Recommend getting that instead of the ranch. Service was friendly and food was brought to our table. Inside was clean. They offered us free soft serve ice cream before leaving but we were so full we passed. Next time!"

Service was fast for dinner time but don't ask them to rush as they are preparing everything fresh. Nothing frozen! All healthy. Cozy atmosphere inside but they have tables outside. "After the Fire Wings closed down in Fountain Valley (I still wonder why to this day) we've been coming to the location in Irvine to get our wings fix. Love the wings here! So far the only item that we order. It's a pretty vibing spot here especially when there are games going on. If you order in person, there is a wait for the times I have gone they have been pretty busy. So I try to place my order online for a bit of a quicker pick-up. Customer service has been A-OK. Youngings... I don't have much to say other than that it can be better improved.Our most enjoyed flavors are: Lemon pepper, Cali Rub, Thai Chili, Saigon street, Korean Kick and BBQ Chipotle. We always get it "Extra Crispy" - this is a must especially if you got wings that are coated with the sauce. Seasoning and flavors are spot on yummy and the wings are juicy! Fire Wings is a super solid wing spot. IMO definitely better than the other spots.The only con I have is that the take out are packaged in Styrofoam. Not environmental friendly and doesn't biodegrade. Not the biggest deal but I hope they will change it in the future."

We got the two sliders with fries combo and a side of the cauliflower bites and it was perfect for two people to share. We got mild which was perfect my partner who can't handle much heat. Fried chicken was tender but a little salty for my taste. Would have been nice to have a little more slaw in the sandwich to balance it out.This location has indoor and outdoor seating and is smaller compared to other locations (according to our friends). "Wow I think about this chicken everyday. Chicken sandwiches are my favorite fast food, since Chick-fil-A raised their prices and lowered the quality of their chicken I haven't been able to find a place that I crave the same way I did pre covid chick fil a. Zach's blows them out of the water in every regard. These strips are comically large think half a chicken breast freshly butterflied made to order. Nobody has as fresh ingredients or as generous portions as Zach's. As for the technique you know these people see food as an art. They aren't just making fried chicken with all the teenage against or midlife resentment that you'd get from any other fast food joint. These are made with love. They let the oil drip off instead of soaking in so be patient they can't make these as fast as mc nuggets. But here's the kicker for me the reason that I'd give them 100+ stars for if I could. Their service is unmatched. I was out with a group of 20 people they all decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings cause they're ignorant or maybe they hate themselves or their mothers didn't love them. That's beside the point. I could not bring myself to get anything from B-dubs when Zach's is right across the street calling my name. So I call Zach's and let them know I'm in a rush so I'd like to place the order over the phone. Jordan, God bless your soul, let's me know they don't take phone orders, but starts my order anyways in good faith without taking any payment info. I get there in 5 minutes and my order is ready within 1 minute of getting there I pull up to BWW and the boys haven't even had their order taken before I introduce them to the hangry Zach Risky (mild spice I think it's dipped in chili oil).I converted the sinners that day and needless to say given the option no one in that group will choose 2.5 star Buffalo Wild Wings over Zach's again. I'll update my review with pictures next time I go."

A sweet and helpful young woman came out to check on me as I started to order on the kiosk to let me know she was there to help if I had any trouble and sure enough I quickly did. I thought the screen froze up but it just needed to be swiped upward. Quit laughing; I'm old and feeble minded.Lots of indoor seating as well as outdoor seating is available. I sat inside and ate my Zach's Original sandwich (two chicken tenders in a brioche bun with pickles and their secret sauce), crinkle fries, and fresh squeezed lemonade. You can order your chicken at various spice levels but I got mine at the "easy" level. Which is the same a "pretty much none".The chicken had a delicious crispy exterior and juicy, quality, white-meat chicken beneath. These were the best chicken tenders I've had. The brioche bun tried to hold up but was too fresh and soft to hold together for the duration so I was picking up pieces with my fingers before I was finished. The lemonade was superb - I really liked it and would push you to get it as your drink if you like lemonade. The fries would have been good if not mercilessly over salted. After eating several I think my tongue dried up to resemble a raisin. Instead of ketchup I got a small container of their smoky sauce for dipping which I thought was pretty tasty and lived up to its name.I randomly ate here after going to a movie in this plaza and got lucky - I'm glad I tried it."

Service / You actually order on the kiosk and they will bring the food out for you. Food / I got their chicken and rice which came with some hot broth on the side, some veggies, chicken, broth, rice, and of course they're poached chicken. The chicken came out very tender and juicy, and gave her a pretty good portion of it. The rice was really fragrant and I think the combo of chicken and rice was the perfect combination . Even though it is such a simple dish, it is such a comforting meal and does not make you feel terrible.
