"This juice is spot is located in El Cajon in the same plaza as Popeyes chicken and $10 store. Great healthy breakfast or snack for me. The açaí build a bowl was deliciously I added mango, strawberry, granola plus almond butter only $7. The açaí was delicious so smooth and creamy. Excellent assortment of menu items teas, smoothies and açaí bowls. Great portion sizes. Reasonable price. Excellent customer service, the owner is awesome! Overall positive experience. Will positively return in the near future"
"Acai Carioca has set up a mobile stand in front of the California Dreams Hostel on Emerald St in PB just yards away from the waterfront. They have a simple menu in which you choose one of four serving sizes, a base, and then toppings. Tuesday was unlimited toppings day, yet the cashier didn't inform me about the offer. Brazilian cheese balls (pao de queijo) made of tapioca flour were also available for purchase. The cup sizes ranged from 12 oz to 32 oz with two to four toppings included. There were two base types... carioca (traditional acai berries blended with honey) and protein style. The latter cost an extra dollar because it was carioca plus a vanilla vegan protein powder. Nineteen different toppings were offered at an additional one dollar each.I picked a regular size carioca with strawberries and more honey. The natural sweetness from the premium acai was already high so the extra honey increased it even more. I think the 12 oz size would be sufficient for most customers because the 32 oz serving with four toppings at a price of $25 was steep. This was a very good quality product that exceeds the acai you get in a bowl at the chain shops."

"We have stopped by this stand many times over the years and the bowls are pretty good. Customer service is nice, not great. They are located in the busiest part of the market so I think that can effect the mood of the employees.I am giving 3 stars for the price of the Acai bowls. I know prices are high everywhere and I typically wont judge too much on price but these bowls are around $15 each. It is not worth the value and size of the food. They are good bowls but not for $15.The service is slow but that is not a deterring factor because I know the bowls are made to order. Overall, I may be back because they are the only Acai bowl in the place but I will look for other options."
"I needed a smoothie to revive me and give me some energy for the day, and it did just that! I ended up getting their Compassionate Cacao drink which tasted BOMB. I'm not going to lie the $13 I paid for this was a tad scary, but worth it. Also, the guy at front was nice and prompt. He did fill that smoothie cup fully, I just drank some before taking a photo. They have a beautiful outdoor area but I decided to take a walk to the park to enjoy this. This spot is just round the corner from my friends place, and I will come back when I see them again."
"This is great little drive thru and walk up coffee cottage with a single small table at the front. The young ladies running the shop make terrific coffee, as I learned from the 16 oz Cafe au Lait with 2% milk. The cafe au lait was very well made with just the right amount of hot milk added to the coffee to create a nice frothy and slightly creamy layer on top. The coffee they used was a medium Cafe Moto roast and was full bodied with very good robust finish. I great was to start my day indeed. They offer a variety of coffees here and also make Acai Bowls, teas, package granola and oatmeal products. Service is quick and served with a friendly smile. As I enjoyed my coffee at the single table they offer, the ladies struck up nice conversation. All their coffees are organic and part of fair trade."
"The drinks have never disappointed. Ambiance is chill. Service is good. This is by far the best Ding Tea shop I have tried. The San Marcos and Vista locations don't even come close to this one."
"Stopped here for a bowl and loved it! We had dinner reservations at an Italian place for dinner so we were looking for something light and fruit-forward for lunch. The staff (Magdalena) was super helpful and friendly. I got a combo of the three different kinds of sorbet as well as the house works in terms of toppings (fruits, granola, coconut and more). For about $17 (large size), the portion size was incredible! So much sorbet and fresh fruit that they had to put plastic wrap on top to hold everything in place -- pretty legendary in my book! I had to ask for an extra plate to catch the inevitable fruit landslide as soon as I unwrapped it! I liked how it wasn't overly sweet and the ingredients were ultra fresh too. Also got an antioxidant smoothie which was great -- lots of fresh berries, banana and açai, not too sweet either. 100% will be back next time I am in San Diego!!!"
"good ceremonial matcha, lots of seating but no bathroom, unfortunate!! I would come back to try the acai and coffee. lots of natural light and tucked away from the main street"
"Keep coming back. This time I got the mexi-mocha and it is sooo yummy. Also, best days to get pastries are Mondays and Tuesdays!"
"A hidden gem, almost speakeasy-esque! This little cart is located within the Nobel Executive Center, a non-descript office park near Nobel Drive and the 5 Freeway. It's near the back of the complex, and has a good amount of outdoor seating. I had the iced Americano and sweetened it. The espresso was made really well, which made this a great morning pick-me-up. The menu also has a number of non-coffee items as well, with pastries on display. The service was spectacular, with the staff making sure that we were happy with our drinks! Definitely try this place out, and don't let the location scare you"
"This place is aaaaaaamazing! Number 1. CUSTOMER SERVICE! We went there last night 5 mins before they closed and the guy that was there was so welcoming and polite, customer service is so underrated these days. It almost always makes things better! But the awesomeness didn't stop there. The flavors at this yogurt place are very on point and tasty! Place was very clean also! This is my go to yogurt place from now on!"

