Awaken Coffee

This place is so cool. I've never seen a real coffee shop in a church. It's so large and clean and new. They sell a lot of different drinks and snacks. One bad thing is that they close relatively early. This is a fun place to hang out for sure!

The tortilla for the breakfast burrito is so hard and over cooked. And coffee was too acidic for me. But cute place.

I love this coffee shop! They actually have the best smoothies. I get a smoothie and ham and cheese every chance I can stop by. Customer service is always great. Everyone is always so friendly. They make me feel like they really appreciate my business. Sam the guy that makes my smoothie is so sweet. Highly highly recommend it here!!

So this location is no longer upstairs but is now downstairs to a much larger area and has been renamed Awaken. We stopped in and got a couple croissants for breakfast and they were pretty good. They dont compare to a place that is a dedicated bakery but they are still good quality. We got the everything croissant and an almond croissant. Almond croissand was a touch dry but the filling was good and lots of almond. The everything croissant was very interesting, only ever had it as a bagel. Probably would have been better if their turbochef wasnt out of order to hear it up properly. The lady working was super friendly and the interior of the place is very fancy with nice styling. Big and clean with lots of places to sit.

This place has some of the best tasting and freshest coffee drinks that you will ever want! Even more, the service is always friendly and warm. Make sure you grab something when you are here!

I give this place a lot of credit!! The food is great, drink options are amazing!! Although I go straight to sugar free hazelnut latte and sometimes a ham and cheese croissant for the kid. The new location is so much nicer, bigger, and just makes sense. I don't have to fight for a seat or wait for one anymore. The customer service is so amazing! And I love that it's put together with some volunteers, they work so hard!! Thank you Awaken for being such a pleasant place to start my Sunday morning.

I have never been disappointed with ANYTHING I have ever had here. The Coffee is great. The Iced tea s refreshing but the ambiance is what makes this the hang out. The hours open are restricted however if you want an out of the way place to have some quiet alone time and some great drinks and pastries, this is your place. Pro tip: Sunday Mornings are VERY busy.

Absolutely love this place, it is a hidden gem and Nancy who runs the place as well as the staff are all amazing people. Had the seasonal drink today which was a red velvet latte and I was heaven! It may be a little hard to find as it is inside the church on the third floor, but can be accessed from the outside as well.

Well, since they moved downstairs, the coffee is no longer weak. BUT, it seems to be exactly like "Taster's Choice" flavor. Great atmosphere, but the coffee is marginal, at best. if you like Taster's Choice instant coffee from the jar, you will love Awaken's coffee!!

PSA FOR DOOR DASH ORDERS - if this place is out of something they will swap your order and door dash will not let you know. I ordered a Turkey breakfast sandwich (because I do not eat pork) and what showed up was a bacon breakfast burrito. As someone who hasn't eaten pork in almost 20 years I was very disappointed in this situation. Im still not sure why they didn't send me something else with turkey or without meat. Or why they didn't flag this to the person picking up my order.
