I'm not the biggest fan of akkawi, but these were really well done and apparently, the cheese is imported from Syria. Definitely worth ordering if you like akkawi.- Mediterranean Trio Dip (Muhammara, Hummus, Mutabbal) - Comes with two pieces of pita. The hummus was pretty basic, nothing standout. But the mutabbal was really fresh, and the muhammara was excellent. If you're a fan of dips, I'd get this just for the muhammara and mutabbal.- Desserts: Ashta & Knafeh - I always order knafeh at Middle Eastern restaurants, so I was excited. It took a while since they make it fresh, which I appreciate. But when it arrived, it was really hot and dry, like they forgot to add rose syrup. A bit disappointing. As for the ashta, it wasn't as milky or creamy as I expected. I think they should offer different variations of knafeh (cheese vs. ashta).Aleppo's Kitchen is a great introduction to Syrian food but still leans toward general Mediterranean flavors, making it more accessible to people unfamiliar with Middle Eastern cuisine. If you're looking for bold Syrian flavors, you might not find them here, but it's still a solid spot. I'd bring friends who want to try Middle Eastern food for the first time, but I wouldn't drive all the way here again specifically for it.

wow Shawarma!!! If any one really understands what does Taste means , then definitely I recommend you to try Sahara Falafel . Must try it. It's really mouth watering food. They choose shawarma ingredients for the best flavor and of course for stomach healthy food. Many people make shawarmas but taste is not in everyone's hand. So go to Sahara Falafel then you will FEEL what I wrote about shawarma here for you . Bcoz I am taste lover and I know what taste means . Not by words but practically by taste of food. Owner is very nice humble person and whatever you want from him , he will make accordingly for your taste. TRY

A hidden gem in Huntington Beach. Small family owned restaurant that serves quality Middle Eastern food! The filet mignon (medium-rare) entree is my go-to order every time. The meat is tender, juicy, and full of flavor. This entree is served with a generous portion of fresh pita bread that always comes out piping hot!Today we decided to try their Seabass on their new seafood menu and it was very good as well.Highly recommend adding this to your next food adventure!

Food portion was perfect! My only complaint is that the grilled chicken was a bit dry everything else tasted amazing. Service was good it did take some time to prepare the food but both Francisca and Maitha took care of me. Order was placed to go but overall great meal after the gym and got my protein in for the day!

Really amazing atmosphere that is great for groups as well as dates! Great service and great presentation on the foods! Got the: - pani puri app: 7.5/10, 4x puff pastries on top of shot glasses of some sour/spicy sauce. We didn't get any explanation when they dropped it off, so we assumed to pour it all into the puff pastry and then pop it in our mouths. We regretted it instantly and tried to pour half for the next puff pastry but still thought it was too much. We noticed a large Indian group also didn't touch some of their pani puri, so I guess it wasn't just us. Probably the only thing we won't order again- sloppy Kahn: 10/10, like a sloppy Joe, but with chopped keema wagyu beef with onions. Delicious! - goat cheese Kulcha with butter sauce: 10/10, beware that it is VERY gamey as they give a GENEROUS amount of goat cheese. I suspect that the butter sauce is from their butter chicken- it's delicious and helps cut the gaminess of the goat cheese- Smoked Beef: 10/10, amazing presentation and even more amazing smoky taste and smell. Took leftovers home and it was still smoky the next day!- lamb karahi: 9/10, the server told us you can sub the protein in the chicken karahi for lamb or beef and recommended lamb, and we were not disappointed! It would've been a 10/10 or there were more pieces of lamb and we weren't told there would be a $4 lamb surcharge. We'll just order the chicken karahi next time- Garlic naan: 10/10, you can tell this was cooked in a real tandoori oven, it's the crispiest garlic naan I've ever had (and I've had close to 100 now)Parking: - some street parking- also some parking spaces in the apartment parking reserved for "retail"Bathroom: 2 clean unisex bathrooms

So thankful to the staff who let us in despite it being 10 minutes left before kitchen closing time in the afternoon (before reopening for dinner service). The service was extra quick yet still courteous. We made sure to tip well (we felt bad for cutting into the staff's lunch time...). Aside from that, their food was the most delicous Indian food I've had! I got the Puran chicken curry with rice and chili garlic naan. The Naan was sooo addicting. The spices in the food made everything so tasty that it's hard to stop eating until you're really full. I'd love to come back again!

