I first heard about this place from the Netflix show 'Beef' but their ktown location. i was really interested in going after watching that episode of beef, only to find out the original arena ktown was shut down almost 2 years ago. when i heard they were opening an arena in oc i really wanted to check it out. i went on their soft opening and there was a lot of people inside and out (which im assuming is because they were closed for a while)although the line that night was a bit long, i really appreciated that there was so cover all night. you could pay $30 to skip the line but i felt that the line wasn't that bad to wait in. while i was in line one of the female workers in front mentioned to me that if i came before 10 next time, that they had $5 tequila shots! once i got inside, i felt like i had just walked into the biggest and craziest party ever. the djs are amazing and you can tell the crowd loved them and so did i! the drink prices are pretty similar to other clubs/bars so nothing too bad about that. but they have alcoholic boba which i loved!! overall i had a great night and im excited to come back!

If you were approached to host this club, please read this review and make an informed decision.I think Arena OC has potential, but upper management issues along with their systems and processes need attention to truly elevate the customer experience. I'm unsure but I feel like my party was robbed of our time and money... First, I want to highlight the excellent customer service provided by my bottle service attendant and the on-site manager. They genuinely went out of their way to accommodate my party, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Their dedication truly stood out and was one of the highlights of the evening.Last month, I had the opportunity to host an event at this nightclub. While the contacts I worked with were friendly, responsive, and professional, I was disappointed by the limitations placed on the bottle service attendant and the on-site manager. My party requested water and chasers for our drinks, but these were overlooked, leaving us to purchase drinks at the bar despite having a table. This completely defeats the purpose of bottle service and suggests possible understaffing.Arena OC provided me with a complimentary champagne bottle and a complimentary table for hosting. My party reserved an additional table and purchased two bottles. We intended to purchase a third, but it was unavailable--how does a club run out of bottles so early in the night, especially when I had communicated this preference well in advance? This lack of preparation speaks to poor management and planning. If the goal is to maximize revenue, wouldn't it make sense to stock more $40 bottles that can be sold at $520 each (including tax and tip)? It feels like upper management is more focused on cutting corners than maximizing profits. To make matters worse, we paid part of our table tab in cash and were promised change, but it never came. On a positive note, I appreciate that Arena OC upgraded my party's table and placed it side by side with the promo table. This thoughtful gesture showed attention to our needs, and I'm grateful for that. But, as I mentioned earlier, on-site employees are making up for the lack of care for customer service on behalf of upper management. The staff is doing their best to compensate for the shortcomings in management's approach, but it's clear that the real issue lies with the decision-makers at the top. Adding to the frustration, I still have not received my commission check over a month later. I followed up and provided my email address as requested, but I have not received any response since. This lack of communication is both unprofessional and unacceptable.Furthermore, I was told that I hadn't checked any names off the guest list, which is simply untrue. It's clear that management needs a more reliable system for tracking guest lists and ensuring accuracy. Out of the 20 people on my list, 14 showed up before the 11pm cut-off time, including 7 women--but I was told that none of them had been checked in. This discrepancy highlights a serious issue with how guest lists are managed.Hosts rely on sales from tables and guest list entries, and for both systems to be disorganized, it gives the impression that Arena OC needs to revisit their business model because they are not operating efficiently. Customer service, while commendable, is severely limited by how much on-site employees can compensate for management's desire to cut corners. Last but not least, they have on-site photographers but the photos from the event still have not been uploaded to their website for us to download and share. While the on-site staff's dedication is commendable, the club's operational and management issues severely overshadow their hard work and detract from the overall customer experience. Arena OC has potential, but for now, it's far from my top choice for nightlife in Orange County.TLDR; have not received commission for hosting, did not get change from payment, understaffed, understocked, inaccurate account of guest list. Business model needs improvement.

Came here in a group of 5 (3 girls, 2 guys), and they let the girls in first while making me and the other guy wait outside for 45 min. Finally, let me in, but not the other guy since he only has 1 arm. They made him wait another 30 min outside. To make matters worse, some dork who over drank, threw up all over the dance floor when I was dancing with a plump Korean girl ruining that beautiful experience. Ended up eating 20 piece nuggets from McDonald's to close out the night.

Arena OC Club is a nightlife hotspot worth checking out! After going to Arena KTown in LA I'm happy they decided to open up a location out in OC! I recently had a night out there and had a blast. They have a special where if you come in before 10pm, Casamigos Tequila shots are $5! The club's ambiance is energetic, and the music keeps the dance floor pumping. The DJs know how to keep the party going with a mix of tracks to suit different tastes. The crowd was lively and friendly, creating a great party atmosphere. The drinks were well-made and served efficiently, ensuring you can enjoy your night to the fullest. If you're looking for a fun night of dancing and socializing in Orange County, Arena OC Club is a great choice!

Worst club in OC. If you're thinking about going general admission (GA), just go somewhere else. I arrived at the front of the line with a group of 10 ( 5 guys 5 girls, all married couples). They took all the girls in our group and let them in before the guys. Then they forced the guys wait for 40 minutes before telling us it would be another 1 hour (100 minutes total) before they would let us in. I've been to a lot of clubs and this was the worst management I've ever seen. The security out front are scammers trying to squeeze every customer for an extra penny any way they can. Even if it means ruining your entire night! In summary: They took all the girls from our group and misled the guys for over an hour before telling them they couldn't come in unless they pay the security. If this is the case, just say that from the beginning. There are plenty of other clubs in Orange County that are much better experiences

It was a okay atmosphere. People on stage were not it. It felt a little cringe. Better off at legacy or Club 54 in Pasadena

We recently stopped by this club to check out the venue, just to see if it was a place we'd want to spend the night. After less than 5 minutes, we decided it wasn't for us and started to leave. To our shock, we were charged full price for entry, even though we barely set foot inside. We weren't even told that there would be a charge for such a short visit. The staff was rude and unhelpful when we asked why we were being charged $900. Instead of addressing the situation or offering any kind of explanation, they just dismissed us. It felt like we were being taken advantage of, and there was zero concern for customer satisfaction. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can't imagine how they treat actual guests. Save your money and go somewhere that values their patrons. We definitely won't be coming back

The drinks are way over priced. They charged me $50 for two drinks: a vodka tonic and Moscow mule and the Moscow mule wasn't even made right. No wonder most of the people there did not have drinks.
