I went to Adalbertos's last night, not knowing what to expect. I'll admit, I don't usually eat Mexican food because it often doesn't impress me, but I was really hungry and decided to give this place a try. I'm so glad I did!The food was beyond my expectations. The tortillas were handmade and absolutely delicious--you can taste the difference. The meat was fresh, flavorful, cooked perfectly, and it was not salty! Every bite, delicious!I'll definitely be coming back again and recommending this place to friends. If you're looking for truly authentic Mexican food, take it from this Mexican foodie, this is the spot!

Came here late after landing in San Diego...Ordered a Cali burrito and tacos......they were terrible.The saddest burrito and the worst excuses for tacos I've ever saw. It was not cheap either. Our order came out to over $30.00. It's the price you pay for trying to find decent food late night that wasn't fast food.Will def not be back or recommending...

I read some of the comments here but went anyway. The best way to know if the food is good is to find out yourself. I was surprised the food was good, I had tacos dorados and a torta. It was two separate meals. I do recommend you try it and come up with your own opinion. They are good, believe me I have had worse.

I have worked across the street from this place for 34 years. I ate there about 10 years ago. It was horrible. I tried it again today. Even worse than before. My two cheese enchiladas. The cheese was not even melted. The sauce was unbelievably salty. I tried to call and be respectful and complain, but two days no answering their phone. I will never go there again.