The place was cool. It has a really nice fruit mural. The açaí was good and a pretty good value at $8. It'll definitely be my snack/treat spot in the area.

Loved this new açaí shop, some of my favorite açaí base I've ever had and I love that you can add protein into the base as well! Lots of topping options and decent size portion!

I got the protein açaí and I'm not sure if there was any açaí... or if it was all chocolate. Wish there were more "normal" açaí options than the trendy bright blues and pinks. Wanted a solid açaí bowl and didn't get that. Way more chocolate than I was expecting on the protein açaí, so I paid for an extra 2 scoops of the regular acai base. It was fine.I'd say go get the empanadas and make a salad when you get home.

This is a spot you will make to frequent often. A MUST TRY!!

A couple years ago, I went on an Acai bowl rampage all throughout San Diego & tried about 40+ locations. This place is, hands down, the best! They use real Acai concentrate & do not add soy milk, apple juice, or whatever stuff that other cheap places use to water down their Acai bowls. In addition, I have been to Brazil & this place serves the most authentic close to the real thing!

I was in the area looking for proper Thai tea. I stopped at 2 different places. They both failed. I was able to find this Ding tea. A small detour from my trucking route, but worth it. Ding tea never fails. The only reason I don't go to some is because of prices differences and policies. Service here was great. Young lady was very happy and helpful. Fast too. The place is clean. I really like that. Good amount of parking. Price was about $6. But worth it because of the other two encounters I had at other local spots. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the good Thai tea.

I love açaí bowls and whenever I travel I always have to look up a place to grab a good one. We were in Point Loma area down in San Diego and found Northside. Wish I could pick this business up and move them down to Southern California. They have great açaí bowls and they don't skimp on the toppings. Lots of topping choices that you can get in your bowl but there are a few toppings you do have to pay extra for. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

