After a day of shopping for some skincare, my friend and I wanted a drink. So we were looking at some places in Yelp and the name Blossoms & Brass caught our attention and had good reviews. We were really glad to have chosen this spot to wind down. We got to meet the executive chef, Mr. Juan Vega & the two bartenders during that time Ms. Lauren & Mr. Alec. All of them made our first time here leave with a great first impression and vibe. They were knowledgable with their items and suggested some to try. We indeed took their suggestions and enjoyed the items. We were there for about a good two and a half hours before leaving. We left a good tip and are definitely coming back. We really enjoyed our time there.

Service was slow and oddly ignored us while we sat so close to the bar. It's not a big place and there wasn't many people there.Food looked good but we decided to leave because it was taking so long to just get our drinks. It was off hours but I'm not sure I'd go back.

Blossom & Brass is such a vibe! It's tucked inside Bloomingdale's at South Coast Plaza, and the atmosphere is super chic but still really inviting. Perfect for a post-shopping drink or a casual night out.The cocktails here are next level. I tried the Miso-tini, and it was such a cool mix of sweet and savory--definitely something you won't find just anywhere. The Tokyo Sour was another standout, super smooth with just the right amount of tartness. You can tell they put a lot of thought into their drinks, from the flavors to the presentation.Service was on point, and even though the space is cozy, it adds to the charm. It can get busy, but honestly, that just makes it feel more lively. 10/10 would come back for another round!

Located in the Bloomingdale's side in SCP and next to Paradise Dynasty. Have been here 3x within the last year for their amazing Japanese-Italian fusion flavor profiles. Small menu but everything is superb. A couple of my favorites:Watermelon Tartar & Rigatoni al Fungi. Both of these dishes are innovative and so delicious - the perfect combination of Japanese-Italian ingredients work so well together. The service is excellent. I want to come for HH to try their Calamari.

It's nicely located by Bloomingdale's at south coast plaza mall-outdoor before you enter the food court and paradise dynasty. There's a bar and some outdoor patio seating. We went there after a night of shopping and found the restaurant somewhat empty. Service was slow-they had two server-tending to the bar and entire restaurant.Ordered their lobster roll and risotto-the risotto doesn't look like the picture at all. The lobster roll-what a disappointment; for the price, there's barely any lobster and it was not well flavored. We also got a drink (don't remember the name) since it was the bartender "special mix"-which I think it's supposed to be some version of the old fashioned but wow-it tasted so water down. Ambience is nice for a nice relax chat while shopping but food is definitely lacking...there's plenty of other restaurants there to eat that's well worth the money.

Located at the South Coast Plaza Mall in the food area at Bloomingdales by the entrance (near Bruxie and Paradise Dynasty). Blossoms & Brass serves crafted cocktails with a small kitchen menu. You can choose to sit at the bar or in the outdoor patio.Sit at the bar for a better experience since you'll be able to talk to your bartenders and watch them in action. I was only going to grab a drink here but ended up getting more since they were that good and unique! We had (see pictures for reference):-Ume Old Fashion (Umeshu, Suntory Toki Whiskey, Demerara, Peychauds Bitters, Plum Bitters) -New Leaf (Mezcal, Lillet Blanc, Shiso, Citrus, Peychaud Bitters) -Geisha Manhattan (Rittenhouse Rye, Averna, Umeshu, Angostrua, Yuzu Bitters) -Coco Highball (Rittenhouse Rye, Averna, Umeshu, Angostrua, Yuzu Bitters)Pricing for cocktails are around $18, which is pretty pricey but expected for a quality cocktail in the area. The bar liquor options are pretty impressive with even many bottles of Fortaleza (currently hard to get!).Besides drinks, I got the lobster roll ($19). Succulent lobster bathed in truffle aioli tucked in a warm butter roll accompanied with a side of chips. Our bartender was nice and friendly. He gave us recommendations and gave insight on the cocktails. Would definitely come back again for a quick drink while at the South Coast Plaza Mall.

Every year, I got to drive down to OC from the Bay for High School or College Reunion at least once. This time for Cal Poly Reunion over the holidays. My friend gave me a tour on South Coast Plaza at Christmas and it was amazingly beautiful. He took me to the food court in Bloomingdale's that has so many nice restaurants, mostly Asian Fusion instead of going to the VN town for VN food. We just wanted to have a light lunch before a nice dinner later that day.Blossoms & Brass we tried. The place is quite small, not many tables, but you can sit outside to have fresh air or NOT LOL. It's clean, modern, hip IMHO. The menu is quite simple. So what should we get. Wagyu Sandwich, $20 is quite reasonable in this beautiful shopping center. This is one of the best sandwiches of any kind I've had so far. The bread was amazingly crispy and soft prepared. The beef was tender and marinated just right, so tasty. The chips were crispy and need more because I can't stop munching.I was glad my friend took me here, tried new restaurant, and great food for a reasonable price. The service was attentive and excellent.I'll try something new next time I'm down here or NOT. Still remembering the bread and the beef.

Great for a nice brunch if you're at South Coast Plaza. The restaurant isn't overly busy for lunch, even for Christmas Eve. We got here around 11:30am and was the only table the entire time we were there. Portions are on the smaller end but everything was done nicely and well presented. The pink pesto and rigatoni were both flavorful without being overly seasoned. Note they also offer mocktails in addition to cocktails.

Blossoms & Brass has delicious food, creative and tasty drinks (both cocktails and mocktails), great service, and a beautiful and trendy ambiance. It's a great spot for happy hour too! I usually sit at the bar, but on this occasion, our group of 3 sat at a table outside and it was a lovely experience as well. For lunch, we ordered:Linguini Alfredo: white wine cream sauce, prosciutto, shimeji mushrooms, parmesan, and we got the spice red oil on the side. Such a creamy and decadent dish, and the pasta was cooked perfectly! Blossoms Rigatoni: pink miso wine pesto, fresh fennel, pine nuts, pecorino romano, herbs oil, fried shiso. I'm obsessed with this pasta dish! It's as beautiful as it is flavorful and I will always order this when I visit for a meal or for the table to share.Lobster Roll: sauteed lobster in coriander butter, sweet butter roll, truffle & herbs aioli, house chips, fried micros. A unique take on a New England classic! Love the beautiful decor and creative fusion flavors!

This place is very aesthetically pleasing to both my eyes and taste buds. My friend picked this place for brunch and we were excited to try it out. The place is actually quite small, not like I imagined. And, it is right next to Paradise Dynasty. Their seatings are mostly outside tables that hugs around the bar. Services were great and drinks were delicious. We weren't that hungry so we got the box & beet salad, which was so good and has so much flavor, and the lobster roll, which was equally delish, wished it was bigger. Definitely a place to come for fancy yummy drinks and snacks!