"$20 AYCE Indian lunch buffet with unlimited garlic naan, mango lassi (!!!!) and chai tea!! Huge selection of vegetarian and non-veg dishes, delicious buttery chicken tikka masala and the softest gulab balls. Service is fast and friendly, restaurant is very clean and spacious. We really love their tandoori and palak paneer. Husband enjoyed the goat curry! It is on Red Hill and 5, in the Ding Tea shopping center."
"Update: They resolved it!They did more than resolve things. I was honestly shocked at the sense of urgency and determination that I was met with upon management learning about the debacle that occurred during our previous interaction. I only came back hoping to have had things made right but was accommodated far beyond expectation on both the management and corporate level. I am not sure that I believe in a five star update, but given the effort that I witnessed it is only appropriate to leave just that. Thank you for everything. I really appreciate it. Five stars !"
"Not a bad way to start the year off! With most places closed on New Year's Day, options were slim. We settled on pizza since most pizza places are open still on this national holiday. We found Massimos Pizza and Pasta on door dash and then quickly flipped to Yelp to check the reviews. I saw that the reviews were mostly good, and decided to take a chance. I ordered the veggie pizza with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara sauce. The pizza was cheesy and delicious. The toppings were fresh. The pizza dough was alright. That could be better. Nothing compares to freshly baked vegan pizza dough. But for regular pizza crust, it was alright. It would have been better with a butter crust or garlic- any flavor. The crust and dough were bland to me. We had to really use the ranch to dunk the pizza in it. With the ranch for dipping, it took this pizza up to a 8/10. Without the ranch we are talking more like 7/10."
"Nikki's always hits the spot! I don't even bother trying to find new Indian food restaurants because this IS the SPOT! Never disappoints and the service is always amazing and friendly"
"Super tasty food and friendly staff. Thanks to Linda for making us feel like family and sharing her dessert from the next door bakery. The lamb shoulder (1/2 order) or was tender and juicy. The of the family either ate shawarma or kebabs. everyone was stuffed and happy. We did dine outdoors, so be prepared for the setting sun to be little strong, and if you are not a fan of hooka, you might opt to sit inside."
"Friendly serviceConvenient hours (thanks for the late weekend!) Quick, courteous deliveryPaid with CC upon doorstep. Tasty piesWill definitely use again!"
"Came in on Friday nite, what a hidden gem! I ordered the chicken and beef plate which was $17.99. It's a bit pricy but kid you not...it's worth the price. The plate is big enough to share with two people. The meats are tender and flavorful. The rice is just cooked right with good taste of salad on the side. My partner ordered the falafel salad which was full of flavor also. Falafel isn't dry and not overly oily or heavy dressing. It came with a basket of pita bread huge portion. We can't wait to go back!"
"Fantastic restaurant. Friendly service, delicious food, and parking was not difficult to obtain. I did find it a bit odd that the menu did not appear to have any lamb options, but they made up for it by having a seemingly greater variety of sweet/dessert options than most Indian eateries I have visited!P.S.Probably a good idea to clarify requested spice levels during ordering, if you palate is used to fare on the milder side."
"We walked into this place and fount it very tasty & fresh We are middle eastern and picky w food I am more selective about my Lebanese cuisine since the freshness is a key ingredient Shawarma was delicious and warm Sauces were tasty Owners are kind"
"I heard the hype. Mainly from my daughters.I get it now. It took me a bit to try Dave's, but that day came recently.Tried the #4 which is your standard chicken slider with fries. Got a DC, to wash it down. Good portion of food. It was plenty for me.Pretty solid. Sizey chicken strip on a soft bun with slaw, pickles, and sauce. I opted for the "Hot" spice level. Pickles really set it off. Heat level was decent. Fries were tasty.I'd rate Dave's at the top of the local chicken sandwich scene which includes Cane's, Wendy's, Popeye's, Chick Fil-A, etc.Prices are ok."
"Experience: Came here during the week around 6ish. No one was there. Got served immediately. It was a good dinner meal. Stood for a little over an hour. Good experience. Food: Ordered three dishes to share. Pad kee mao, papaya salad, and seafood rice dish. Everything seemed very authentic and serving size was plenty for four people. The salad was so refreshing and tasty, the seafood rice dish good and fresh, pad kee mao was okay but could have used a bit more sauce. Service: Our server was awesome, attentive, and very kind. Verdict: Everything was good, a solid dinner."
