Board & Brew - Lake Forest

Good service. Good location with plenty of parking, outdoor and indoor seating, options to order at the counter or at the bar, and of course fresh food. Bathrooms were clean. I wish board and brew would serve smoothies!

Usually this place is fantastic, today's crew......? not so much. Line going to the door, pile of food sitting at the window and 2 gloveless employees more worried about filling up sause cups. ***update, got our food off the counter finally. Not surprised that it's barely luke warm still

As a real fan of B & B it pains me to give 3 stars to this location. I've both dined in and ordered take out from this location a few times since it opened. Sadly my experience 80% of the time wasn't the same as their other locations I've frequented. The Baja Beef sandwich (my usual) here is always overcooked and dry, and the meat is skimpy compared to other locations. The Cobb salad is not as fresh and yummy as other locations. The eating area is not as well kept. The employees are ok, but definitely they are not as friendly as I've experienced elsewhere. I will continue to frequent B & B, I will just avoid this location. The RSM & Laguna Niguel locations are much better with food and atmosphere.

Awesome sandwiches, friendly staff, and wonderful ambiance and bar. Great place to get a beer and a sandwich. Don't forget their sauce.

I like this location better than the others... has a more laid back vibe to it.The bomb sauce is a must for almost every sandwich as it enhances the sandwiches. If you are clever you put it on your side order of potato salad and it's a WOW!

New spot my friends and I went to have a sandwich and some beers. The place is nicely spread out with a patio seating section as well. The club sandwich was actually very delicious and freshly made. The price was a little on the high side ($12 sandwich alone). Unfortunately they don't have any sides like fries or onion rings. Cool little bar section they have with a few TV's was . As far as the beers, they had a nice selection of them to choose from. When we went all beers were $4 all day. Hopefully the $4 beers will be a permanent price. Overall good experience with friendly staff. I would recommend this place.

If you're looking for basic service and basic food come here ! They don't specialize in nothing else . No sides besides chips you can get from subway . This is just a subway with beer . Great concept but horrible initiative and execution, chicken is microwave quality . Damn I'm dissatisfied and disappointed, only thing good is the buzz you get from the beer !

Tom's Choice is a 5* sandwich. But I can get that at any Board & Brew. This rating goes out to the staff.

So I won't be going back to Board and Brew any time soon. I had eaten a good portion of my sandwich before noticing that the bread had gone bad. If that happened to my sandwich, there were others that I'm sure were made with that same loaf of bread.
