"For those who know me, know I'm always on the hunt for a good coffee shop! I was in the area on Sunday, December 1, 2024. Thanks to Yelp, I stumbled upon Coffee Nature. I ended up getting some work done while enjoying a delicious vanilla latte. There are tables and chairs, outlets for charging your electronic devices and free WiFi.The staff here is friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable about their fairtrade and organic offerings. You can tell their baristas great care in crafting each beverage. The atmosphere and vibe is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to hang out with friends and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. If you're looking for a new coffee shop , definitely give Coffee Nature a try."
"Loved the food, I ordered a Pandan Grass Jelly with light sweetness. The grass jelly had no flavor but that's just how grass jelly is. The milk was slightly sweet and really good. It was more of a textural dessert than a flavorful one, but overall I loved it!The place itself had lots of seating and it was completely full on a Friday night. I don't have much to say about the service since I ordered on the self order machine, but the staff seemed really nice and helpful. Super nice ambience of the store and nice place to hang out on a late night."

"I was HANGRY y'all. It was a very long day and a very long past couple days of D23 Expo. On the final day we decide to haul our booties to do a quick run (more like quick walk so cast members wouldn't yell at us) through both DCA and DL. After being thwarted by Rise of the Resistance and a unexpected detour where there were closures. We were spent and we all absolutely needed food.Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe was an option and recommendation so I opted for the turkey sandwich with chips. We preordered which made things easier to claim after we did a quick ride at Indiana Jones. It was really really late so lines were no where and seating abundant. I devoured that sandwich. Ravished it. The chips a lovely crunchy component to the soft chewiness of the bread.I would get this again if I wanted a non-fried food option at Disneyland!"
"$11 for a chicken pot pie. They're around the same size as the frozen Marie calendar ones, but definitely more fresh and delicious. Also tried a slice of the quiche and we wished the came in a full pie. Can't wait to try the turkey pot pie for thanksgiving."
"I came here looking for a different local pizza option, which ended up being tasty flatbreads. Then I realized they can wrap any flatbread and now my go-to is a Soujouk wrap. I honestly have no idea what Soujouk is. It's spicy and filling, the bread is crispy and served with pickles. I don't care to know more, it's awesome. Ordering ahead of time is easy enough with a phone call. Service is quick. My easy on the go meal when I'm headed out. I think I'll have to try the cheese triangles next time based on the reviews."
"I am a sucker for a restaurant that makes their own pie! Amarith Farmhouse was just the ticket. We had lunch there on Wednesday. The pies were on full display in the bakery case. They also offered fresh, house-made donuts!!!! It is almost like they planned the food they offer just for me! You can tell already that I really enjoyed my lunch, right? The service included a friendly counter girl, prompt delivery of everything we ordered accurately and quickly. The decor is very homey, and country-casual.My chicken avocado club sandwich was delicious and had plenty of bacon. The onion rings were light, crispy, hot, and perfection. My friend had the Philly cheesesteak. He really knows his cheesesteaks! He said that his was perfect, and he proved it by inhaling the delectable beauty in record time.I can't wait to eat here again! We had a half dozen donut holes as an appetizer while we awaited our order! YUM!!"
"My friend really really likes the almond croissant here. She been wanting to take me here to try it. I didn't have plans today, so I decided to go with her. Right when we walked in, I was happy to see all the pastries. The setup, like the seating and the decor, made the bakery look very cute.We got an almond croissant, butternut squash soup, and egg Benedict (smoked salmon).I didn't think any of the items we got really stand out. My fav was probably the butternut squash soup. I didn't feel the salmon was that fresh. Overall, the benedict it was ok.The almond croissant was good, but it can't compare to places I have been to. It was fresh, for sure. It had enough filling but lacked the almond flavor. It was served warm, so kudos for that.I wanted to try their drinks, but my friend didn't let me order it even though I was the one paying. Lol she kept insisting the coffee ain't good. Overall, the place was decent. Will I drive here myself? Prob not..."
