"Their Chinese food is the best I've ever had anywhere in America!!! Hands down!! I'm talking, from California to Maine. The best ever!!!"
"It's about time. After driving by this Newport Beach gem dozens (if not hundreds) of times I finally had the opportunity to stop by for lunch. Tidepoole is well known to both the locals and tourists of Newport Beach. Their storefront is front and center on PCH, so it's truly hard to miss. I stopped by today after attending a nearby yoga class and grabbed a bite to-go. Their menu was straight forward, with options like sandwiches, pizzas, light sides, etc. I ordered the Charlie Sammy: sourdough, pesto, artichoke, provolone, tomatoes, and arugula. I also paid extra to add chicken as protein. The meal was delicious and served with a sliced pickle. The restaurant was close to empty, but I bet it stays jam packed during the summer months. Despite the slow season, parking is still tough. You'll find street parking available in the nearby residential neighborhoods. Luckily it's a nice walk, so don't let this small hiccup keep you from visiting!"
"One of my favorite Mexican food spots with a great view. Portions are huge so always end up with left overs."
"I've seen this place for YEARS!! And I always wanted to try it but always forgot. So when I found myself waiting for my tires to get replaced next-door, I hopped on over and tried Springdale Café. The service was friendly and she was very patient with me as I looked over a very extensive breakfast menu. I ordered the French toast, platter and French vanilla iced coffee. At Springdale Café you order at the counter first, find your seat and they bring the food to you. The only issue I had was they used coffee mate for the flavoring of the iced coffee. I wish I would have known this ahead of time I would have just ordered a regular coffee other than that the food was great. What you would expect for a café. They had two TVs on if that's what you want to do maybe catch up on your news and or sports. The tables were clean."
"My sister & I met for a late lunch the day before 4th of July. Found ourselves checking out Country Cafe referred by friends. They close at 1:30pm. We arrived at 1:00 Thought they might turn us away. We were so wrong. They greeted us cheerfully and never rushed us to order or finish up. Top notch service all around. Sister ordered a 2 egg scramble accompanied by brown rice, bacon and sourdough toast. Homemade strawberry jam. Delish. I ordered machaka - half a plate full of tasty shredded beef scrambled with fluffy eggs. Plentiful. Delicious. Cottage cheese, sourdough toast and brewed coffee completed my meal. So much food. We both took half our meals home for dinner. The cafe is ultra-clean. A wall of philodendron plants look well-loved - healthy, hardy, lacy - allowed filtered light to enter the lovely cafe. Impressive. Country Cafe has been in business for eight years. I live blocks away. I can't believe this was my first visit. It won't be my last."
"BEST CHILAQUILES I'VE HAD IN A WHILE! Definitely recommend grabbing a bite here! Will be coming back again!"
"I've been to the HB location of OPH, but 4got to write a review. The experiences in the past have been positive. This time I had Eggs Michael (sausage patties and poached eggs on top of English muffins w/ sherry & mushroom sauce) and 4 potato pancakes. The food was really good & hearty. The eggs were nicely poached, and the patties were large enuf to cover the muffins. The sauce didn't overpower the dish, and the pancakes were nice and crispy. I couldn't finish my meal. The only downside was the price (most entrees are ~ $20).Regarding the ambiance, the decor is basic, but warm. Likewise, the staff is friendly, attentive and efficient. The food came out quickly for 4 of us.The main reason why I don't come to OPH more often is mija is allergic to peanuts, and they use peanut oil here. This visit was w/ my golf buddies, so maybe we'll add OPH to our rotation."
"My favorite local deli. Always very friendly service and delicious breakfast or lunch sandwiches and burritos. Fair prices. What more could you ask for?"
"Received exceptional customer service from the manager and Evelyn. They went above and beyond. Not to mention the food was amazing. I will keep coming back to this location all the time."
"It's been a while, but I've given this place more chances and have to say I'll continue returning! As someone who doesn't like mimosas, I knew bottomless would've been a rip off for me with their deal. Luckily, I was able to use a different menu and order a margarita on the side without having to use their bottomless brunch menu!Their Buffalo Chicken Wings came out steaming and packed! It tasted exactly like you'd expect from good wings. If you have the stomach, try out their Clam Chowder! Super creamy, filling, and hearty if you're not feeling anything else. Glad I'm able to get a difference experience from last time!"

