Food: This one is a thin version and they are too much oil Service: i dont like a lady who took my order because she was rushing me. First time came here because i wanted to try a new place. I went with my mom and wanted to start with 1 order first to see if its good to get a second one. But she was saying that she wont have time to come back to reorder and one wont be good for 2 then she asked and rushed me to get 2 order right away. I heard the same thing on the other table of 3 people when i didn't want to get 3 dishes at the time.Regular Cup of water will be charged $1. Because she put the water in togo cup. They have fresh banh cuon and hot nuoc mam here. I'm not sure why they have a low rating because it's so good, think it's because they only accept cash . Definitely new go to spot for banh cuon ! Plus you know it's a good spot when you see alot of old viet folks dining

Went here many time during many years This place was my favorite of Bánh Cuốn,and i Left the comments on this Yelp some of pictures for Hồng Hương restaurantNow all gone , don't know why !Today stop by for lunch, seem like they goings to change the new manager or new owners by the new nam on Yelp is Hoa Hồng HươngBut Bánh Cuốn still good, i still come back again.

Still the best place in oc to get banh cuon and banh uot. The rice paper here is so delicate but has a slight chew and taste so fresh and delicious compared to other banh uot/cuon restaurants. A large plate is 15 and is more than enough to fill u up. Cash only and parking is kind of chaotic unfortunately. Service was awesome!

Banh Cuon is one of my all time favorite foods! It's filling yet light, perfect for the SoCal heatwave that's currently draining us all! The rice paper here is made fresh every time. It comes out piping hot and fluffy, melting in your mouth. Never mushy or clumpy. The key is to actually opt for dine-in to ensure a top-tier experience! My go-to is the Banh Uot Dac Biet (House Special Steam Rolls) and my mom's is the Banh Cuon Dac Biet (House Special Steam Rolls w/ Ground Pork)! All depends on whether or not you prefer to have ground pork rolled up in your rice paper! It's topped off with dried shrimp, fried onions, cilantro, cha lua and cha chien (Vietnamese steamed pork sausage! I prefer cha chien which is the fried version!), ruoc (Dried shredded chicken) and a side of bean sprouts and sliced cucumbers. Oh, and not to forget the fish sauce! Light and airy, yet filling and packed with so much flavor. Do note that everything's made to order, so there is a little bit of a wait. And like most small Vietnamese businesses, they are cash only! Also want to show some love for the aunties working there! Super nice and friendly! :)

Good food here. I used to avoid Banh cuon. Now I love it. This restaurant changed my mind. I've been coming here for years now. They actually treat me like family here! Lol. I get free Vietnamese coffees. (Don't tell anyone!) As embarrassing as it is, I honestly can't speak Vietnamese that well. But I try to use my limited Vietnamese skills here. That must crack everyone up. Who knows?! Oh well, they may laugh at me, but at least I eat well.

I ordered the large size, and it was huge!!! Surprisingly I finished it all, but you can definitely share the plate with someone and order a small app at the side. I love that they have so many toppings as opposed to just cha when you have banh cuon at home. The Chinese sausage is a great touch :) my family loves this place.

We came here a few times and the food has been decent. But the last couple of times, the vegetables that came with bánh cuốn were terrible. Some were rotten, and when I told the woman in charge, she said that's how they were delivered. The last time the beans on the bean sprouts were black. I looked around and people at other tables didn't seem to care. They ate them. This is our last time here. They could do a much better job. I don't think they read the reviews. Too bad.

Very bad service and manner. I and my older brother came in today around noon. We sat on an empty table, the lady asked us to move to a table that was dirty and had not clear the dishes yet and asked us to wait for her to clear the table. No one was waiting after us. I wondered, nowaday still have restaurant want to save a table for a FUTURE CUSTOMER that has not showed of yet and pushed a guest that was already there to waiting for a dirty table that had not clear the dishes yet, WHY????We walked out and will never be back. By the way, the restaurant was not even clean, strange smell.