"This has to be one of my favorite businesses in long beach. To start, the staff are always warm and welcome. They treat everyone like family and are always so cheerful. Breakfast + Lunch ALL DAY! I really love that the new owners have their full menu available during opening hours. Not only are they the most economical option for burritos in long beach, I believe they might even be the biggest. (see photos) I was not a fan of the previous management of this place, but I encourage anybody that was discouraged from the previous owners to go back and try it again. I swore off this place until I found that there were new people that really wanted to introduce great value to the community. 5 stars all around!"
"Super tasty food and friendly staff. Thanks to Linda for making us feel like family and sharing her dessert from the next door bakery. The lamb shoulder (1/2 order) or was tender and juicy. The of the family either ate shawarma or kebabs. everyone was stuffed and happy. We did dine outdoors, so be prepared for the setting sun to be little strong, and if you are not a fan of hooka, you might opt to sit inside."
"Line moved fast. Ordered and was able to snag a table. Flan Cheesecake: 3/5 can't even taste any cheesecake. Flan part was decent. Che 3 mau: 4/5 good che."
"I recently discovered the beauty of lamhajuns from other bakeries, and I was excited to try them here! They were tasty as expected, and I love that they are a light and affordable snack. We also tried the khachapuri, spinach boreg, and zaatar manaish. The khachapuri was light in flavor so we needed to add some salt and pepper. I appreciated that it was a good, simple pastry. The zaatar manaish has a fluffier dough and is drier than the lahmajun. It's good on its own, but I could see myself adding cheese to it since that seems like a good pairing. The man at the cashier is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed. The parking lot is tiny, but we've been lucky to find parking easily on our visits."
"This place was amazing. We were recommended this place by the vet office (not the one on the corner but down the street). The staff were very friendly and gave great bagel, donut, and drink recommendations. We loved everything we got - bagel with cream cheese, ham and cheese croissant, iced chai latte, and mango smoothie. They make their cream cheese in house and they have the delicious powdered chai."

Iced matcha latte - matcha has a rich, earthy flavor without being too bitter, and the milk adds a nice creaminess. Lightly sweetened, it's a simple yet satisfying drink--definitely one I'd get again!Great study spaces with outlets and lots of seating. Parking lot does get packed in middle of the day but relatively empty in the afternoon. Staff friendly and quick.

My 1st time at Bake & Che. Traveling on a business trip, I had the weekend to explore little Saigon and decided to try the Che here and I got the house special with no durian and peanuts. It was so good. Loved it. Only regret not trying the flan. I will definitely go back if I'm in town again.

This is a great cafe located in Disneyland at the end of Main Street! It's always busy whenever I come here. There are two lines - one is to order at the register and another is for mobile order pick up. If you want to mobile order, I recommend ordering earlier in the day because time slots go fast. They sell a variety of drinks, desserts, and their famous sandwich plus soup combos. I have tried the Birria Cheese Toast with Consume and it is one of my favorite items at the park. I hope they bring it back.Recently, I tried the Boo-gogi Toasted Sandwich with Corn Cheese Soup. It was delicious! Very flavorful. The corn soup was a little sweet but not too sweet. I dipped the sandwich in the soup and it paired very well together. I would definitely try it before it's gone.

Pop Pie will make all of your pie dreams come true, whether sweet or savory! Absolutely obsessed with the sausage roll at Pop Pie. Their version of a sausage roll is flaky, tasty perfection and the meat filling is so flavorful and savory. We got this heated up and it really hit the spot! The key lime pie is also perfectly balanced - not too tart, not too sweet, and that pie crust is my favorite! At Pop Pie you don't have to choose between sweet and savory; you can have it all! We got an iced coffee and a hot matcha to enjoy our pie treats with, and these drinks really complemented the tasty pies.Service was friendly and helpful, especially because we were waffling between all the tempting choices. Ambiance is casual, and there is small seating area. Perfect place to stop by for a quick bite! There's also cute merch if you enjoy supporting local businesses that way too. Will definitely be back!

