Sandy's Espresso

Had a chai tea and ham/cheese sandwich with my friend Charley. The sandwich was heated in a microwave so not the greatest but it'll do if you're hungry. Chai was good but couldn't been hotter Love this place. If you're in town stop on buy. They have a drive thru if you're in a hurry or sit on their big patio in the shade or sunshine. If it's cold, they have heaters to keep you warm along with your favorite beverage. They have a nice indoor dining room with a fireplace. Right now ( July 2022) there's construction going on outside on the main street (203) so it's noisy outside but bearable. They are the best local go-to coffee place in Carnation. Stop on by!

They have the best honey oatmilk lattes and the coziest environment. I always go in to catch up on homework and just to take a breather.

Great coffee, friendly staff, decent food selection, but very, very noisy. They offer an office space upstairs that you can rent for an hour up to a full day. It's a great concept and the space is comfortable, but it's not enclosed and it's right above the entrance so you hear EVERYTHING. Any time they opened and closed the fridge or the front door (which was constant) it shook the entire upstairs. The voices of the baristas were piercingly loud, and the persistent chatter and yelling carried upstairs as well. I do realize they were just being friendly to customers, doing their job, and not realizing how distracting it was, but I left with several hours to spare that I had already paid for because the noise level was so extreme (it could even be heard while wearing headphones). Would not recommend paying money for that office space. Rent a study space at the library or a local community college instead!

The sandwiches were decent and you could tell a lot of the items are from Costco. The ham/cheese croissant was warmed. They have outdoor seating and you can walk across the road to an antique shop. There is a drive through for drinks/sandwiches at this location. Lemonade is from Costco ( I saw the bottle).

Cute inside area as well as a great porch outside! Coffee was good - I had a mocha- and my Italian sausage roll was yummy too! Baristas were friendly. I wish I knew about this place when I drove my daughter to day camp last year! I would have stayed instead of commuting!

Great coffee, excellent service, and delicious light meals. Very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Coffee was okay, but this sandwich was just embarrassing. I literally did not make any modifications to this sandwich -- it's how it was handed to me inside the bag. How could a place serve this with a straight face? I wasn't in the mood to make a big deal, so I ate it, but I literally had to ask the person working the counter if I could have mayo and mustard. She seemed rather surprised, and had to go into the refrigerator and scoop out some mayo and mustard from a jar.

I'm not biased but ive been going around the city tryingAlot of chai lattes but Sandys still has the best chai ive ever had. Its not watered down nor use cheap ingredients. They really make sure that the drinks they serve are good quality and price!! Definitely recommend

I don't usually give five stars but this coffee shop with a back yard drive thru was fantastic today. The coffee was delicious. My friend visiting for a couple of weeks had the best iced coffee of her trip. My breve cap was the best I've had in a very long time. A fresh in season strawberry scone was amazing. Moist, fresh and not too sweet. All in all a pleasant surprise on our way to Snoqualmie for the day.

A pleasant place to pass the time with a coffee and snack. This small business is much better than most of the Starbuck's outlets in the area. The staff are pleasant and it's good to see this business thrive after the devastation of the Covid Plandemic.
