Bonetree Distillery

No food is service but if you give them a heads up you can take some food with you. It's a quaint little distillery and very nicely decorated. The bar area is small but can fit a fair amount of people. We had 7 in our group and it was comfortable. Reservations are required. All in all a nice experience!

What a great find! We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and were treated to an impromptu private tasting! Marcus was so passionate and knowledgeable about his whiskey. Enjoyed everything we tasted and came home with 4 new bottles! Can't wait to go back in the fall!

Fantastic!! Super cool local spot. Tried a few whiskeys and absolutely fell in love with the Winter Solstice whiskey and Eleonora agave. Bought some bottle and will definitely be back for some cocktails! They have a small tasting room in HB only open on Sat and Sun, but make sure to check it out!

An awesome experience and delicious spirits! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a local, high quality distillery. The owner, Marcus, is super friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He talked us through everything we tasted, made us two incredible drinks, and gave us a quick tour of his small, yet formidable operation. Looking forward to when we can go back; can't wait to see this place take off!

Great time learning about their craft and the different types of bourbon. We did a reservation so it was just the two of us so we didn't feel rushed at all.

Marcus is the owner and he will make your visit magical. If you are a bourbon/ whiskey fan you need to come here. Make a res so you can have cocktails

Very impressive distillery that makes an excellent variety of quality spirits. Did the tasting and all were delicious - agave spirit, bourbon, single malt, ryes, and the dark rum. Marcus' passion for and knowledge of distilling is evident in the product. A few spirits had a toasted grain that present unique and very delicious drams. Huge selection of mixed drinks should you want to see how the spirits mix in your favorite drink. He even made a non-alchoholic version for one in our party! Got a few of their bottles and look forward to other spirits aging in the barrels now. A serious distillery in OC with great product - will be back!

Definitely a great choice! I decided to take my fiancé out to a whiskey distillery for one of his birthday treats! At first I was skeptical because I was not familiar with the location, but as soon as we walked up to the distillery, Marcus ( the owner) was there to greet us. We had such a great experience, and truly enjoyed ourselves. Marcus is very knowledgeable and answered every question. All of the whiskey was delicious. My favorite was the Red blend and my fiancé enjoyed the rum and winter solstice. Huge thank you to Marcus - Thank you for making our 1st Whiskey tasting a success!

Brought my boyfriend here to try out some whiskey and purchase a bottle! He loved the sample he received. The owner, Marcus was a great host. The decor was so cute - giving coven vibes. I recommend calling ahead before visiting! Delicious Whiskey made with passion. Highly recommend visiting!