I've been going to al amir since i was probably three or four years old, the food is actually incredible and so is the service!! i recommend to everyone i send there the lahm bajeen, egg and cheese, kafta and cheese, and the spinach triangles. they recently remodeled to a newer more modern look, but it doesn't change that homey feeling the place has always carried. 10/10 for sure

This family-run restaurant/cafe kept showing up on my yelp app. Didn't think much about it until hubby and I were looking for a coffee shop/cafe that wasn't an IHOP or Denny's. So we tried Amarith out.The location is easy to get to with ample parking. We went for a late lunch on the weekend, worried we'd have to wait a long time. That wasn't the case! You order and pay before seating yourself. Warning: The menu is extensive and you might have a hard time deciding what to eat! The staff are great at helping with menu suggestions. Plus they are warm and welcoming.Hubby had their crispy chicken sandwich with fries. He's tried many a crispy chicken sandwich in his day, but he was adamant that this was the best he's ever had. The chicken does not sit under a heat lamp- it is cooked to order. The ingredients were fresh and the bun was delicious and fresh. The fries were delicious and cooked to perfection. I decided to try the chicken and waffles. It is a good sized portion and could easily be shared as it is satisfying ! The waffle was SCRUMPTIOUS. The chicken was piping hot, juicy and delicious. The meal was three very generously sized chicken strips, clearly breast meat. You can tell the chicken is properly brined prior to breading and deep frying. It was not greasy. The savoury chicken with the maple syrup on the waffle was the perfect combination!I'd like to add that I had a salted caramel latte. They offer decaf for those of us who need to consume less caffeine. The drink was absolutely the best latte I have ever had. It was so well balanced!! The dining room is clean, welcoming, and beautiful. People of every background were happy to be there. We certainly were! Ester, the youngest in her family, came and checked on us to assure we were well taken care of. We pretty much fell in love with her. Pricing: To be honest, despite prices being so high everywhere, we actually found their prices were reasonable. I recently had breakfast at my local ihop and it was more expensive than Amarith. The quality, however, shines above and beyond at Amarith. It felt good to support a family owned business. There's so many things we want to try there! Until next time!!

There is a restaurant in Long Beach, that I will not name, which undeservedly calls itself "the greatest" in its name. Tito's really does deserve such a glowing title but I doubt they would ever think of doing that because they are too busy making their many delicious dishes...pescado among them.

"Luxweet Bakery Cafe in Tustin, CA, is a wonderful spot for families, especially with kids, though they don't have a specific kids' menu. It's known for serving delicious Taiwanese breakfast dishes, such as egg pancakes, BBQ pork pancakes, and even panna cotta. If you're in the mood for a refreshing drink, they offer a variety of boba and milk tea options too.The sandwiches here come highly recommended, they're satisfying, flavorful, and the portions are generous, making them perfect for a full meal. The customer service is exceptional; the staff is not only friendly but also very helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. In addition to the food, they offer an impressive selection of teas, with fresh brews that really highlight the quality and care put into each cup. One of the standout items is their egg pancake, which has a light, delicate texture that differs from the more typical American-style pancakes. It's a great place to enjoy a light, flavorful meal in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere."
"My boyfriend got 3 donuts and some freebie donut holes for only $5! Great price for a real donut shop. Service was amazing and the place was truly spectacular. I definitely recommend coming here for any sweet tooth!"
"The service was okay, not nice but gets the job done. The place is pretty crowded and the area for sugar and such hasn't been cleaned in a while. The chai was honestly not even chai, like flavored milk. Please don't get it, no amount of sugar helps it. The sweets are okay but the experience is very overwhelming."
"I rarely order dessert at a restaurant after dinner. So this is one of my go to for Kunafe and hot tea after dinner elsewhere."
"Such a cute bakery with fresh bread and sweets at a good price! Stopped by here after having shabu shabu next door as we wanted something sweet. They had a bunch of different bread both savory and sweet. It was so hard choosing but we decided on a loaf of the cranberry walnut bread and Carrie black bread. The cranberry walnut bread had the perfect amount of cranberries and walnuts evenly spread and wasn't too sweet. The Carrie black bread was my favorite - it was a dark chocolate bread with layers of Belgian chocolate, dark chocolate chunks, and what seemed like a marscapone cream filling. It was amazing! Both breads were soft, so fresh, and the loaves were huge. Such a good value for less than $5 per loaf. Will definitely be back again the next time I want something sweet!"
