Board & Brew - RSM

We lived in Tustin before and first was introduced to Board & Brew there. Glad to have found another one so close by! The pastrami here is legit. Great flavor, they don't skimp on the meat, along with banana peppers, onions, and dijon mustard, all held together with melted Swiss cheese and a perfectly toasted baguette. I'm here for that!The craft beers are great. Especially at happy hour, can't beat the price. Service is always friendly. Easy parking.

I have visited and dined a few times at this location ..... it's been a number of months since I've been here . Today was that day . The service and the cleanliness was TERRIBLE. The cashier could not care one way or another about anything.... His attitude was as if he did not want to be there . The dinning area ( inside ) is dirty and disgusting..... so bad . ! Management should be ashamed and embarrassed. Last time in visit this location !!!

I don't post reviews often, but i feel this should be done. I'm not happy with Board & Brew, RSM.I placed an order through their app on Wednesday 9/18/2024 for pickup. When I arrived, the young lady at the counter said they hadn't received my order. I checked my app, and it said that the order was not placed. I reordered the saved order, and after a few minutes, she asked if I placed the order and again said she hadn't received it. She said that "After 6, the app sometimes gets wonky because they are getting ready to close." She then said you can place your order at the register and pay, and they will have it ready a few minutes. I checked my bank account app, and I had already been charged for the two app orders. She said that they would automatically be credited because they hadn't received the orders, and if not, I could just come talk to the manager, and he would credit them.I checked the next day, and they still showed pending at my bank. That evening, I got a call from a gentleman at Board & Brew saying they had two of the same orders and was wondering if I had accidentally ordered twice and if I had already picked up my order. I explained to him that those were from the night before and what had happened. He quickly brushed it off and said again that the charges would be credited.I kept checking my bank, and finally, this afternoon, they showed that they had posted. I went back to Board & Brew this afternoon and asked to speak to the manager. The young lady at the counter told me that he wasn't there anymore. I told her why I was there, and she immediately said, "That was Wednesday night. I was here." Just then, a man came and grabbed a bag of food from the counter and started to walk off. She grabbed his hand and said to me, "This is the manager." I told him why I was there, and he asked me to show him the charges. I pulled up the app and showed him two identical orders placed and the ticket I had off the bag for the order I placed at the counter. His response was, "I just need your name." He then said,"I have to look in the cloud.I will credit you, but it will take 3 to 5 days." I said."This has already been going on since Wednesday. " His response was,"Don't worry about it. I will take care of it." Then he turned around, walked off cradling his bag of food, and out the back door he went. I guess he was hungry. I then told the young lady that he said to give her my name. She asked for my last name. I gave it to her and she said, "I got it." but never wrote it down. I don't have any faith that the manager will take care of this issue or even really cared. I will be contacting my bank to handle the issue.The two orders that were charged add up to $117.28. That may not seem like much but if I were on a fixed budget (as I have been in the past) and this was my one meal out and this happened, it would be a big issue. Customer service Board & Brew! Have some empathy and realize that "Don't worry. I'll take care of it." is not a good answer.

Hard to ignore the upbeat environment when entering. Majority 90s music filled the playlist during my visit. You order your food at the counter first and then decide where to sit. There's also a bar top to sit and watch whatever sporting event is showing on the tv. The space is super family friendly but also can be a fun time with a group of friends.

I am seriously obsessed with board and brew. I also got my dad addicted to it I always get the turkado with an extra of their bomb sauce. It's affordable and usually they only take like 5 minutes to make the order

Ordered two sandwiches for pickup--the turkey sandwich and the beef dip. The beef dip was fantastic, and there is absolutely plenty of dip! Flavors were great and when I reheated the beef dip sandwich on the cast iron later to have the second half it was just as good as the fresh first half. Turkey was well balanced and solid sandwich--flavorful and dense, not the kind of sandwich that compresses into nothing when you bite into it.

I had an excellent dining experience here recently. Kelsey is the bar manager and is very friendly and attentive making sure we are getting exceptional service. Alex, Lance and Mila were part of the excellent team. The ambience is casual, friendly and welcoming. The food and beverages are excellent and so is the pricing. I highly recommend this venue.

This is an update that's long overdue. This location is our favorite and it's always top notch from the service to the food and beers to the atmosphere. I'm the Duke here for a reason. It's the best!

Good food/ quick service, solid atmosphere, the bartender Jessy was kind and attentive and never let my glass go empty, I will be back soon
