There's no artificial flavor and it's available for matcha and coffee lovers alike. If that's not your cup of tea, don't hold back on trying any of the other cream tops. My favorites are matcha and black sesame but you can't go wrong with any."

Laila K. "If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. My absolute favorite Arab bakery in the OC! They have the best baked goods, pastries, and flatbreads that give you a taste of the Middle East and teleport you as if you were "back home."Our go-to's are the manaeesh with zaatar, egg/cheese, and lahme (minced meat). They come with a side of pickles and olives for the perfect touch. And you can't forget the tea with fresh mint leaves to wash it all down. The owner is extremely friendly and knows his regular's very well. It's usually busy, but time's I have gone we are eating within 15 minutes of ordering. The walls are painted with pictures encompassing the Middle Eastern culture and people, and truly make you feel you are in another world. It is a mainstay for Arabs all throughout OC, and a must try if ever in Anaheim's "little Arabia" on Brookhurst St."

It was more of a textural dessert than a flavorful one, but overall I loved it!The place itself had lots of seating and it was completely full on a Friday night. It's owned by the same company as "Sushi on Fire" and while we've been here several times we've never tried either of their sushi locations.Duck Noodle: Noodles with roasted duck (Skin on), bean sprouts, green onion, cilantro, and garlic sauce. My favorite, very nice soy sauce based broth, overall noodle soup tasted clean and not heavy.Potak: (Hot & sour seafood soup) Thai spicy soup with seafood in a spicy broth of lemongrass (Shrimp, fish, calamari, and mussel). Delicious and a good option for seafood lovers, my wife uses their version as the bar for tiwhr places. Pad Thai: pan-fried noodles with egg, bean sprouts, cooked in sweet and tangy sauce garnished with crushed peanuts. Noodle were perfectly cooked and not falling apart, consistent for takeout or in-person dining.Shrimp Blanket: Marinated shrimp rolls with wonton skin served with sweet and sour sauce. Nice and crunchy, tasted great with the sweet and sour sauce."

Richard B. "The location of this place is just across the Fullerton Municipal Airport. I walked in to a very casual atmosphere and a friendly greeting. It looks like a good place to sit and watch the plane land and take off. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no activity during my visit. I found the place on Yelp and wanted to try the blueberry scone, but it looks like I arrived too late. They said they're already out for the day. I opted for the corn cheese scone since it's not a common item. I bit into it and it crumbled very softly and started to melt in my mouth. They did a great job. The year of the corn is there for sure and I taste it. However, it was difficult to taste the cheese even though I see the melted cheese. I think I would have loved having small bacon bits in this thing.I visited the roastery on the side. They were actually roasting on site. However, their biscuits in the center really make the soup taste good. I loved the buttery mash potatoes so I wish I got one of those meals instead. We were seated at a lovely booth in the dining room. Derrick was our server extraordinare. What an amazing person, professional and kind. We started with drinks and my wife had her favorite, Don Julio Blanco with Topo Chico and three limes muddled with mint and I had bottled water and a soft drink. We both started with salads and my wife had the Cesar salad and I had the wedge. Both salads were presented well and very tasty. Oscar, another fine individual came by and brought us fresh bread and also attended to our table. We so enjoyed the evening with great conversation and fantastic food.Derrick took our entree order as well and my wife had the seabass entree, butterfield and I had the filet mignon entree with melted blue cheese and a side of sautéed spinach. The meals came out beautifully prepared and presented and the taste of both meals were excellent. I finished with an Americano and some additional conversation and then Kevin, one of the managers, stopped by to thank us for coming in while asking how everything was. We thanked Kevin and praised the staff, food and overall experience. Highly recommended"

I can't believe I haven't tried this place sooner! Keep in mind they open at 3PM (since they stay open so late) Thank you so much Marina, for your hospitality and your recommendations. I can't wait to try more from your menu. Marina did mention not all the Chocolate Bash locations carry this viral chocolate bar, so if you want to try the viral Dubai chocolate bar, pistachio cream and the crispy fried fillo dough, you should definitely visit Newport Beach. I came across this place from the restaurant next door, because they had a flyer showing this location sells the viral Dubai chocolate bar!! I have been so tempted to buy these online on Etsy for the last few weeks, but I was determined to try and find them more locally and now I have. Delicious!!! It is everything they're talking about online and even better in person. Exceeded my expectations with how delicious and fun to eat these bars are. They're $10/bar (a little smaller than a crunch bar) here. It's still a good deal compared to what I saw online. Loved everything I tried!! If you've got a sweet tooth like me, you'll love this place too. So many sweet treats to enjoy. Especially loved their chocolate dipped strawberries and their Nutella crepe. Ice cream is more icy, than creamy, but a few delicious varieties to try if you're into the ice cream more than their decadent pastry options like the crepe/waffle. Thank you so much again Marina!"

