Bun Bo hue 20% off for dine inFree iced tea found at self serve station.Also stocked for Togo items which is a nice option for patrons.Output time was super fast as typically found in soup spots .Noodles were cooked perfectly and soup was good. Totally forgot to add their chili oil.Quality is great, fresh herbs, and plenty of proteins.

Bun Bo was tasty ,very good .Nice service and the restaurant was cute Will be coming back next time with family.

We ordered the bún bò Huế and the bún mắm nêm for the opening weekend. We were originally planning to get one of their tumeric stir-fried dishes, but they said they were all out, which was a little surprised. They also seemed a little unprepared for the lunch rush, since we had to check on the status of our food multiple times and ask for things typically provided (water, napkins).Food was really good! I thought the bún bò Huế actually tasted better than the local places here. Really good broth and we were given a wide variety of veggies with the soup. However, the portion was a little smaller than expected for the price. Bún mắm nêm was really good too.Hopefully the service improves over time. But we were impressed and we'll probably be back in the near future.

Nice place, good services. Best BÚN BÒ HUẾ and Cháo lòng in OC. Next time i will try Bun mam nem, Will come back again!

Fast service and delicious food. Bun Bo Hue and Chao Long are number 1 in Bolsa's area. They improve their serivces every day. Now is Much better than the Grand opening date.

I took my family there, the staffs were rude af. Once we asked what would they recommend, they asked us If we could see the name of the place , like what the point of getting in there and ask them for recommendation while having no idea what we will order. After that, we ordered 3 bun bo , 1 chao long and I told the guy who took our order that I would like to put the toppings on the side. Turn out, he charged $12 for a side dish of topping and $13 for the bowl pf porridge. Not even mentioned how the staff slammed the bowl when putting it on our table and almost spilled the drinks. What a terrible experience with this place, also the food wasn't even good. I don't think I can find a reason to comeback and support them.

Solid 5*, this is the best bun bo in OC as of now. I have tried so many bun bo in OC, this one is the most similar to sai gon. The service was slow due to new opening, but its fine to me. I dont know why people complaining without even try it. Maybe cook on your own please

First of all, we felt the warm welcoming and the waitress was super nice! We loved both dishes we ordered. Order #1 (Bun Long Xao Nghe) was excellent and I chowed down the whole plate in no time! I squeezed in some lime and that really enhanced the flavor.Order #2 (Bun Bo Hue) was also very good. Plenty of meat and the broth was like a mild fusion style. However, I recommend more lemon grass added to the soup to bring out a more authentic flavor.

I came here on grand opening day to try out this small restaurant in Garden Grove specializing in Vietnamese "Bún Bò Huế". The menu is rather simple, with just a few rice noodles, vermicelli, porridge dishes. We tried their signature dish, bún bò Huế and cháo lòng (rice porridge with pork intestines, heart, liver, sausages). Since it's grand opening day, the restaurant was quite busy, and they ran out of some key ingredients for the key dishes at around 6 pm. The wait was a little long but the service was courteous. Some people were impatient and just stood up and left. Anyway, the food was decent. The bún bò Huế was on par with most other restaurants in the area. The porridge was quite good with every necessary ingredients, but was just warm and not piping hot as I would have preferred. I attributed this to the lack of staff in the kitchen on grand opening day. Restaurant accepts credit cards without service charge. Free iced or hot tea.

Bun bo Hue is the best in OC. the broth is amazing, the toppings is so fresh. service is good also . the restaurant is very clean. highly recommend
