Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I can't believe it's taken me this long to discover this place! 10/10 recommend. Yummy ice cream, friendly staff. There's only two small tables out front so you're kind of forced to do pickup / takeaway, which is the only drawback. Better than Cold Stone!

Bruster's Real Ice Cream offers a great selection of flavors, and my visit did not disappoint. I got the ube and cookies and cream, and both were well-made with a creamy, rich texture.The ube had a deep, nutty flavor with just the right amount of sweetness, making it one of the better versions I've had. It wasn't overly artificial, which can sometimes be an issue with ube-flavored desserts. The cookies and cream was also a solid choice, with plenty of cookie chunks mixed in, giving it a nice crunch to balance the smooth ice cream.Service was friendly and efficient. The staff was patient when I was deciding on flavors and offered recommendations without rushing me. Even though there was a bit of a line, it moved quickly, and my order was ready in no time.The ambience is what you'd expect from a classic ice cream shop--casual, welcoming, and perfect for a quick stop or a laid-back dessert outing. There's outdoor seating if you want to sit and enjoy your ice cream, making it a nice place to hang out.Bruster's is a great spot for high-quality ice cream with a good variety of flavors. I'll definitely be back to try more.

FYI there is no indoor seating.Ordered Vanilla Blast with Brownie Bites and Reese's Cups. Delicious! It all paired well together. Also ordered the Dino Sundae. Just the right size and enough, to take in all the sweetness of the ice cream, chocolate syrup, sprinkles and cookie.

Very friendly and prompt service. Lots of great and unique flavors. They frequently have special promotions .

Bruster's Real Ice Cream in Fullerton recently opened about 1 month ago. My husband, our little girl dog and I stopped by for a visit on a Sunday afternoon, around 1:15 pm. This Bruster's is located in the same plaza as Panera Bread with a shared parking lot. We are pretty familiar with this ice cream chain and have never had a disappointing visit (how could having ice cream be a negative experience?). When we arrived, there was only one person ahead of us in line. When it was our turn, we ordered:Small 2 scoop waffle cone, $7.25- You can get up to 2 flavors in your cone, my husband ended up ordering pistachio and rocky road. I didn't try any of my husband's ice cream or waffle cone but he and our little girl enjoyed it (she only had the pistachio and part of the waffle cone). Small 2 scoop, $6.25- You can choose to have your ice cream in a cup of in a cake cone. I usually opt for a cup to avoid any spilling, but it is nice that the waffle cone my husband got came with a drip tray. I ended up picking banana cream pie and peach. Both flavors were really good and would order both again. Doggie Sundae- Pup cups are free for dogs that come with a small cup of vanilla ice cream and pieces of an ice cream cone (most likely the cake cup). My little girl liked her ice cream but preferred to eat my husband's (she definitely eats more people food than I want to admit). --------------------------------(Total= $13.50)Service was friendly and wait time for our ice cream was only a few minutes. After you pay for your purchase, then you wait for your order to be called out and then you pick it up at the window. There are no seating inside of out, there are windows for you to walk up to and order (pretty much the same set up as other Bruster's locations that we have visited in Orange County). Most people we saw were either eating their ice cream standing by the order window or some walked back to their car to enjoy their order. This location is a great addition to Fullerton, with may more delicious offerings to choose from. We will definitely be back in the future.

Oh wow...The quality of the ice cream is just good and premium! Hubby loves the pistachio....different than other ice cream place and for the regular waffle cone, they gave the holder or what does it called? To catch the spills! The New York cheesecake is bomb! My daughter loves it so much and also the cotton candy explosion, which I realized it's like a popping candy?? It's yummy! The ice cream in the other hand, It's not too sweet for me which is good! The service is fast and the staff also reminds for reward, good product and chain marketing..hahahaI noticed that the line tends to get messy, I mean the queue, so maybe a railing will help the confusion Next time! For sure I'll be back! And I'll try other flavor! And I'll have the regular cone for me next time, no sharing is caring...hubby ate it all, his picky attitude agrees to bruster's

If you have a big sweet tooth and ice cream is your go-to dessert, then this is the place for you. The ice cream here packs a punch in flavor and sweetness. They always have seasonal flavors, so be on the lookout for those. One small serving is good enough to share for 2 people, unless you don't want to share then that's okay too. They have a rewards program, so be sure to sign up for that before going so you get the points on your first visit if you plan to be a constant customer. I highly recommend getting the ice cream served in the cup because it tends to start melting right away if left unattended or you take your time to eat the ice cream. They're even dog-friendly and give free dog sundaes. This is a family-friendly ice cream joint for everyone and super welcoming. I'm glad at this location, they added outdoor seating so to enjoy their ice cream on their storefront.

The ice cream always tastes fresh. Everyone is trying to make up crazy new flavors and this place has some of their own, but they have a lot of the classic flavors that i remember growing up and they taste just like the ones I remember growing up. They also have a few asian inspired and seasonal flavors. So their selection hits a pretty broad range. There's also oatmilk ice cream, sorbets, and floats and sundaes. So many options, its crazy. The service is always fast and friendly. You stay outside the whole time. It has a window you can walk up to and there are a few tables and chairs setup in front. Its very informal and laid back. Since its outside, its always dog friendly. They will even give dogs a free ice cream.

The ice cream here is great, but what keeps me coming are the delicious waffle cones and how dog friendly the shop is are! They go to the extent of offering complimentary pup bowls! S/o to the owners! It's evident how attentive they are to their costumers' satisfaction!S/o to our cashier Sara, she is so sweet and helpful! She was the highlight of our last visit!!!

10/10! This ice cream is bomb, super creamy and exactly the texture I love. Plus, the customer service was great! The guy at the register was really friendly, which made the experience even better. Happy to have this spot in Fullerton !
