This is such a hidden gem! The food is absolutely amazing quality, just like the people and the service! Best egg rolls I've EVER had in my life, most awesome Vietnamese coffee. I've had their chicken pesto panini (Ion). Absolutely exquisite. Their Pho is pretty good, the salads are good too and I just had their Quantum Sandwich with Roast beef today. So incredible. And you can tell they cook with Love, to serve and to let you enjoy the quality flavors.Genuine care, genuine quality! Love it!

Amazing paninis, great service and convenient pickup! Have a few more items I can't wait to try. Also, there is a"secret" Pho menu if you ask about it.

This place is a Gem! They have delicious lunch sandwiches and clean breakfast burritos ( not oily or too heavy) .It's a mom and pop and everyone is charming and nice. I love their Spring rolls, they make them fresh and they're huge. This place is affordable and delicious !

The owners have worked really hard to make this a welcoming cafe. The outdoor space is nicely maintained and the food is fresh and healthy.

My go to spot when I'm at work in Costa Mesa. The Galactic is my favorite but their other sandwiches are really good too.

Decided to try this place after seeing the reviews and had the galactic panini. I wish this place had more people going here as it a small mom and pop shop. I can't speak for how they melt their cheese as much as I love because I am lactose HOWEVER, that was the most perfectly balanced and flavored panini I have ever had. The turkey was perfect temperature, the sautéed spinach was perfect amount of slight crunch , just enough tomato spread without it being overpowering, and the crunch of the bread was phenomenal.I would hands down go here again and again.

The best panini and breakfast burrito spot in Orange County. The details in the panini I ordered which was the ion panini took me by surprise. The chicken was perfectly cooked and moist, the ooze on the cheese, the flavors of the mushrooms and herbs, and the crunch on the bread were all perfect. The family here are super sweet and treat their customers like family. If you're a sucker for breakfast burritos like me, this is the place to get them. Your taste for burritos will change after you eat one here. Everything about the breakfast burritos here is perfect including the pico de gallo that it comes with. I also ordered a Vietnamese coffee for my coworker and he said it was perfect.One more thing I'd like to add - their eggrolls. Yummmmmm. 100% satisfying. Excellent flavors all around with a textbook sound of the crunch when biting into them. You must try these.

Customer service was great. Small mom and pop business. I ordered the ion sandwich. That was delicious. Chicken was tender. Will return for more.