"Solid to-go spot with pretty large portions for each plate! The menu is pretty straightforward with plates, pitas, bowls, and some sides. Pricing feels fair for the quality of food! ($15-20+)The Trio Kebab Plate had ground beef, ribeye, and chicken - all of which were pretty good and flavorful. This would be great to share with another person to try a variety without having to order them separately. I also got the Steak Shawarma Plate which had good flavor, but unfortunately, it was quite dry. Luckily, they did provide some sauces which helped with the dryness, along with the rice and hummus. The side salad that comes with the plates is really tasty with the variety and dressing! I could eat more of that alone.Overall, the service was quick and friendly, and the food pretty tasty. They have a small patio to sit on if you wish to eat there, otherwise it's very to-go friendly. Looks like they also share the kitchen with their other restaurant, BEI."
"I love this healthy fast food restaurant. It is so close to where I swim laps. It is also next to a popular restaurant that I used to go to(Everyday Eatery) who got rid of their vegan options (what shame!) so I didn't go back to that restaurant nor this shopping center. Wow, now Sajj will be my favorite place to go to, here. It is a 'Chipotle' style for Mediterranean food. I know it is a fast food but it is much healthier than most. There are lots of vegan options(marked with a 'V'). A bowl with rice or salad, a wrap, or a pita sandwich is the option for vegans, with Falafels. The price is $11.75 for any of the style. I picked vegan bowl with rice then add eggplant ragout, sumac cauliflower, hummus, cucumbers tomatoes mix, cherry peppers mix, lettuce, and spicy tahini sauce on top. One can add many more from the table that is marked with a 'V' and there are a lot. The rice was tumeric rice. I sprinkled some sumac on top. The lentil soup is included with it. For $11.75 it is a huge deal! I could not finish this bowl as it is a lot of food. There were 4 falafels! These falafels are one of the best I have tried.Unfortunately there is only 1 in SoCal. It is a fast food chain or franchise restaurant and started in Northern California. We need more! Thank you so much for providing so many vegan options. My recommendation is not to go during meal times as it can be crowded. The line never stopped when I was there. It is so popular. The parking can be hard to get too during meal times too. So after 1 pm would be best."
"The service could have been better. The waiter didn't really check in on us and didn't appear to be too friendly. Aside from that, the food was good! The portion sizes are huge! Two people can share a plate! We ordered the beef with green onions and chicken fried rice."
"We were craving Turkish food so we decided to make the trek out to try this place. It's a casual eatery with a few tables. If you are a large party, I would suggest ordering takeout instead. We ordered:Lentil soup - a nice way to start the meal and warm up your stomach for feasting! It's smooth, creamy, and delicious!Beef baguette - our favorite item! Tender cuts of beef with salad and amazing sauce. The beef was juicy and had a slight kick of spice to it. The baguette was fresh and soft, not the type that cuts the roof of your mouth. Beef & lamb bowl - my kids loved this the most. 2 large kabobs of flavorful meat over rice and salad. They gobbled this up - toddler approved! I also loved the flavor of the meat as well, almost like it had blue cheese in it. Ayran - Yogurt drink - it's perfect for washing down spicy foods and also great for digestion after eating too much! It's a staple when we eat Turkish food. They also have complimentary black tea available in the canisters which is a huge plus to drink with your meal.Kunefe - our favorite dessert. It's a crunchy noodle pastry with cheese, sweet syrup, and toasted pistachios. The perfect way to end a meal. The owner was so sweet and gave us recommendations and also gave us some food for our hungry kids while we were waiting. He also turned on cartoons for the kids to watch, since they were getting a little crazy. All of the food was freshly made, with the right amount of spice, and delicious. The food is authentic and delicious on its own, not overly disguised with sauce like the more Americanized places. The portions were generous and prices were on point for the quality of food. Highly recommend this place. We will be back to try the other dishes."
