Located in the center of a an upscale strip mall lies this gem of a pizzeria. The decor is set mid modern with NY sports memorabilia aligning the walls, a tribute to Yankees, Giants, Mets and Jets.Sammy, the chef and owner, makes an incredible slice worthy to go toe to toe with the East coast brethrens. Wafer thin perfectly golden crust and whole milk moz. No matter the toppings, you will find it difficult to beat on the this side of the coast.

One of the best Slices around. This is my 3rd time here. I recommend the Stromboli. I don't live close, but it's worth the drive. They always have a smile on their faces and the restaurant is super clean.

If you want a slice of pizza you should definitely come to A Slice of New York Pizza. It's next to Trader Joe's so plenty of parking. They have lunch specials and the owner is really nice. I used to go to the Seal Beach location but this is much closer to home. Thin slices of heaven. Happy Yelping!

Tucked behind the Trader Joe's is A Slice of New York Pizza. They have a 2 slice special for $11.14 that includes a drink. One slice was $5. Variety of slices to choose from that are ready to be warmed up. Very friendly and quick service! Perfect for a quick lunch.

My bf and I came here for the first time and will definitely be back. We ordered a jalapeño & pineapple pizza which was not on the menu but the owner gladly customized for us. Customer service is fantastic. The owner greeted us, walked us through the menu, and made us feel really welcomed. We saw a family come in from TJs just to say hi to the owner. You know a place is good when it has loyal customers. The vibe takes you straight back to the 90s in the best way. We actually ate our pizza inside which I haven't done in over a decade. There was a very familiar and comforting feeling in there that reminded me of my childhood. The pizza was fantastic. Can't wait to go back!

Big Apple Deluxe Pie came up as recommended by Uber Eats. It had a lot of potential, but was cold when it was delivered. The crust was burned and the middle undercooked. Bummer! Expensive disappointment. Probably better at the restaurant.

This pizza spot has all the right feels for a pizza spot - a simple menu, comfy booths, and Elvis music. The pizza has a thin, crispy crust just the way I like it. Their house signature pizza is unique (artichoke, marinara, and pesto) and delicious.

We have picked up To Go orders from here several times now. Pizza is good. I would love it if they added sandwiches like an Italian meat sub or meatball sandwich. Pizza sausage here is flat discs as opposed to ground sausage. I'm not sure if I love their dough. My M.O. is to eat the good part of the pizza, but leave the crust. If I really love the place I'll also eat the crust. I don't eat the crust here. The Brownie for two is very rich and delicious $5.95.
