I had bun rieu.Service was excellent and my dish was delicious.I really like the service by 2 older Vietnamese waiters.Wide variety and quite authentic.10-25-24

A friend recommended this place. We tried their canh bun bun rieu and ca soup with iced coffee. Noodles were alright. 7/10. The iced coffee was so black. We asked for more milk but they didn't have any. 1/10.

Bun Rieu - 4/5Definitely a good spot to pick if you don't want to wait in long lines during peak lunch hours.17$ for a bowl of bun Rieu with all the fixings.Can't complain as there are only handful of places offering bun Rieu in garden grove.

My husband had the bun cha Ha Noi and it was flavorful. I had the bun thit nuong cha gio. The thit nuong was so delicious but unfortunately the eggrolls were raw in the center. We brought it up the owner or the gentleman in the front and he automatically offered to refund our money or if we wanted something else in place of it. We decided to get the shrimp sweet potatoes and holy smokes, it was good. So crispy and flavorful.The highlight of the experience was the customer service. He was so kind and respectful. I appreciate it a lot.

Definitely somewhere I'd go regularly. They have a lot of fresh vegetables and the portion size was good. Taste was also savory and not too salty.

BInh Minh is a hidden gem. My favorites are bun rieu, bbh and bun cha. All the dishes here are also good. The flavors brought me back my childhood and my mom's home cooking. I always turn to BM for authentic meals couple times a month. The ambiance is very pleasant and easy going. Great service with a smile.

It's at least $15 a bowl but I feel like it's worth it for the authenticity and guaranteed deliciousness. There are cheaper places but there might not be seats or it's a lot more casual eating experience since the usinessrs ate mainly for to food.I got the bun rieu Cha ca. The Rieu/crab was perfect fall apart fluffy with a little give. The Cha ca/fish cake slices were a little thin but so flavorful. I could see and taste the literal pieces of fresh dill in the Cha ca/fish cake. The bowl looked a lot better than my pic but it legit smelled so good I started eating before I remembered to take a pic. There was a vegetable plate included that I also forgot to take a pic of.The other two people got canh bun which they seemed happy with.We all shared a pot of hot tea which was brewed strong.

Excellent neighborhood spot that i've been coming for years. Bun rieu is always my go-to.

I went to Binh Minh restaurant with my friend a couple of weeks ago. We ordered 2 bowls of Bun Rieu and 1 pot of hot tea. The older male server brought out the tea pot and 2 cups. We noticed there was stained inside the cups, and I asked the server to change to other cups. The server gave me a nasty look, and he made a comment that only the tea stained on the cups. He took the cups and walked behind the counter, and used a napkin to clean the stained.I won't go back there again because of his attitude and the dirty dishes that they have.
