Always Ready Meals

ARM has been a staple for myself and my wife. I am also a high performance coach and have had my athletes and clients use their meals too. I love ARM because I know what's in it (good real food) and it supports my goals!I haven't had a meal I don't like from ARM. Food isn't greasy and over saucy like some other companies I've tried. Their new storefront is awesome and well decorated. You can even sit down and enjoy a meal before you take off. Service is always top notch and does not disappoint.

Long story short, all this transpired because I wasn't an easy sell and questioned things that appeared odd to me. One person on FB mentioned this company, ONE. First flag, ignored when I asked for a business address as when I googled this company only a FB & IG page came up. Second flag, FB reviews were good but were OLD. I'm talking a few years old...nothing recent. Owner then directs me to his IG, which I'm not sure why, because again very few posts, no consistency & OLD reviews. Third flag, gave me a quote via text and proceeds to tell me he only accepts payment thru Zelle or Venmo. 4th flag, I explained to him I wasn't comfortable with those payment methods as I was just burned last October by someone I paid via Venmo and she did not provide services promised and I was unable to get my money back. I asked for an invoice to which the owner's response was "our website is down so I'm unable to generate invoices." I stated I'm not comfortable unless I have an invoice and some type of agreement stating the services he will be providing in exchange for X amount of dollars. I also tried suggesting payment upon delivery until we establish a working relationship. I also was willing to do 50% thru one of those Venmo/Zelle Services and the remaining 50% to be paid upon delivery. He texted he couldn't understand why I'm being so guarded when he's been nothing but available as "CEO" responding to my texts. 5th flag, he was very contradictory in his responses by saying he's willing to work with me and do the payment upon delivery and "let's get it done." Then continues on a following text to talk out the other side of his mouth saying how he's gone out of his way for me by promptly answering text messages and even sending me a sample "snack list." (Which we all know he copied & pasted.) That's not going out of your way, that's doing your SALES job to acquire a customer. Everyone in sales can agree there are easy sells and hard sells, it's how bad you want it. And like I said, I could find nothing remotely recent that this guy or company had done. So I chalked it up to either pure laziness, incompetence or indeed a sham. Because as a business woman, and I'm sure a lot of you competent business minded people would agree, we could've made that sale happen and acquired a new customer. Please reference pictures for review (my thoughts/experience.) I posted my experience/review on my own personal IG page which he followed. I never mentioned a company name until it was either he, the owner, or someone very close to him that took a nasty personal dig at me. Professional? In my screenshots I show proof of the unprofessionalism (to say the least) ending in an insult/fat shaming towards sick/disabled persons. *Note in the end of this person's comment they basically do no justice for further promoting his MEAL DELIVERY business when they say to me something to the effect of "stop being lazy and cook your own meals or you'll just keep getting fatter." Ummm...so everyone that uses this service is lazy and should cook their own meals? Stereotype much? Again, showing extreme prejudice towards incapacitated/disabled people. Basically stating this company only takes clients who are already "physically in shape." Wow! (I know for a fact he is widely aware of this persons response towards me and has yet to even offer an apology which is the LEAST he should do.) Let me also note: the owner admittedly struggles with weight gain & mental illness. He also promotes and claims to practice Christianity thru and thru. Is this WWJD? Like I said, I will be posting supporting photos for you all to see. I did NOT deserve this immature & beyond disgusting treatment. I am a wife and mother of 3 kids. My youngest is 5 years old. I have several serious health issues that are NOT related whatsoever to weight. I am on infusion treatments and weekly injections of harsh medications with side effects I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. This was more than just about weight loss, I am trying to improve my health all together as my illnesses are life-threatening. I'm trying to get back a quality life to hopefully see my kids grow up. But because I didn't just hand over my money without questions (that again were all valid) this is how they treat someone in my condition? Think about who you do business with. What they post is who they want you to think they are, not who they truly are. FACT: social media profiles are a facade, with almost 80% of profiles showing/selling a dream or a WANTED lifestyle. I've numbered them in sequential order as to how to read since I can only squeeze in a certain size for a screenshot.)

Always Ready Meals is the way to go. They have made it so easy for me to grab my meals every single morning. I love the taco bowls! Great taste and so delicious!!

Definitely the best meal prep service I have tried! Food is delicious and healthy! I lost 6 pounds in 1 weeks! Can't be happier and I'm saving a ton of money and time compared to eating out every day! Thanks always ready meals!

Always Ready Meals has become a family throughout the years. 5 years of always being there. I am professional boxer and even when I'm not in camp. I still stay on the meal prep for their delicious food and great service. You know the saying, stay ready so you don't have to get ready
