We recently had the pleasure of dining at Acapulco, and the service was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the host Alejandra greeted us with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude that immediately set the tone for a fantastic evening. Alejandra was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we were comfortably seated and well taken care of throughout the night.Manager Hector went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. His professionalism and genuine care for guests were evident in every interaction. He checked in with us personally to ensure everything was perfect.The food was absolutely delicious Mexican flavors that made every bite a delight. I highly recommend Acapulco to anyone looking for a authentic Mexican cuisine and great service. We will definitely be returning soon!

Absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. From the moment we walked into Acapulco we were greeted with warmth by the incredible host Alejandra. Héctor, the manager, runs the restaurant with excellence service. He genuine care for the guests and provides an amazing experience. The Ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The entire staff was beyond amazing friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. This place is a true gem, and the team makes the experience unforgettable. Can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

I took my mom here for her birthday (her choice), and while the outdoor seating was beautiful with a cozy fire pit, the inside felt more like a Denny's than an upscale Mexican restaurant.Service was the biggest letdown. The hostess seemed bothered to seat us and placed us by the loudest table, even with plenty of open spots. After requesting a change, we were moved to a quieter back room but were completely forgotten about. Orders came out at different times, making us eat separately, and service was painfully slow.The food was good, and they did light a candle on the birthday cheesecake, but overall, the experience felt frustrating. They need friendlier service, better timing, and a more inviting interior. Wouldn't come back for a special occasion.

Happy hour taquitos on the menu says it comes with (4) but they are the SMALLEST "taquitos" ever. Probably the equivalent of 1.5 taquitos max. Sure they're $4 but also SO tiny. Taste was whatevs. The happy hour pitcher of margs is totally worth it though. $20 for the pitcher which gives at least 5 cups worth? Yes please.A friend ordered the happy hour quesadilla but wanted it without chicken because she's vegetarian but they messed up twice and gave her chicken quesadillas. Don't know if it was communication error or what...She ended up leaving without eating anything.Ambiance is on the louder side because of music and chatting but I didn't mind.

Haven't been here in a while. Came for the lunch buffet today. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. It's the second day of the heat wave.The buffet has much less items than before.Foods didn't look super fresh but I came in just a bit after 1:00 pm and lunch buffet ends at 2:00 pm.I made a salad with chicken and a bit of carnitas and also some steak chopped up. The three meats were good but were greasy. The cheese enchiladas were totally dried out.The chocolate chips cookies were very moist and good.

The ambiance is romantic in certain area and sports dive in the other. It's a good spot for large parties and family gatherings. The parking is limited in the front near entrance but the is additional parking on the side parking lot. Parking is free. The decor is Mexico style to make you feel like you're in Acapulco. The have a nice menu catering to Mexican dishes. I gotbthe pick 3 on my visit and choose to have 3 chicken enchiladas with green sauce. It only took about 10min fornthe meal to come out fresh and well plated. While waiting for the entrée I munched on some homemade chips and salsa provided at no charge. This was delicious and so fresh. My meal arrived hot and well platted. The beans and rice that came with the meal was well seasoned and delicious. The enchiladas were so tender and practically melted in my mouth. My server was amazing also. I asked to be seatdd in the bar area where there were games and TV on. My server was extremely polite and took great care of me even though it was busy. I recommend this Acapulco Restaurant location if you're in Orange County. Oh, and don't forget to sign up for their rewards program.

This is my preferred Acapulco location. They have their own parking lot and is always easy. The food is always great and service is always fantastic. I love their bar area and they have a nice outdoor dining area as well. I like to come here best for happy hour. They have a great happy hour menu that runs from 3-8pm everyday. And the food portions are large. I always leave happy and satisfied. It's great for small parties or large parties.

We come to this location often. We usually get the lunch buffet. It never fails to disappoint! Although on Friday, my husband and son ordered the fajitas special while my granddaughter and I had the buffet. Everything was delicious! We ask for Jesus' section. He is an awesome waiter! Very attentive and very friendly and goes out of his way to make our dining special.
