Any Old Time Donuts

They have one of the best ham and cheese croissants in the area! I have been quite a few places and very unimpressed until I came here. So far they never have that previously frozen taste- always seems like they are made fresh for the day! The croissant is flakey, and it's an easy in and out- never a long wait and it's very filling! I haven't tried anything else yet because that really is why I keep going back because it's so good.

BEST HAM & CHEESE CROISSANTS !! I will drive miles just to get it. They're always huge, perfect softness with that little crispness of a fresh croissant. Ham doesn't taste funny like other places do and no glob of cheese stuck in the middle.

The BEST Old Fashioned Buttermilk Bar I ever had. Lofty flavorful center, oil free and brown crisp delight. I have had some donuts living in SF; but this baker blows them all away!

Best donuts ever! They are so soft and they keep fresh for days! All the normal flavors you'd expect at a donut shot, but these donuts are a step above the rest because of their soft texture and freshness!!!

The lady who runs the store is so sweet. Dunkin Donuts just can't compete with Asian pinkbox donut places. These donuts have a perfect egg-shell layer of cripyness on the outside. But once you bite into them, you feel how super soft the inside is. I recommend the glazed donuts.

Was terribly craving a donut, and not just any donut but an apple fritter. I don't eat donuts often. A quick search and decided to try this place. Is a small mom and pop donut shop. Reviews look particularly good so headed over to get my apple fritter.I was disappointed. Was a bit over cooked and had barely any apple or spice. It was huge and looked double frosted, but I really wanted a spicy apple filled treat. Everything else looked about the same. Probably not bad for your typical donuts as most of these reviews are raving about them, but for me I don't eat them enough to eat a marginal donut.

I wanted to love this place! We were looking for a new donut shop in Costa Mesa and this has a very high rating. When we walked in, the woman behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask. I said, "No mask?" She said, "I got mask," and looked toward the kitchen.We're seniors and used to go for donuts once a week and now haven't gone in months because of the coronavirus. The State regulations call for masks in public and have very definite regulations for places serving food. We won't patronize any business unless the staff are wearing masks. Who wants someone coughing on their food in these times?

YUM! Delicious donuts, and they always throw in extra donut holes! I love coming here!