Scrumptious and never frugal on ingredients. We usually get their salmon offerings and my (and my daughter's go-to) PBJ--what childhood dreams are made of!We also brought home a dozen bagels and their heavenly cream cheese during this visit because we can never get enough of Nick's.

OMGosh. Every time I'm in Long Beach and stop by Jimmy John's on Cherry Ave I've always noticed how busy Country Kitchen restaurant was. So my sons and I decided to try it. They got the grilled cheese with fries and really liked it. I got the breakfast combo with bacon, egg , potatoes and toast with a side of jam and it was delicious. We enjoyed it because it doesn't taste like regular restaurant food. It tastes more homemade. The bacon and potatoes were delicious. I especially likeHow seasoned the potatoes were. I will definitely be back. And the customer service is great.

The food was excellent- the egg foo yung was more than enough for two. We split it. The staff were very friendly as were the patrons. This was our first time visiting but definitely won't be our last.

Food was amazing, the amount of flavors that are packed into a sandwich alone was impressive. Fresh ingredients, great serving sizes, and customer service was awesome. My family of 5 stopped by this cozy spot after spending a day on the beach. We were starving and everything we ordered from here hit the spot.

One of our favorite restaurants in Laguna! Wait is never too long even when it's super busy, valet is inexpensive and makes it super easy. The patio is the best with amazing view and the service is always top notch. I always order the shrimp tacos and they are definitely some of the best ones I've ever had. We love the salsa and ordering calamari. My fiancé likes the chicken burrito and honestly everything that they make is so delicious. I wish we lived closer because their happy hour is amazing as well, and can't forget to mention their house margarita is delicious and strong.

Sat down for breakfast while by truck received 2 new tires next door. I ordered 2 sandwiches, Breakfast Brioche and Breakfast Croissant. Both came out within 5 min of ordering. Eggs are thick and fluffy like a pillow. Cheese and bacon are spot on with a hint of spicy Mayo brings both to another level of goodness. Tater tots are crispy and held a warm temperature for 20 min until they were consumed. The menu is simple and wonderful when you need to come in and chill for a minute or grab and take home. I will be back!!

Country Cafe is a super cozy classic American breakfast spot. I came on Tuesday around 11am and the restaurant was nearly full. The servers are attentive and check in when they can, but they can also get super busy with other diners. We ordered:Hobo omelet 10/10: Perfectly cooked omelet and the home fries are fantastic; it's like a hash brown with sliced potatoes instead. It's a large portion and it also comes with your choice of toast!Nutella crepe, banana and strawberry 9/10: Comes with two crepes and a good amount of toppings. It hit the spot, but it would've been nice if there was filling inside the crepes as well.I understand why this is a popular local spot and it's exactly what you want for a good American breakfast!

I have known this place ever since it was called 'Miraloma Cafe' and wanted to visit one day when the name changed as I heard many great things about the cafe. The exterior and interior of the building and the great staff seemed the same but the food has definitely elevated. As the Yelpers recommend, I ordered the breakfast burrito and chocolate waffles. I thought I ordered chilaquiles as well but it was only in my head. When only two items came out, I was so disappointed since I really wanted to try the chilaquiles. I guess it was a sign for me to visit them again. Since it was early in the morning, I ordered their vanilla latte and it was very smooth and the flavor was amazing. They even had a heart as a latte art, which was cute. The breakfast burrito was amazing as well as the portion was right and it was packed with yummy and fresh ingredients on a warm tortilla. What I liked most about was that the burrito wasn't greasy at all. On the other hand, the chocolate waffles was a miss since there wasn't anything special. I would probably not order that next time.