The beef was tender and juicy, and most importantly very tasty. The order comes in sets of three. I've also had in the past: the shrimp tacos which were great and they do not hold back on the shrimp, the French Toast, the breakfast wrap, the chicken Caesar wrap, and chilaquiles. They were all very tasty and filling. Also, they offer a variety of agua frescas and smoothies.I always look forward to what new item they plan to add to the menu."
"A hidden gem along Paradise Valley Rd! The acai bowl here was delicious and affordable. Also ordered a mango smoothie, which was refreshing. The service was quick and friendly! There's ample of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating are available. Highly recommend Frutti Mas!"
"I love the sugar cane drinks here. Absolutely refreshing. I enjoy the Original Coco Sugarcane drink and the Pennyworth one. However, the drinks are not consistent in sweetness.Too bad they got rid of their durian ones. What bothers me though is that you can pay $1.00 for "less ice," but they literally just remove the amount of ice and don't fill it with more sugarcane juice. The drink never gets filled to the top and while some places do that to let the ice melt, paying $1 more for the removal of said ice alone without more sugarcane drink seems ridiculous."
"I love this coffee place! I make it a point to visit whenever I'm at the mall. The coffee is really good, the prices are very fair and every barista that has helped me is very friendly. And a bonus, the owner always remembers my order...dark chocolate toasted marshmallow mocha!! They also have a location at the Shoppes at Carlsbad, so give them a try."
"Ohana Nutrition...what can I say...business owner's Lisa and JJ are such FANTASTIC people! They are in the shop every day grinding out the yummy shakes and teas every day!! I love going to Ohana to grab an electrolyte filled refreshing tea before I head over to NXPT for my Zumba class! Come in a grab a pre-workout drink that doesn't make you shakey or feel crazy! Once you're done with your workout grab a yummy protein shake sure to fill you up! Ohana means Family and Lisa and JJ are sure to treat you as such! The shop is so chill, relaxing, such great vibes!!"
"LOVED this place and the bowl I got!! I was craving an acai bowl all weekend and was looking for the best spot to get one and boy did I stumble upon it. The workers are so sweet, helpful, and they totally went above and beyond. As expected of a woman owned business! You order inside and there's also a fridge with juices. Once you order, you wait outside for your delicious smoothies and bowls. They have dining table tops outside and some benches for you to sit on if those are taken. I ordered The Wave and I'll literally be dreaming of this until the next time I come back. It had a scoop of coconut, spirulina, and pitaya!! All my faves! The granola is housemade and the current seasonal toppings are plums. Perfect for yourself, if you're hungry, or to share with someone else! The honey drizzle made for a perfect bite, not overly sweet at all. Would give this place 10 stars if I could!"
"I have to update my review. This place has never let me down with their tortas and acai bowl! I'm reviewing and giving them a 5 star for the items above. Employees are nicer. Best acai bowls & tortas"
"Tasty juice! Good service. I recommend the undressed greens. The ginger shot was very spicey in a good way."
"I had ordered through Uber Eats for pick up. They had a buy one small poke, get one free! It was around $25 for everything, such a great deal! I had ordered the spicy salmon and salmon poke bowl with white rice and spring salad mix, topped it with crunchy onion (so addicting), edamame and cucumber, spicy Mayo and Hawaiian island dressing. My co worker had the same order as mine. I had ordered a dessert but they ran out of it and asked if I wanted something else in replacement. I said sure, I'm happy they solved the issue with replacing it with another item. The smallPortion was super packed and topped with goodies! Worth the money. They had a lot of smoothies and drinks to choose from. I have attached a menu. The restaurant was clean. They had a lot of seating inside and outside. I am definitely returning again."
"This is an ideal place to have around when you are guilt ridden. They have the largest menu of juices and licuados. I ordered this delicious pineapple carrot and orange juice combination that tasted so fresh and amazing. We also ordered an acai bowl topped with strawberry, banana, and acai that filled the craving even if it was not the most legit bowl. The prices are reasonable and the options feel limitless."
"Service was impeccable! Met one of the owners and she was super helpful. She went through the menu with me and gave me several options. There was Mexican music playing in the background and she said they allow their employees to make music choices, which I find is a great way to keep moral high. So excited they've expanded their choice options on their menu. They have coffee, ice cream and now tea! I ordered:Tiger milk tea Orange Passion Fruit Green Tea I really liked that I was able to adjust the sweetness on my drinks! Both were beautiful AND delicious! Very accommodating. Check these guys out!! You won't be disappointed."
"Choice is an oasis in the world of processed food. Cold pressed juice in glass bottles, which is better for our bodies as well as the planet, is a unicorn in the world of juice, and is the only way juice should be bottled if you're health conscious. Thanks for doing it right, Choice.I love everything they serve: from their juices to smoothies that can also be made into a bowl to their salads, that can also be made into a gluten free wrap. My favorite is their Mediterranean Salad which often sells out.Their aesthetic is modern and clean with their menu being easy to understand and their staff welcoming. If I were a juice bar, I'd wanna be Choice when I grow up!"
