Disgusting and nasty people. I went into the store to buy some stuff with my family and one of their employees kept walking by us in an unfriendly manner as if we were not welcome. Store is disgusting with old stuff. Rude woman at the register. Will never go back.

Should have checked the reviews of this store before stepping in. We purchased a rice bag and when we came home and opened it, it was full of bugs. When we called them for a refund they said they can't return our money unless we return the rice bag... we told them we live quite far away (near USC) and that we can send them some pics of the rice with the bugs, but to no avail!

This place is good. It's super small but the selection is beautiful nonetheless. It's in a great location and they have a lot of spices available. They have some veggies and fruit available to buy. They appear to more culture focused when it comes to their products.

I don't know why this store has so many terrible reviews. I love this place!! The people are very nice, and helpful. They have ORGANIC legumes, ORGANIC spices, ORGANIC oils, and sometimes organic fruit, if it's in season. I've never purchased rice there, because I don't eat it...so I can't comment on that.. Perhaps the organic products they carry are of better quality?? Which is true of organic products... If you wanna be cheap.. You get cheap stuff. I'll shop here forever. I've been in numerous other shops on Pioneer, this one is definitely the best option. It's the only place I buy my spices and beans from.

This store sells expired products. I got very sick. Please avoid this store and never shop here.

Think twice before you shop here!! First off they over charge you for almost every grocery items. Second, they have expired products all over!! You can compare the prices with Pioneer Cash and Carry - clean and wide aisles, fair prices. See for yourself and you will never shop again at Ambala. Is there a way to get the attention of City of Artesia or County Health Inspectors? This store needs to under compliance!!

Dirty place and most frozen products including diary is expired . The woman at the counter is rude . Filthy store

will never ever visit this store, bought few snack items on Dec 31, 2021, but all of them tasted and smelled bad the monent I opened them the very nest day, probably exired years back, had to trash all. The nasties people I have ever shop from.The woman at the counter is a snake, unfriendly.I bought a case of mangos , the case have a 10 piece count and she had to take one out because she said it was 9 piece.Have your mango lady, it will make you rich.