"great staff ! Thank you Bre for the amazing drinks ! We will definitely come back ! Food was delicious"
"I gotta agree with Karim A. on this one. We waited 45 mins - VERY SHORT compared to others - and wasn't impressed w/the blueberry. Hubs wanted plain glazed raised, so to wait that long for 4 donuts and a bottle of milk, paying $17, wasn't worth it IMO. Oh, and no price listing we could see ahead of ordering.Yes, the blueberry were hot fresh, so a bit greasy but not at all light and fluffy. The idea was we would get these for early b'fast in room before DLand. The next morning, soooo ... maybe 5 hours later, the blueberry donut was a rock. Tried to break off a bit to get to the inside and wasn't interested. While I'm not a donut fan, I AM a blueberry fan and REALLY wanted to like this. Ended up tossing it. Hubs said the raised were ok, but nothing warranted the wait or cost for us. Also, we were hoping to get a couple of coffees to also have in the am, since we had a microwave, but I was told 'coffee only in morning', so be advised.I'm happy for this small business having such buzz and a loyal following. The people seemed nice, but the food just didn't do it enough for us to return."
"One of the best sandwiches in recent memory (aside from work in progress + brew story)Cute cafe with some small candles, fresh coffee beans, small snacks + dipsQuality Japanese baked goods with tranquil musicSandwiches range from $16-$18, but are worth! Also comes with a yummy salad. Also have rice bowls and drinks/caffeinated drinks ==========Food and atmosphere are great here!Service is very sweet and friendly.Upon entry, the place smells glorious. They took out a fresh baked hojicha cheesecake and my nose was so happy. In the past, I've gotten a walnut cheese bread here and tho it was kinda pricey $5-$6? It was very high in quality. It was chock full of walnuts and lots of salty cheese bits throughout.I shared a roast beef sandwich with my friend, and tho two girls ate the entire half easy, it was well worth the $18Their meat used is prime, juicy, and flavorful. My pet peeve is when the protein just tastes like boiled protein - here, it is definitely not that. I very much enjoyed the sandwich with the kick of wasabi aioli (the smell went a teensy bit up my nose), and freshnesss from greens and tomato. The bread was fluffy and slightly sweet, it ranks very high in my bread world. I will grab a loaf when I run out of bread in my freezer!Side saladNot just lettuce, but a spring mix with crunchy rice crackers? And a light sesame dressing - none of that prepackaged stuff - delish!Cheesecake $8the slice is quite large and every bite was very yummy. It leans on the milky side and there's a soft tang with vanilla undertone. Somewhat dense, more creamy, but not gooey soft. I was expecting a basque cheesecake by the looks, but it's not as caramelized. Cannot wait to try the hojicha! Regular is their best seller.Lemon brioche $4We ate this warm and it was fantastic. Very fluffy and plush, with lemon zest speckled in-between the bread. Sharing a half made me appreciate it hahaOh and I think I found a wonderful study spot :x dogs can be outside as well!A little sad they changed their menu and removed curries/tacos, but I guess better something than nothing."
"Great mom and pop! Made to order and ingredients taste fresh! Can't wait to come back and try something else. Very nice family own."
"As much as I would love to give this secret hidden place a 5 star I just cant because I have to walk here and NO PHONE orders! But you ask: "Is it worth it?" DAMN right! Killer Bfast burritos and overall special breakfasts served here every day. Everything is home made to specialty breakfast and lunch menu items. The staff is one of the best features of this place as they are friendly, warm and treat you like family. Be warned that since this is a hard place to get to, the access during lunchtime can be brutal as far as wait time, parking. The prices here are amazing also for what you get compared to local eateries. I hope they wont get mad at me for this review but I have to share this (hesitantly) since I really appreciate them and want to see their business grow (hesitantly again....lol)."
"the service was great, we got seated right away even for it being kind of busy. our waitress oliva was so sweet and attentive! i'm currently 9 months pregnant & really needed my bacon to be extra crispy, oliva had no problem making sure my bacon was perfect!! on top of the good service, our food was sooo yummy! make sure to order the pancakes they are super fluffy!"
