Bagelmania & Coffee House

The employees greeted me with a smile and were very kind. They prepared my drink quickly. The coffee tasted good and had the right amount of syrup. I'm glad that they offered sugar-free options. They assured me that they use the sugar-free which I always appreciate it was very affordably priced and they accepted contactless payment.I needed to go to the restroom and it was around the corner of the building and I originally couldn't find it so they directed me to the right area and gave me the code . I really appreciated their help.I came on Valentine's Day and the interior and exterior were decorated, which was lovely ! They were selling heart-shaped bagels. They offer a large variety of bagels, smoothies, teas, coffees, sandwiches, and even açai bowls. I've had their bagels and açai bowls in the past and was very impressed. They offer a variety of options for those who need dietary accommodations such as dairy free and gluten-free. They have a drive-through as well as seating.Overall, I am very impressed with this establishment . I wish they didn't close at three, but I understand as a bagelria why the hours are what they are. Thank you for being such a staple here in HB !!

Been coming to this place for years. You'll see a lot of bad reviews about the long wait.. well its a VERY popular spot for a reason :). There is no better bagel place in OC for these reasons: - Number of interesting bagel and cream cheese flavors- Number of coffee options- Friendly, hard working staff- Drive Thru!- Very clean and good food preparation practices-Alternative options for dietary restrictions and allergies-Fresh!

It was my first time visiting Bagelmania & the customer service was wonderful! There's plenty of outdoor seating so bring your furry friends! The sweet lady taking my order was very patient with my questions. Whoever writes on their coffee bags has the most gorgeous writing I've ever seen. I ordered a breakfast bagel with both sausage and bacon & the total was $10 & some change. (Paid in cash so I saved a dollar or two) The breakfast bagel was good, but the egg everything bagel itself was kinda tough to eat. I had to pull away as I bit into the bagel to get the bread to break off. I do want to return and give the mania bagel (everything but w/o egg) a try and see if it was just that particular bagel with that consistency. I was surprised that there wasn't a cinnamon sugar bagel (my guilty pleasure) but perhaps they rotate flavors. Overall it was a neat little shop & it was fun to see the news article about them & their original menu from when they first opened up.

There is still no better place to get a bagel than Bagelmania. Their bagels are so fresh and they have an amazing variety too. The service is fast and friendly too. They have a drive through or you can sit outside on the covered patio.

Got the sourdough bagel with garlic cream cheese, avocado, and lemon pepper. It was very tasty! It was about $7. I do wish I got my bagel toasted, but it was delicious anyways. The garlic cream cheese is very garlicky and I will probably end up buying it on its own the next time I stop by here. The drive thru line was long, but they send a worker out with a tablet to expedite things.

Been coming here for years.No review until now. Not so sure why.Drive thru or counter order. Seating area for eating here.Wide variety of bagels, spreads, coffee, etc.My go-to for about 15 years is Egg McBagel with sausage and cheddar on a Mexican bagel. Exquisite.Service is always on point. They have a good selection of coffee drinks that are pretty good. I usually go for just plain ol' coffee, which is decent. They're mainly a breakfast joint, but they have bagel sandwiches that would do you solid during lunch.Solid spot.

My boyfriend is a frequent visitor of this place, and he cant stop raving about it, so we passed by one day.It has a stead stream of customers alllll day long. Bonus - theres a drive through as well.The bagels are fresh and crispy. Service is ALWAYS on point, and what's funny is this guy who works there, Joseph, knows exactly what he wants to the detail. He even greets him and then asks if he wants the "usual". This is the kind of customer service we've lost through too many not caring.Overall, my experience was wonderful. The lunch bagels are hearty, and the prices are super reasonable.

Bomb bagels and coffee but A gluten free non dairy bagel is 9$Why?Better off going to the store and making it yourself . Great customer service tho!!

This was my first time here -- I drive by all the time and see a really long line in the drive thru so I just keep going.This time, leaving the gym at 7:30 am there were only 4 cars so I joined the back of the line. 15 minute wait. Way too long and I just wanted one bagel. I will go back to my regular bagel place.