All seating is outdoors, and they have seasonal menus that change every so often. There is a bakery inside where you can purchase baked goods. Their cookies are delicious. I want to try their pastries next time.Food: -Mafaldine (nonna ginell's bolognese, percorino basil $23) 5/5 This was delicious! Had the perfect amount of salt, meat, and tomato sauce with cheese and basil as a garnish. Would definitely get this again.-Winter Panzanella (burrata, nonna vinaigrette, chicory, squash, dried cherries $19) 3/5. The vinaigrette was a little too bitter for my friends and my taste. We wouldn't get it again.-Spaghetti (nduja, pomodoro, pecorino, rosemary $22) 4.5/5 The spaghetti is what you expect but a little elevated. Personally, I would get the Mafaldine again over the spaghetti.-Tonnarelli Alla Carbonara (guanciale, egg, cracked pepper $23) 4/5 This pasta was the prettiest out of the 3. If you like more white/creamy based sauces, you should get this pasta. -Baked eggs (tomato & sweet pepper stew, goat ricotta, toasted bread $17 5/5) This is basically a shakshuka. I love tomatoes in general, but the flavor in this stew was delicious. The bread is also one of the better breads I've ever had. -Frites w/ Bearnaise Sauce $9 (3/5) Unfortunately, the fries were soggy. The sauce was also under seasoned. I wouldn't order this again.TLDR: Order the mafaldine if you like tomato sauce/Bolognese pastas OR if you like white sauce/creamy egg pastas then you should order the Tonnarelli Alla Carbonara.Also-- get their bread from the bakery. The country bread was amazing and tasted like one of the best sourdough breads I've ever had."

Crocker's The Well Dressed Frank

Crocker's The Well Dressed Frank

★★★★☆ 4.3 (363) • $$

Wendy B. "A jaw-dropping experience. Yelpers have rated this one so correctly. Crocker's is a simple, hole-in-the-wall kind of place with such a fun, friendly vibe. The fact that it is smack dab in the middle of the adorably touristy island of Balboa makes it even more special in spite of the insane parking situation.I am not sure what caught my eye first. The decor: walls, plastered with millions of defiled one dollar bills, that a person can barely resist taking a sample (but don't!) or the bakery cases full of freshly baked sweet and savory goodies that will most likely turn your brain into mush while you are trying to calm down long enough to choose only one, or submiting to the urge to buy one of everything. But, we truthfully came for lunch, not sweet things.Their menu may sound very common, but once the food started flying out of the kitchen, and quite fast, I might add, we knew we had made an excellent choice coming here. There is nothing ordinary here. The burger was cooked to perfection. Juicy, big, full of quality ingredients, and crowned with a tender brioche bun. The one side my son chose was their homemade, red potato salad that ended up bringing tears of joy to his eyes. His strawberry milkshake was the final straw. Real strawberries, rich ice cream, not overly sweet, and topped with whipped cream and a cherry. Usually a silent eater, he could not contain himself with their praises. And then he tasted his wife's clam chowder. Complete melt down. And fun to watch as he scraped the container bare in between moans of ecstacy. This clam chowder ranks at the top of my list, too. I sure hope you love creamy! This is unadulterated, ultra creamy, and loaded with tender clams, potatoes, with a lightly herbed taste. This is my idea of the perfect clam chowder I have searched for over many years. My lunch choice, the grilled cheese sandwich, caught me by surprise. I love grilled cheese, but this one, in all its simplicity, soared to the top of my happy, grilled cheese dreams. Two kinds of cheeses, slices of tomato, sandwiched between two large pieces of sourdough, buttered and coated in parmesan, then grilled to a toasty finish. I could only eat half, but I sure had to resist the urge to become a glutton. I picked a green salad with their balsamic dressing for my side. Should I mention that the potato salad's siren call was unmercifully directed at me as well? I nibbled surreptitiously in between sanctimonious bites of baby greens.Last but not least was the foot long hot dog ordered by my hot dog loving husband. Although spectacular looking, he had regrets. If he had to do it over again, the hamburger would have won his heart. As it was, he was pleased with his award-winning potato salad. And, after sampling the clam chowder, he placed two large orders for chowder to go, knowing that our daughter and granddaughter back home would be the happy recipients of some of it, but not all. Now, the curse of eating inside their tiny eatery, besides having only a few tables, is the fact that those bakery cases are right in front of your nose. It's brutal torture. And our family is not known for self-control in that department. These bakery cases did not display ordinary stuff either. Every item they offered was unique and screamed of homemade goodness. Needless to say, we staggered out of there with a shamefully big bag filled with 4 irresistable baked delicacies, two full containers of chowder, and leftovers, to be split three ways.Bottom line? When in Newport, this is THE SPOT our family will instantly gravitate towards. No argument there!"