"I love coming here for the passion tea and the Chinese chicken salad!!!! One day I came for breakfast I tried an egg scramble type dish it was fantastic I also got a cinnamon roll, the cinnamon roll was on the hard side and it tasted grainy. I will come back and get my tea and salad!!!! So good!"
"Came here with a party of 4 on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30PM. Was told it would be an hour wait; however, we were seated after 20 minutes. All seating is outdoors, and they have seasonal menus that change every so often. There is a bakery inside where you can purchase baked goods. Their cookies are delicious. I want to try their pastries next time.Food: -Mafaldine (nonna ginell's bolognese, percorino basil $23) 5/5 This was delicious! Had the perfect amount of salt, meat, and tomato sauce with cheese and basil as a garnish. Would definitely get this again.-Winter Panzanella (burrata, nonna vinaigrette, chicory, squash, dried cherries $19) 3/5. The vinaigrette was a little too bitter for my friends and my taste. We wouldn't get it again.-Spaghetti (nduja, pomodoro, pecorino, rosemary $22) 4.5/5 The spaghetti is what you expect but a little elevated. Personally, I would get the Mafaldine again over the spaghetti.-Tonnarelli Alla Carbonara (guanciale, egg, cracked pepper $23) 4/5 This pasta was the prettiest out of the 3. If you like more white/creamy based sauces, you should get this pasta. -Baked eggs (tomato & sweet pepper stew, goat ricotta, toasted bread $17 5/5) This is basically a shakshuka. I love tomatoes in general, but the flavor in this stew was delicious. The bread is also one of the better breads I've ever had. -Frites w/ Bearnaise Sauce $9 (3/5) Unfortunately, the fries were soggy. The sauce was also under seasoned. I wouldn't order this again.TLDR: Order the mafaldine if you like tomato sauce/Bolognese pastas OR if you like white sauce/creamy egg pastas then you should order the Tonnarelli Alla Carbonara.Also-- get their bread from the bakery. The country bread was amazing and tasted like one of the best sourdough breads I've ever had."
"The site: One of three restaurants this building. Cha Cha's on one end, and a barbecue restaurant on the other. Building next door is B J 's Brew house. The parking lot is crowded as heck during peak times. Overall a nice but busy area. The vibe: Warm and busy. I've only had lunch here once but lots of times for their pastries when they open. It can quickly fill up - at peak times the seating can be impossible. The pastries are beautifully displayed. The big printed wall menu is a nice touch.Service: You pay first and they either bring it out to you or you pick up. You may have to wait in line awhile, but the employees have always been helpful explaining the items. The food: French cafe sty;e food with a wide variety of beautifully made pastries, coffee, sandwiches, soup, salads (including salmon), and cake. The lunch item I ordered was the chicken pesto sandwich which I liked. But what I like most are their pastries. My favorites include the cinnamon twist which is dough twisted with a butter-cinnamon-sugar filling and dusted with powdered sugar. Hint: If you take it home, put it in warm over for 5-10 minutes and let is cool slightly. It'll be warm and crispy, tender and sweet with a great aroma. Also like the the tarts - cookie crust with different fillings - raspberry, multi fruit, pear, pecan. They're small but rich in taste. There is a wide variety of buttery croissants, like chocolate and apple which are yummy. However my favorite item is their almond croissant. It's generously filled with almond paste in a butter croissant and almond slices on top. If you get there at opening, you might get lucky and it will still be warm. It's the only thing I've ever eaten in my car before going home to bring the rest of my haul home. If the place was bigger, I'd probably come here more often for lunch or even dinner. Also the pastries I've bought are $6 so it ain't cheap/"
"Was searching on Yelp for any new dessert places and came across Maison De Croissant, located inside of H Mart. Turn quickly to the right once you walk in and you'll immediately be greeted by the displays of desserts and baked goods. Wanted to grab a muffin, but the price was a bit hefty at $4-5 per muffin, so I opted for the croffle instead. Each croffle is advertised as freshly made with a variety of flavors that you can choose from. I chose the caramel, which came with cream, caramel drizzle, and a Biscoff cookie on top. The lady helping me immediately turned on the machine after I ordered, which took awhile to warm up. Even though they had some already made on top of the machine, she made fresh ones for me and the customer after me. Wow, I have to say that I really rented the dessert. It was about $5-6, which wasn't bad at all. The outside was crispy but it the inside was chewy and not too sweet. Eating each warm bite alongside the coldness of the cream provided a great contrast. Was a bit sad that the croffle was finished in a few bites. Highly recommend checking this place out if you love desserts, especially waffles and croissants. They also serve drinks and macarons if you want to grab other items!"
