I tried the #10 K-Melt and it did not disappoint! The pepper jack cheese was perfectly melty, the marinated bulgogi beef was flavorful and tender, and the fresh jalapeños added just the right amount of heat and a nice crunch. The gochujang tied everything together beautifully, giving it a rich, slightly spicy kick. The grilled bread was crispy on the outside and soft inside, holding everything together without getting soggy. The staff was friendly and welcoming If you're a fan of melty, flavor packed sandwiches with a little heat, this one is definitely worth trying!Since it's located in the Anaheim packing house, the atmosphere is busy and lively. 5/5 - would order again.

Love that vegan grilled cheese!I haven't found a better vegan version of a grilled cheese. The cheese is creamy and melts. It's delicious! The bread is really thick and goes nicely with the cheese. My cousin and I really enjoy these grilled cheeses. I do miss the charcoal lemonade drink they used to have. I hope they bring it back sometime. Service is always good. They make the grilled cheeses right in front of you. Ambiance is fast food like; you order and they make it behind the glass. Then you go up to grab it once it's done.

One of many vendors in the Anaheim Packing District, this place specializes in grilled cheese of different varieties. A lot of grilled cheese I am familiar with uses cheddar or gouda, so we opted to try the Garden Goat that had goat cheese, with caramelized onions, tomato, and pesto which makes it more like a caprese-like sandwich. We also got the scratch made tomato soup as grilled cheese doesn't feel complete without the soup. The grilled cheese is hearty but not too heavy, very flavorful and nicely toasted. The tomato soup is just the right amount of saltiness and tanginess and pairs well with the grilled cheese.Even though it was not busy, food took about 10 minutes mostly because everything is made fresh to order. Counter seats available to dine and provides an open kitchen view to show how they prepare the orders.

If you're looking for the perfect grilled sandwich, the K-Melt is a 10/10 experience you won't want to miss. The balance of flavors is exceptional--each ingredient is carefully layered to complement the others. The bread has just the right crunch while staying soft on the inside, giving way to that gooey, cheesy goodness. It's hearty, satisfying, and just the right amount of indulgent. Whether you're in the mood for a cozy meal or an irresistible snack, the K-Melt delivers every time. Simply put, it's flawless.

This is one of the more appealing stands at the Anaheim Packing District complex, and it had one of the longest lines when I visited on a Saturday morning. It's basically an overpriced grilled cheese restaurant, but everybody loves that sandwich so you can't really go wrong. You'll pay around $10-$15 for a basic grilled cheese, with a little bit of chef-driven flair to the menu.I was disappointed at the limited options, and it would be so much better if they offered custom grilled cheeses. Like, pick your bread, cheese, and toppings, instead of a set menu. I didn't find a lot o the options that appealing, so I had to ask for a modification and it really seemed to annoy the lady working behind the counter. (I've noticed they may have added a custom option since but when I was there, they did not offer that option). When I am paying $14.00 for two slices of bread and some melted cheese, it had better be crafted of the best gourmet ingredients possible. While I did like the quality and creaminess of the cheese, I thought the bread was lacking. It didn't taste like freshly baked bread, and they really should use better bread. It crisped up nicely (oh, that crunch is addictive!!), but it wasn't hefty enough. I wanted more sourdough flavor that just wasn't there. The cheese was thick and gooey, but I needed more of it. I found them to be very stingy with the ingredients, including a pathetic pickle spear on the side (c'mon, give me a BIG OL' PICKLE)!I probably wouldn't return to Black Sheep, but I didn't hate my sandwich. It's a little too basic to justify the aloof and annoyed service and the high prices for bread and cheese.

The hubby wanted some grilled cheese to soak up some of the proof lol. Many flavor profiles to choose from. The toast on the bread was insanely perfect. Golden, buttery but not soggy, crunchy exterior and ooey gooey inside. I would go for it with the tomato soup because a grilled cheese screams tomato soup. Friendly service. They make sure you're well taken care of. They've mastered their craft and so glad they're accessible at the packing district. Would love to see another location in the IE area. Will be back for more.

The tastiest grilled cheese sandwiches The slow grilling leaves a crispy layer and soft inside with oozing goodness that melts in your mouth. When I asked for suggestions to narrow my decision off the menu, the cook helped by describing each sandwich from savory to sweeter to filling.

This grilled cheese place is my go-to spot in the Anaheim Packing house. The bread is perfectly crispy and they give a good amount of cheese and other meats/spreads for a nice cheese pull with great flavor combinations.

Absolutely loved the grilled cheese sandwiches here! I got the "Hot Chick" and "Pork of July". Both sandwiches were so cheesy and yummy and the flavors blended so well together. They do give a complimentary pickle which added a nice touch. I would definitely come back to try the other sandwiches and the tomato soup!