Tiffany C. "Was searching on Yelp for any new dessert places and came across Maison De Croissant, located inside of H Mart. Turn quickly to the right once you walk in and you'll immediately be greeted by the displays of desserts and baked goods. Wanted to grab a muffin, but the price was a bit hefty at $4-5 per muffin, so I opted for the croffle instead. Each croffle is advertised as freshly made with a variety of flavors that you can choose from. I chose the caramel, which came with cream, caramel drizzle, and a Biscoff cookie on top. The lady helping me immediately turned on the machine after I ordered, which took awhile to warm up. Even though they had some already made on top of the machine, she made fresh ones for me and the customer after me. Wow, I have to say that I really rented the dessert. It was about $5-6, which wasn't bad at all. The outside was crispy but it the inside was chewy and not too sweet. Eating each warm bite alongside the coldness of the cream provided a great contrast. Was a bit sad that the croffle was finished in a few bites. Highly recommend checking this place out if you love desserts, especially waffles and croissants. They also serve drinks and macarons if you want to grab other items!"

They open at 8:00am, but close at 1:00pm or 2:00pm daily depending on the day. So keep that in mind before you decide to drop by! ** All their baked goods such as scones and bagels are made in-house and will be fresh out of the oven at 9:00am every day! But they do not refresh their baked items in their display case, so it's first come, first serve until sold out! So come in around that time if you want to grab any of those items. DROP BISCUIT SANDWICHWarm, buttery, flaky garlic cheddar drop biscuit with thinly sliced ham, cream cheese and melty, gooey cheddar cheese. This was so good! It was the perfect size too! These are to die for! JALAPEÑO CHEDDAR BAGEL Deliciousss! Made in-house and it shows! Lovely springy bagel bread sprinkled with jalapeño and cheddar. Bagel is not thin, but has a beautiful spongy bite to it. Toasted or untoasted, it was delicious with or without cream cheese. When toasted, delightfully crunchy on the outside and bread is still chewy and not dry. PUMPKIN SPICE LATTEThis was good, although there was more  nutmeg than cinnamon, which was kinda' sad. However, loved the frothy creamy milk. If only there was more flavor overall. COFFEE CAKE SCONEI'm gonna say it again. Deeeelicioussss! Fluffy and soft with the outside layers having a light crunch! Enjoyed every bite!Yes, it does taste like coffee cake, but subtle in flavor. If you didn't know the name, you'd probably think it's a cinnamon scone. But still more buttery than cinnamony. CHOCOLATE CHIP SCONEThis had a good amount of choc chips in each bite! However, I realized that the freshly baked scones do not taste the same after a few hours. Texture-wise still moist and biscuit-like in some areas, but some parts were dry. Unfortunate because the Coffee Cake Scone was a completely different experience! Scones should be consumed ASAP. Get there early to grab a scone or two fresh! BREAKFAST SANDWICHYes, gonna say it again! This was deeelicioussss! Recommended to me by the barista, so I had to try it! Fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage patty (a bit thin though), gooey melty cheddar cheese on a soft buttery brioche bun! Heavenlyyy! I don't think this is offered daily, as I did not see this on the daily menu, so if you see it, order it without a second thought! Eat it right away! Once you try it, you'll be dreaming of them daily! CALI BLTWanted to try an avocado toast and it seems this was the only toast on the menu with avocado in it. But didn't realize bacon was added too, hence the BLT.  Their house-made sourdough bread was absolutely crunchy, spongy, delightful! Super delish! That bread was so good and that crusty cheddar melted on top! The toppings were okay and wished it was a simpler toast with maybe heirloom tomatoes, smashed avocado, sea salt, black pepper and sprinkled with olive oil. CHEDDAR BAGEL (with Garlic Herb Cream Cheese)Toasted, it was perfectly chewy and lightly crunchy cheddar top on the outside. It was perfect as it was! The garlickly chunky herbed cream cheese was delicious with the bagel. I am officially a fan of their bagels! Not buying them elsewhere! CAPPUCCINO (Hot)Overall decent flavor. Steamed milk was perfect. BROWNIEThe brownie was moist with a crumbly top. Good cocoa and semi-sweet chocolate flavor coming through! PEANUT BUTTER CUP LATTE (Hot)This had a lovely peanut butter flavor and had the right amount of sweetness! Enjoyed this! Ordering again next time! The inside of the restaurant is super cute and pink and while we were going to eat inside, we wanted to watch our show together but otherwise would have stayed. She got us both a mango coconut jelly and when we put our order in, the man behind the counter disappeared to go cut up fresh mango. He was really quick, wrapped up our mason jars and we took these to go. When we got back to hers, I took a bite of fresh mango mixed with the jelly and it was sooo yummy! It was nice and sweet mixed with the coolness & softness of the coconut jelly that tasted like nothing I've ever had before. The best part of it was the mason jar we got to keep at home and I make overnight oats with these cute little pink jar now. Loved this place and I really wish we had one closer in the Bay!