"Some of the best baclava I've ever had! Perfect for parties and reasonably priced. I'd suggest ordering ahead for large platters."
"This is one of my go-to places for Vietnamese comfort food! My go-to is the beef stew, or bo kho. The meat is super tender and it's served alongside freshly baked French bread that you can use to soak up all the delicious soup. Squeeze some lime into the salt + pepper mix, dip your meat in there and enjoy! Another favorite is the croissant - it's HUGE and buttery and packed full of meat. They do run out though, so get there early if you want to try it! We usually ask them to cut it in half so we can share. We also enjoy their cafe sua da, it's definitely on the stronger side. Sometimes there will be tables of old Vietnamese men just catching up over coffee, so you know their coffee is super legit."
"I have never been over to this bakery, because I am not in the OC, but I have ordered online at their website (Klean Keto). First of all, I love that they list all ingredients and all nutrition facts for each item (on the Klean Keto website). It is really so helpful to know exactly what is going into this. With that said, HOW is there no sugar in these products?!!? They taste AMAZING!!!! I can't even bake anything myself to get how great these baked goods taste!! I am so, so impressed. I have been Keto for a long time now and I am so thankful for this bakery and that they provide shipping. My favorites so far are the caramel pecan bar and the pumpkin pie. Just wow. I have other things I've ordered to try, but I haven't had anything bad so far. THANK YOU FOR EXISTING!!"
"Yummy!!! Love their Vietnamese coffee and sandwiches. Have a lot of options to choose from."
"Pupusas here are very very good! I love coming here when I get those cravings. The horchata salvadoreña is delicious in my opinion. I know people have mixed reviews in regard to the horchata. I love the complimentary mini tortillas with beans they give you while you wait for your food. I ordered a pupusa de frijol con queso, 1 revuelta and a tamal ( I forgot the name ) lolI highly recommend this little restaurant. Mom and pop restaurants are always the best"
"I'm around the corner from this place. I loved the space and newer building.Always greeted nicely from the people. The pies are tasty! But you know what shocked me even more, the Cheesecake!!! Light and soooo tasty. Not overly sweet or too creamy."
"Mark D. Is very friendly, has great energy and serves with a smile! Good employee, good business!"
"Updating my review because I went back for this first time and had a better experience. I had the chocolate chip cookie and it was very good. Moist, gooey and soft, everything you'd want in a choc chip. Maybe it's their more specialty cookies that aren't that great. I'd go back for just plain chocolate chip again. Service was very quick. They have self order kiosks now which is a nice time saver."
"Delicious cookies, easy to order on app. Clean store and friendly staff. Favorite cookie had to be the oatmeal."