"Are you curious and want to try something new? Well, how about warm oozing goodness that gushes out in between your beef patties and buns. Mmm, and that dripping cheese just makes your mouth water! I had the very tasty pleasure to have such a burger with a smoking cloche for that added smokiness flavor. First time and it won't be the last, the Smokey was the burger I got and this was your basic Angus but leveled up when it was all said and done! The smoke and cheese injection is the show but even without it the other burgers are still a go! I also had their double smash burger and that too was hitting my tastebuds on all points. The joint has a rustic hunters vibe with comfy booths and the music selection is interesting. Parking can be a challenge but customers from other shops come and go pretty quickly. The service was great and I can't wait to come back and try other gens. And that's my take, Peace..."
"Boyfriend and I have seen this restaurant many times, but they always close so early. And because of that, we've never been able to try it - until this past weekend. We decided to order ahead of time and walk over to pick it up since we live fairly close by. The restaurant itself was surprisingly super clean. We did arrive a bit early so our food wasn't ready, but that wasn't their fault. The guy that was working finished up with the walk in customer who was already there and quickly went to prepare our food. Before handing our order to us, he even read back our entire order as he was packaging it - great, friendly customer service. When we got home, the food portions were plentiful and we were ready to dig in. Boyfriend ordered the Chicken and Beef Steak Kabob entree and I got a wrap with Lemon Artichoke Hummus, Spring Mix, Pesto Chicken Shawarma, Sumac Onions, Tabbouleh, Pickled Beets, Cucumbers, Lemon and Olive Oil, and White Garlic Sauce. We also ordered a side of their Pita Bread with 3 hummus's (Feta, Traditional and another one that had some spice). And omg, everything was bursting with flavor and we were so happy haha. Because how can you not be when you're eating yummy food? We will most definitely be coming back here to try more items on their menu. Very happy we found this gem so close to home."
"This might be the best breakfast in Orange County. Everything we had was FANTASTIC! Perfectly spiced, cooked, and beautifully served. Highly recommend, the menu is interesting and everything is good. Can't wait to come back! Don't miss out on this."
"Always consistent pizza. Ordering online and pick up is easy and always on time. Crust is made to perfection. Toppings are always fresh! Ordered pizza for my family tonight and they absolutely loved it!"
"I came here with my family and OMG it was the amazing. So first, the owner is amazing. She gave us amazing suggestions like the mansaf. She was so sweet and patient as we asked our questions. Now the mansaf was AMAZING, honestly the best Ive ever had. 5 stars because the service was amazing and the food was delicious. Definitely need a repeat visit."
"Came back here a second time to try different pizzas. We ordered online to take back home to eat. It only took 20 mins for pick up to be ready on a Saturday night. Hubby and I got a large half and half with BBQ Chicken and Lebanese Garlic Chicken. Pizza is beautiful again. BBQ Chicken was delicious. Definitely recommend this one. Lebanese Garlic Chicken was just okay. Maybe it's not my kind of flavor compared to the other ones I've had. Will continue to come back here. Good pizzas!!!"
"First time trying Dave's Hot Chicken and I am impressed. They have fried chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders and fries. New to their menu is fried cauliflower which you can get as a sandwich or as bites. They have 7 heat levels from no spice to reaper. We got the two sliders with fries combo and a side of the cauliflower bites and it was perfect for two people to share. We got mild which was perfect my partner who can't handle much heat. Fried chicken was tender but a little salty for my taste. Would have been nice to have a little more slaw in the sandwich to balance it out. This location has indoor and outdoor seating and is smaller compared to other locations (according to our friends). Overall very clean and cashier was friendly. I would go again."
"This placed just opened in our building and I've never tried Pakistani food before so I was bound to check it out. The owner was very nice, welcoming, and let me try samples of the Malai Chicken and Karahi Chicken because I didn't know what they tasted like. The Karahi is more spiced while the Malai is tamed in spice. I ordered the Karahi Chicken Roll ($10), Pulao Biryani Bowl ($13), and Mango Lassi ($7).The food came out very quickly and freshly hot. The Karahi Roll includes a flaky flatbread, karahi chicken, salad, onions, and cilantro. This wrap was delicious due to the melding of flavors along with the Green sauce (creamy cilantro and jalapeno). The Pulao Biryani Bowl includes biryani rice, karahi chicken, onions, cucumber salad, and yogurt sauce. This was a refreshing salad rice bowl and there was plenty of flavor from the karahi chicken. The Mango Lassi was a thick creamy mango yogurt drink, which helped complement the spiciness of the chicken. This was a great place to eat on a weekend night and I look forward to trying out their other menu items!"
