Broken Timbers Brewing is an absolute Gem! I'm honestly baffled this brewery company isn't absolutely packed to the brim with people. It's in the back of downtown Placentia, which is currently under a revamp and isn't getting the respect it deserves. Heidi is so cool and gave off such a great vibe. She was informative, laid back and talking with her for the first time was like meeting with an old friend you haven't seen in a while. I was hooked on the nitro 1 it kind of reminded me of a Guinness and it was so smooth. It was Spectacular! I really enjoyed the outdoor seating that gave off a comfy kick back vibe. The inside of Timbers is so cute! If you are here with friends or on a date it's a perfect chill spot to hang out and relax. This brewery is very underrated.

We have been to this location as well as the one on La Palma, same owner and both are great. The one in Placentia is very welcoming, great seating options and excellent beer! The owner, Heidi, helped us choose a beer, very good. Since they do not have food, you can bring in your own food. There are also a few tables outside. We will be going back!

Stopped in on our way to get dinner just to look around. The decor is a quaint old west theme, hence the name so it flows well. There are board games available to use. The owner was very personable and knowledgeable about the area. Which we appreciated since we grew up in the city. They have the original one in Anaheim off of La Palma. They have a variety of house made seltzers and of course beers. Not a beer drinker but the selzter was tasty! They have prepacked snacks available for purchase and T-shirts so you can rep your new fave brewery. We bought our dinner at Telaquepaque and brought it into the brewery to sit and enjoy a seltzer with dinner. Overall a very cool place, with a delightful ambience. They host a charcuterie class there almost monthly with themes to match the season. You have to register ahead of time. Sounds fun! Thank you Hiedi for investing in our little town. We'll be sure to recommend your place.

Love that my downtown finally has a tasting room. We have been waiting for this to open for months since sign popped up. It soft opened during the Tamale Festival and had it true opening weekend December 9th. Wanting to support this new location I made sure to visit during the soft open and then brought back my friends for my birthday the following week. Spoke with owner about the location. Some really cool plans for the inside almost like a western hotel vibe. Everyone was super friendly and they were happy to walk you through. What the different years were. They have on top. My wife is super excited as they have a seltzer on tap for the non beer lovers. There was some small snacks there, but you're surrounded by plenty of good restaurants to grab food and bring it over. The owner is currently working with the local restaurants to try to establish a set up for people to order and have it brought over. They still have their other location closer to the freeway. That's where they do their brewing but this way they've got two locations to be able to run out for events or also keep either location stocked with beer. If you haven't been come on great beer, friendly service, and a much needed add to downtown Placentia. Welcome Broken Timbers Brewing Company!

The best kept secret in under-developed down town Placentia. Heidi is blunt yet sweet and honest and runs a great experience. If you're dining at tlaque or anywhere else down there definitely come in and have good, real conversation and great beer. Their beer is always fresh, you'll be directed To a style you'll enjoy after telling them what you're used to drinking. If you're lucky enough to go when Shay works you might become a regular. Again. Best kept secret in Placentia.

Found out they opened a second location! This place makes the yummiest seltzers and has a warm vibe to it! Located in downtown Placentia where there's tons of Mexican food to snack on before or after a tasty brew(are seltzers still referred to as brews?) service was sweet felt like the owner but didn't ask. Worth checking them out!
