Banh Mi Che Cali

Food: good! We got the house pho and the broth was excellent. Meat was tender and very generous with vegetables that came with it. We usually order the sandwiches and thai tea boba for to go. Ambiance: It looked depressing. I wish they paid increase attention to cleanliness and maybe add some decor that will make the space more inviting. The tables and floor looked and felt sticky. Service: staff were quick and courteous. Price: $ with today's inflation.Parking: Can be challenging at times especially when there's plenty of shoppers from costco and amazon fresh. Thankfully they have assigned few parking spots for Banh mi che cali customers.

I'm disappointed in their new policy to put HALF of the Beef Stew and charge $11. This is crazy...I used to enjoy their food here, but I have no idea what's wrong with their management and polices.

Service was very slow on a Saturday night. Banh mi took awhile since there were only one person making it.

The sandwiches are very good, but bring cash. It's a $10 minimum if you use card and I'm able to buy a sandwich and a can of soda for about $7. One of the few places you can buy lunch for under $10. I love their BBQ beef and sometimes they do buy one get one free and it's worth it. Wait time varies, I recently visited and I second in line and it took about 12 minutes to get my sandwich which I unusually long for a small sandwich, but it's worth it. They share the space with a Pho place, so if you say you want a number 1, you have to clarify if you want a number 1 from the Pho place or from them. They are on Harbor, just west of the Cotco in the same parking lot.

I was here just to pick up some banh mi in a rush. There was a line on a Sunday afternoon! Then I noticed they have hot pot on the menu !? They look like individual pots, like the ones from Boiling Point. The banh mi was good and it was B2G1!Free and plenty of parking in the lot. They are next to Panera Bread in the Amazon Fresh plaza (next to Costco).

My boyfriend could not believe that I have never tried Banh Mi Che Cali until recently! We ordered four banh mi for takeout. My favorite filling was their grilled pork. I found the beef to be less flavorful. You can ask them to cut the banh mi in half, which makes it perfect for sharing! The prices are affordable, and they also have different options for pho. Dine-in is available at this location.

Although it's nice there's an option for viet food in this area but it's not a good choice. There's a reason why you rarely see actual Vietnamese people eat here. It's just not good. I've been here a few times due to convenience and I wanted to support a Vietnamese place to stay open in this area. Their bánh mi is 1/5. It's probably the worst choice if bánh mì you can make. Idk if they know this. Their food is just terrible quality. I really wish they would do better. They would have so much more ongoing support this way. Do owners read yelp? It's still a very convenient place to pop into if you have low expectations. And there's 2 reserved parking spaces in the front that will make it easy to visit without needing to fight over spaces with Costco people.

The best service and my favorite bahn mi place locally. I was recommended a couple of other places for the sandwiches, but this location will forever be my spot! Quick service, reasonable prices, and awesome taste.I really want to try the pennywort next time, and I'm glad I get to try the passionfruit this time.

Great prices for sandwiches, spring rolls, food, and drinks. I love that orders are made fresh and quickly. Been coming here for years. Next to Costco and not far from the 91 freeway.

I was there by myself to have a quick meal since Pho doesn't take much time to cook.Only 2 tables were occupied, absolutely not in a peak time at 3:45PM on Sunday afternoon. I ordered a P-2 Welldone Brisket Soup ($11) but with Egg Noodles instead of rice noodles. The cashier rung it as $14.01 so I asked him what's $3.01? Is it a sales tax?He answered it's because Egg noodles.At other Pho places, I never got charged extra.TBH, the quality of the soup was below the average.Only beansprouts and lemon grass were served with a soup. Beef briskets had fat parts and I counted 5 small pieces.I am sorry but I go other Pho places than here.