"11/5/2023 This is a combined review from visiting the past two times. Both on a weekday. Warning: This is a long review. ** Be mindful of the hours! They open at 8:00am, but close at 1:00pm or 2:00pm daily depending on the day. So keep that in mind before you decide to drop by! ** All their baked goods such as scones and bagels are made in-house and will be fresh out of the oven at 9:00am every day! But they do not refresh their baked items in their display case, so it's first come, first serve until sold out! So come in around that time if you want to grab any of those items. DROP BISCUIT SANDWICHWarm, buttery, flaky garlic cheddar drop biscuit with thinly sliced ham, cream cheese and melty, gooey cheddar cheese. This was so good! It was the perfect size too! These are to die for! JALAPEÑO CHEDDAR BAGEL Deliciousss! Made in-house and it shows! Lovely springy bagel bread sprinkled with jalapeño and cheddar. Bagel is not thin, but has a beautiful spongy bite to it. Toasted or untoasted, it was delicious with or without cream cheese. When toasted, delightfully crunchy on the outside and bread is still chewy and not dry. PUMPKIN SPICE LATTEThis was good, although there was more nutmeg than cinnamon, which was kinda' sad. However, loved the frothy creamy milk. If only there was more flavor overall. COFFEE CAKE SCONEI'm gonna say it again. Deeeelicioussss! Fluffy and soft with the outside layers having a light crunch! Enjoyed every bite!Yes, it does taste like coffee cake, but subtle in flavor. If you didn't know the name, you'd probably think it's a cinnamon scone. But still more buttery than cinnamony. CHOCOLATE CHIP SCONEThis had a good amount of choc chips in each bite! However, I realized that the freshly baked scones do not taste the same after a few hours. Texture-wise still moist and biscuit-like in some areas, but some parts were dry. Unfortunate because the Coffee Cake Scone was a completely different experience! Scones should be consumed ASAP. Get there early to grab a scone or two fresh! BREAKFAST SANDWICHYes, gonna say it again! This was deeelicioussss! Recommended to me by the barista, so I had to try it! Fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage patty (a bit thin though), gooey melty cheddar cheese on a soft buttery brioche bun! Heavenlyyy! I don't think this is offered daily, as I did not see this on the daily menu, so if you see it, order it without a second thought! Eat it right away! Once you try it, you'll be dreaming of them daily! CALI BLTWanted to try an avocado toast and it seems this was the only toast on the menu with avocado in it. But didn't realize bacon was added too, hence the BLT. Their house-made sourdough bread was absolutely crunchy, spongy, delightful! Super delish! That bread was so good and that crusty cheddar melted on top! The toppings were okay and wished it was a simpler toast with maybe heirloom tomatoes, smashed avocado, sea salt, black pepper and sprinkled with olive oil. CHEDDAR BAGEL (with Garlic Herb Cream Cheese)Toasted, it was perfectly chewy and lightly crunchy cheddar top on the outside. It was perfect as it was! The garlickly chunky herbed cream cheese was delicious with the bagel. I am officially a fan of their bagels! Not buying them elsewhere! CAPPUCCINO (Hot)Overall decent flavor. Steamed milk was perfect. BROWNIEThe brownie was moist with a crumbly top. Good cocoa and semi-sweet chocolate flavor coming through! PEANUT BUTTER CUP LATTE (Hot)This had a lovely peanut butter flavor and had the right amount of sweetness! Enjoyed this! Ordering again next time! My new favorite coffee and bakery shop in Long Beach! Coming back for many more visits! AMBIANCE / SEATSSuch a peaceful and quiet ambiance. Quiet music playing in the background. Cozy vibes. Lots of chairs and tables too! This place does not get crowded, so if you want a quiet place to study or work on your labtop, this is the place for it all! "Good service, the inside was unique with a lot of interesting designs on the wall. I ordered the cheese boat, along with the lahmajun and the manakish of za'atar and cheese, they were all quite good, and I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a middle eastern breakfast. The tea really topped off the experience of being authentic. Would go again when I'm back in Anaheim."
"Love their buy 3 for price of 2 deal- definitely coming back! Coffee (cafe sua da) was really good too!"
"as someone who has been bouncing around different coffee shops for the last year to study and do work, this one is my favoriteee. i'd been going to the one in buena park for years but it's always quite loud over there. this location was more conducive to a nice, relatively quiet work session which was perfect and the girls working there are suuuper nice :)drinkskorean honey oat- love love love. the only place i trust with misugaru so far but had to stop ordering during study sessions because it keeps sending me to the bathroom. sweet corn latte- recently tried this and it's my new favorite! it tastes just like these filipino chips literally called Sweet Corn that i grew up eating which i lovedddd"
"Happened to be in the area and craving donuts, so this was the closest shop around. Service was nice and the small line moved pretty quick. They had plenty of options for donuts and croissants, and all looked pretty good. They did warn us the maple bars were wet, which they were and it was kinda eh, but oh well. The frosted cake donut was a little subpar along with the basic glazed donut. I feel like it's pretty hard to mess those up, but they just didn't taste that good compared to many other donut shops. I guess we're lucky it's not our local shop, but yeah we'll probably skip this if we're ever in the area."