"I've been coming to Mango Mango regularly for breakfast before work, and it never disappoints. My usual go-to is the Breakfast Wrap paired with the Fat Burner Juice--both are fantastic and keep me energized throughout the morning. Today, I decided to try something different and ordered the Cilantro Lime Salad. It was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly satisfying. The service here is always smooth and easy, which is exactly what I need when I'm in a hurry in the morning. The place is consistently nice and clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere whether you're dining in or grabbing something to go.Their menu offers a great variety of sandwiches, bowls, and salads, making it a solid choice for any meal. Plus, parking is a breeze, which is always a bonus. I'd definitely recommend Mango Mango to anyone looking for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal."
"This is my favorite little Mexican fruit spot because it's affordable and clean, and the food is very delicious. My favorite is probably the Farmers Shrimp Salad because it has different kinds of lettuce, and the cheese is tasty. My Princess doesn't really like juice, but since we've been eating here, she likes it a lot. Thank you, Frutas, for always serving us delicious food and healthy drinks!!"
"This particular Cargo Cafe is located at the Centerside Building in Mission Valley. When you park in the guest parking lot, you get 1 hour free, which is more than enough time to grab and drink and bit here. I had a good cortado and a fantastic soyrizo breakfast empanada from a local vendor. The cortado was good with a rich coffee flavor and a good smoothness. It just was a little heavy on the foam, not common with a cortado. Like said, the empanada was great. The filling was quite delicious. They soyrizo was scrambled in with a very good amount of eggs, which made the empanada shine. The crust of the empanada was very good, too. It was crisp in the right places and had a good softness in the right places. The service was upbeat and friendly. They offer breakfast burritos, paninis, smoothies, and salads, too. Not to mention avocado toast and specialty seasonal beverages. There's a good amount of inside seating and a lot of outside seating. It is a very nice place."
"By far the best smoothies!!! Not your usual watered down smoothie, they are silky and thick.Smells and looks very clean, service is always great."
"We were looking for a place that had smoothies and found this one on Google. We both got smoothie bowls! Delicious and refreshing after spending the weekend eating heavy junk food. They do serve Mexican dishes too, which would be fun to come back and try!The staff was nice! I was tempted to test out my Spanish with them but didn't feel confident lol"
"Ok so I've decided their fruit cup is one of the most favorite things I've ever eaten. It's so good! It has big and little pieces of fruit, smoothies, ricotta, honey, nuts...it's a freakin party in a cup. I had to get it again. I tried their "diet juice" which was also one of the best juices I've ever had. Staff is nice! Very clean. Open late which is cool. I really hope this place makes it! Nice to have a healthy spot in santee...gotta try their smoothies and soft serve next!"
"Delicious smoothies, good breakfast, acai bowls are great but not very generous for the price. They use high-quality fruits. What I love about Citrina is the free kids breakfast with $20 purchase on weekends: choice of croissant breakfast sandwich, cheese quesadilla, or two pancakes. Mixed fruits and juice or milk are included. I bring my family of 5 here after church and we always leave happy."
"This place was quite the surprise! I kept hearing rumors how they had the best Italian Sandwich around & they did not disappointment. They packed the sandwich to the point it was overflowing with goodness. Everything tasted fresh and the house dressing was delicious. Definitely the best sandwich spot in Bird Rock, a hidden gem. The menu has so many more options, you might have a hard time deciding! One downside is that the seating is limited and outside but you can always get take out & have a nice little beach picnic."
"One of my most fav cafes (Right beside Lavande in BirdRock area of La Jolla) in San Diego. It's brand new healing cafe with a plethora of healthy vegan bites and delights. The highlight is all the non-alcoholic elixirs they serve with optional flower essences. Also the ceremonial cacao is something that I always love. The large Mural is outstanding work of art. Totally recommend a visit here as well as a serene shopping experience next door (Lavande)."
"This place rocks!!They are located in the clubhouse on the ground of the Balboa Tennis Club, with an easy to access counter window for quick service. They make an assortment of various breakfast, lunch and snack items, all fresh to order.I've had egg sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, smoothies, and they've all been great.Their prices are way too low, and I've told them to raise their sandwich prices by at least $1. Today I ordered their turkey sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread, which comes with avocado, tomato, cheese and spinach, and price is only $5!!! I asked for no cheese, and extra turkey, and they charged me $5.50. I told them it should be $7, and they need to raise their prices. So glad they're here, and I hope they make it to stay. I'll be back!!!"
