Lady DID NOT WANT TO SELL ME SALSA ? I went in at 8:05 on Monday 12/09 . I asked kindly if they would sell me a small container of salsa . Lady said " Theres some on side " without even looking at me . I walked away because she was rude and did not want to sell me anything and as i was walking away she giggled with her other coworker . - I grabbed the stuff i had and went to Stater Bros . Spent $60 which in fact they lost the sale because of 1 person not wanting to sell me salsa . CRAZZZZZY .

Old school Hispanic market...great food to go, bakery and meat dept...easy to shop and like I said grab a burrito or get fresh tortillas...Andole...

When I used the restroom, there was a dirty clogged sink. The water was all the way to the top and stopped people from being able to wash their hands, including workers. One worker came out without washing his hands.

Great neighborhood market. I have been coming here for years same faces same great hospitality come and try some good food as well.

No quería poner este review, pero ahora si que tengo que, fui a comprar Carnitas y 2 libras de Jamón, y cuando estábamos comiendo en la casa vimos una MOSCA cocinada y todo junto con la carne, el jamón estaba súper baboso y mi hija se enfermó con vomito y fiebre alta casi 2 días, no es la primera vez que pasa pero decidimos darle una oportunidad a esta Tienda en Walnut Ave Tustin. El pan siempre con Mold y suciedad por todos lados Ojalá La Ciudad tomara en serio esto y revisara.

Clean and bright is Bodega R Ranch market!I stopped by to check their lengua (Cow tongue) and honeycomb tripe prices as of today. I don't buy these cuts of meat/innards often so I'm not sure how much is too much, but I took some photos in case you're interested like I am! Overall, this market is comparable to other Mexican markets that I've been to such as Northgate and Super King in terms of the meats, cheese, fresh tortilla, bakery goods, hot foods, and produce. I didn't see any lamb or goat... perhaps it was a really small section that I missed it, but at Northgate, there is usually goat head cross sections, hearts, etc. But I didn't see that here so I took a star off. Today 6/19/20, the price for lengua is $6.99/lbs regular price and I don't know for sure but seems a bit high so I'll see how their competitors do in a few days. However, this is the closest Mexican market so if the price isn't that off, Bodega is a place I'll come back to because it's clean and bright :)!

Great pupusas! Wish they answered the phone for to go!!Great little market- when you walk in they have the sweet bread straight ahead. To the left is the bakery, deli, meat department and food to go stand. If you come for the pupusas be prepared to have at least 20-25 minutes to spare. The pupusas are large, freshly made, and delicious but again you need to have time in your hands. This isn't a get in and get out thing. Unfortunately they don't answer the phone to take a to go order and they only put ONE person to manage the stand. And there can be a line when you arrive or many orders ahead of you. That's why it takes time.Suggestion is to walk around the store and pick up some groceries you may need or explore the aisles because you will be waiting for the pupusas. Make sure you get the three to make it worth your while. You can always save what you don't eat and reheat for dinner lol. They give you the salsa and cabbage toppings too with your order. :) enjoy and don't say I didn't warn you about the wait (unless management got the hint to add another person).

This place always had blood on the floor on the meat section. Expired produce. Literal mold on bread. Dry cakes cause of how long they've been out for. I don't know how the city hasn't inspected and closed this place yet.

December 2024Childs winter hats 1.00 dollar deal.They always have fresh foods at the counter.Lunch special is burrito and small drink included for 10 dollars.The Tuesday 5 Taco deal for ten dollars is still good.
