Bistro Express

Every time I make way way down here in a complete haze (not a morning person), I am greeted with the most friendly staff and cheerful music. It can definitely be a busy place depending on the time of day because of how many offices they serve, but there's never a down time with the people who work here and they're genuinely working to keep everyone happy, even if some times you might have to wait a little longer due to large orders.Food is pretty good, and it seems as if they try to introduce new specials from time to time, though I'm a creature of habit and rarely go off course to my usual's so I haven't tried it all. But I can always expect hot coffee and smiles and that's enough for me!

Wow this place found a way to get worse. Went there the other day and was open but whomever was supposed to be there in the morning wasn't in sight. I waited for at least 10 minutes with another customer and I finally left when no one showed. What a joke. They are lucky no one came in and cleaned the place out They also post their telephone number but no one ever answers to no way to place an order in the morning so you can just walk in pay and get to work. Some one needs to buy this place out and start from new and current owners are a mess

I don't know how they can charge $5 for this. It tastes like it looks. Literally I can't believe how bad this is. I threw out the rest. If you're looking for good quality sandwiches for the same price try Boudine's.

I'm a local in Irvine and I always find time to go to Bistro Express in the morning. My favorite items on their menu is the Michelson sandwich and the barbecue chicken wrap. Their service is always on point and everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this clean and convenient cafe.

The food is overpriced and the service is terrible. I'm not sure if you can order online anymore, but when every time I did the order was either forgotten or screwed up.

First time & last time ever ordering. Requested brioche sandwiche read their ingredients on the sandwich Requested no Sriracha sauce. Sandwich was delivered with sauce. When I call the place apparently it is my job to know they use other sauces too even though it is not on the menu! $23 later they wouldn't replace it. In his word " I don't know what you want me to do" you should of said no sauce." I did sir. What you should do is make sure you include everything you add on these sandwiches. How about a quick call to customer

Please inform your customer(s) of any delays to their order due to large "online" orders PRIOR to accepting their payment. 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich is unacceptable!

Rather than replacing my vegetarian sandwich with a vegetarian option or even letting me know they were out of that option they sent me chicken tortilla soup thanks idiots! You guys have zero customer service and will not be having any return customer experience from me. Terrible !

I would leave zero stars if I could. Paid $15 for a BLT that had microwaved bacon, one piece of Lettuce and tasted like a government funded school lunch.

Overpriced menu for quality of food. Disappointed in my turkey cranberry sandwich. Unfortunately received my sandwich, soggy. Cranberry sauce was more strawberry jelly like. Do not recommend