"This establishment is amazing. Not only is the food great but the service is phenomenal. We need more restaurants and cafes like this."
"Holy Crap this place is expensive. It has a Starbucks and that's probably the most reasonably priced thing here. I ordered a coffee, grabbed two "bars" of processed protein powder and a bottle of Pepsi Zero and it was over $25. Nothing was marked so I had no idea of the prices. I think the Pepsi came up at $5.95 for a 20 oz bottle. It's in the lobby of the Anaheim Convention Center Marriott and if you need a quick snack or drink, they have plenty of options, including a delicious looking hot breakfast, just be prepared to pay for it.I guess you're close to Disney and such, but C'mon man!"
"Loved it! Got the turkey club sandwich with sour dough bread. It was really fresh and had nice crispy bacon. We also got the peachy smoothie which to me tasted like an Erewhon smoothie. So good. Great portions and good quality. Was a relaxed vibe with some outdoor seating and friendly service."
"Best outside café views & menu in Mission Viejo, that I've seen so far. Love going there for breakfast & @ sunset on a Saturday."
"Great breakfast spot with a lot of different options and coffee. They have a nice outdoor patio and indoor seating."
"Review 6 of 2025I was running out of time so I ordered just the cheese burger with cup of water. The restaurant itself is small. There are plenty of tables inside and outside. The parking lot is extremely small and tight. I was lucky enough to find the spot.Service was good and fast.Ambiance is cool with nice wall arts on the wall to the ceilings.I will definitely go back."
"Very friendly, great entertainment and the food is surprisingly good, not the old school beach food."
"I really like how comfy this place feels like you're in a quaint little shop. The service is attentive and welcoming. The food is good, especially the potatoes. Instead of cubes of potatoes, they make thin crispy slivers. It's pretty good. I would only really knock down 1 star because of the price. It's a little too steep for diner food."
"We were trying to go to Mi Casa but the parking lot was full! I looked on Yelp and found Tres Muchachos. Very happy we did. The food was amazing and the service was spectacular! Very fresh and a unique taste. We tried the guacamole, salsa and this hummus (not quite sure what was in it) but had this really yummy chimichurri on top. Next, I ordered the New York Steak and Eggs, I'm not the biggest fan of breakfast so I asked if I could sub fries. The steak had the same chimichurri on top, DELISH! It also came with roasted veggies! My husband got the Chef Oso's breakfast burrito with these breakfast fries. 10/10"
"Located amongst the other businesses in the plaza is the breakfast eatery. Once you enter the lot you will need to retrieve a parking ticket in which you can validate afterwards. Ordering is minimal with QR codes posted on the tables and the food and drinks came out relatively quick. Not too heavy of a selection for brunch foods but I noticed a mix of some fusion items, savory and sweet items, and classic options, and vegetarian options as well. I went for their Broccolini Omelet and my friends had a Pork Belly Rice Bowl and their Bacon Jam BLT. To my omelet I added some fingerling potatoes, and the meal was pretty mild so I had some hot sauce packets for some spice. I liked the pesto they used within the omelet which gave it more flavor! The meal tasted healthy and clean, however, still very casual for a breakfast spot. I'd recommend for a quick bite to eat as the service was fast for our matcha latte and coffees!"
"We had a blast celebrating our nephew's first birthday at this place! Breakfast was a delightful. The cafe staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the Disney characters were simply amazing. Not only did they entertain the little ones, but they also made sure to interact with the adults, adding an extra layer of fun to the whole encounter. They stayed in character & were so full of joy & playfulness. The food was good, can't go wrong with the classics: scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages, but they also had other options. If you visit, be sure to try the pork belly slices - just make sure to get the soft and juicy ones, as some parts can be a bit dry and tough. Overall, it was an experience that we recommend trying out."
