Banh Mi Dealer

Finally visited the new Haven City West Covina and Banh Mi Dealer was the first stop we made. I got the Roasted Pork Banh Mi and it was absolute perfection. The roasted pork was crispy and juicy and the pickled veg paired well with the meat. Now let's talk about that bread: crusty on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. One of my favorite banh mis in the area for sure.It is on the pricier side, but it is what you'd expect going into a food hall like this. It is wholly worth it too.You order your food via a touch screen, so the only interaction you have with employees is when they hand over your sandwich. The kitchen is open, so you're able to see your food being made fresh.We went on New Year's Day, a little before lunch and the place was slightly busy already, but not overpacked.

I was super excited to see a new banh mi shop open so close to my house! When I saw pork belly on the menu, I had to come give this place a try. Getting to Banh Mi Dealer was a bit of a challenge for me, but it was fun getting here, it's been quite some time since I'd come to the Anaheim Gardenwalk, so it was nice to come eat and have a nice walk around to digest.After ordering, my pork belly banh mi came out quite fast. The sandwich came with a decent amount of veggies and huge chunks of pork. The flavors were definitely all there but I only wish the sandwich were a bit hotter and the bread more soft.Definitely will be coming back to give this place another try.

Great banh mi sandwiches. Quick service. Small shop, but good for pick up orders. Flavour is on point.

Second time here and it's fantastic, as usual. I love the vegan option and the cute little shop. They have nice indoor and outdoor seating and a mouth watering menu. The service is fast and friendly. I love this place!

The Banh Mi was flavorful and crispy. The bread had a good crunch to it and the vegetables were nicely pickled. My only complaint is the oil that would drip from the meat. The bottom half of the sandwich touching the paper had a lot of oil that would get soaked into the bread. The flavor was still there, but I needed napkins to wipe off the grease.

Not entirely sure how I feel about banh mi dealer just yet. Definitely underwhelmed on my first visit.I got the grilled pork "Saigon special" and the meat wasn't as good as I'm used to, but aside from that, it's pretty standard banh mi.I was also surprised how small the sandwich was. Other places will give you enough to split, but this sandwich was about half the size I'm used to.I was also SUPER excited about the pandan waffle I ordered, which they cancelled after I placed the order, which was sad.We also got the egg rolls, which were good, but a bit overcooked.Maybe there's a different sandwich I should try, and maybe next time I'll get the pandan waffle.

Awesome food. Made a small mistake with the order and immediately corrected it. Really chill little spot with a cool little flair. Food quality 10/10. Will definitely add to my short list of Bahn Mi places in Anaheim!

Really tasty! I can see why the high reviews The pickling on the sandwich veggies is fantastic and the bread hits all the right notesHad the Pork Belly....soooooooo good....filled with flavor. Plenty of meat and I'm telling you, the pickled veggies are killer. And I think they put just a touch of vinaigrette on there? I dunno...but it's awesome Also - GREAT service. Patient and helpful (I ask a lot of questions sometimes)

Finally got a chance to make it in and let me just say it did not disappoint! The only change I would make would be going to eat there months ago!Dixon (owner) was awesome and is super friendly...but the star of the show was the Pork Belly sandwich. Also, don't forget to try the Ube Iced Coffee it's definitely amazing as well.Do yourself a favor and stop by and try any of their delicious and fresh food.

It wasn't easy to find this place after looking up "near me" on Yelp. I ordered through Yelp app (Grub Hub) and this was the only issue. When I got there he showed me he hadn't received any orders but was really nice when I showed him my receipt. I ordered 2 Banh Mi; the Bulgogi and the pork belly but he was out so changed to the Saigon. Both were good and I liked the thick cut of the veggies. I'm giving 5 stars mostly based on the service but also pending another visit just to see how consistent the food is here. Definitely worth a visit!