"Burgers are fresh !! Real juicy like they say it is !!! . This will be my go to place for burgers"
"Literally the BEST food, drinks and service every time we come!! Brought out of town family today, who completely agreed! Best ham cheese and egg croissant, omelettes, huge amount of the best flavored fresh fruit, even the coffee just tastes better than anywhere! We love this place. Side note don't forget the chocolate brittle at check out- it's SO good, especially with vanilla ice cream at home! Love this place so much. Thanks guys!!"
"FOODLoaded Fiery Fried Chicken Sandwich - This has become a go-to order for me from Farmer Boys when I don't know what I want for lunch / dinner. The chicken is juicy. The veggies are fresh. The bun is warm, and the salty crispy bacon + the smashed avocado is a match made in heaven. The cheese makes the sandwich not as spicy but you could probably ask for extra sauce. There are some days where it tastes better than others but still a good sandwich overall. Always Crispy Fries - The majority of the times I've ordered these, they have been cold and stale. I would skip on these.Chili Cheese Fries - If you feel the need to get fries, I would opt for chili cheese fries. The chili, cheese, and onions make the fries slightly more edible.CUSTOMER SERVICE & AMBIENCE Good customer service. I was able to get my takeout quickly and my order was correct. It was not too busy inside and there was plenty of parking."
"602 is my FAVORITE coffee spot in Huntington - which says a lot because there a million different options. Not only is the coffee delicious (and nonfat lattes are the BEST ever), but the team that works there is SO nice. I was thrown off a few times being the jaded New Yorker that I am when the person taking my order asked, "So what are you up to today, any fun plans?" At first I didn't say anything, assuming they were talking to a colleague before it hit me that they're just NICE people. The açai bowls are fresh and delicious, I genuinely look forward to them every time I'm in California. They'll put a lid on them too in case you want to take them to go, which we always opt for, then walk to the pier and have coffee and bowls by the pier watching the surfers. The location, the people, the price for value, and the vibe is just amazing - plus, they have outdoor seating with beach views too if you want to just hang instead of walking anywhere! I hadn't been here in about 5 years and it was just as good as I remembered - even better."
"Four star review because the portions here are insane! I got the chicken fiesta burrito bowl and this could easily feed 3 people. I love the service here and the staff are incredibly inviting. The ambience is great because you can sit here and eat, while getting some work done."
"Don't let my 3-star rating mislead you--Streamliner Lounge isn't bad. However, nothing really wowed me, and I wouldn't choose to come here on my own.My colleagues and I arrived around 6 PM on a Friday. There were about 20 of us, and we were seated within 10 minutes, which was impressive for a large group. We ordered all the appetizers, and I managed to try all but one. Although I didn't catch our server's name, she was sweet and clearly did her best to accommodate us, along with her other tables.Spicy Fried Cauliflower: 4/5Probably my favorite of the bunch. Light, airy, and flavorful, with a surprising crispness that held up even after sitting out.Mini Street Tacos (pork): 2.5/5Pretty dry. The flavor wasn't really there, but they were passable.Slider Duo: 2.5/5These were your typical sliders--nothing to write home about. The fries, however, were pretty good and had a great crisp.Sriracha BBQ Wings: 4/5Good flavor! They were almost too salty for me, but I still enjoyed them.Buffalo Wings: 4/5A classic buffalo wing. They might not be the best you've ever had, but they'll satisfy your craving.Overall, if you're looking for a "traditional" American dining experience, Streamliner Lounge could be a good choice. My preference leans more towards ethnic foods, which might explain why I wasn't overly impressed. But if traditional American fare is your thing, you'll likely enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere, live music, and (decent) food."
