"I took my 5 year old daughter here after school. We loved it. Its close to many schools in the Village. You can tell when school gets out. There's a nice front corner table with a fun view. We sat with the owner and talked for a while. He's very nice and I can tell he loves this place. We loved everything. Sweet and savory crepes. They have some creative crepes. "This little coffee shop and cafe is recently underway and is located right next door the the Lion's Share, in downtown San Diego.I wanted a cortado, but they had not gotten that on the menu yet, but hopefully soon. Instead, I went for the pico Americano straight black for $4.50 plus tax. The Americano was quite good. It was very smooth and rich. Just a note, a pico is a small amount of coffee, about 3-4 ounces.This place is a to go only place, unless they add a few tables out in front, which I recommended if possible. They offer locally sourced baked goods, ice cream, and a variety of specialty lattes and cold pressed juices. It's a cool spot for some eats and beverages on the go. The service was very friendly."

As a Yelp Elite Reviewer the many times that I have had gelato it is one desert that you can taste the purity and the flavors of the desert for those that like to try the Ultimate French Desert this is the one. You may find places which have certain flavors where can you find the flavors of the European tastes and the purity is the best only at Mission Valley Mall. Absolutely love the new employees here!! They had just come under new management when I showed up in March2020 and it is my go to convenient and liquor store! I'm unfortunately leaving the San Diego area, but would recommend this store to EVERYBODY!! You'll always be greeted with a smile.

Dear Cravory, Per my request, I kindly ask for you to move locations. Why? Well, it's quite simple actually and probably not for the reasons that you'd expect. I- It's not a parking thing for me.- The prices are no issue for me and in fact, I love the Yelp check-in offer for a free cookie. Hell, in March I got a free seasonal cookie and a check-in offer cookie with my purchase of one cookied. Do the math, friends. That's three cookies for the price of one. - It's not that the coffee sucks. The coffee is wonderfully delicious. - It's not because you're just limited to cookies and coffee. The ice cream sandwiches made right before your eyes are terrific.- Are cookies bad for you? The sugar. The calories... I don't know, don't care. So my answer is "no, cookies are not bad for you" and therefore this is once again, a non-issue. So, after all of that, the answer is very much to the point. Cravory Cookies, you are much too close to my house and someone told me that I can't be eating cookies like yours multiple times a week. My friends and I are a bit addicted and if it's not me picking up a few, it's one of those monsters that I call "friends."I've learned in my 45 years on planet earth that you can't surface a problem without a solution, so here you go. There is a location for rent about 5 miles west, just out of my area of convenience, and a perfect spot for you to sling your too-damn-addictive-and-decadent treats to a whole new community of unsuspecting/future cookie rehab victims.Deal?

Our favorite neighborhood yogurt spot! I come here more often than I'd like to admit! I love the rotating yogurt flavors. I've tried the crepes, smoothies, shakes, and froyo of course. Everything is delish! Also love that they open until 10 pm. Perfect for after dinner!

Perfect hole in the wall froyo stop. They offer açaí bowls, smoothies, milkshakes, and a variety of frozen yogurt flavors, toppings, and sauces to drizzle. There is always parking available. The service is awesome, everyone is so sweet and friendly and readily available to serve you. We came in for some froyo and an almond milk smoothie and it was delicious! So underrated and definitely will be back anytime I'm in the area!!

Personable, patient & polished, JACOB, cashier assisted me with BDAY Reward: $5.00 off my purchase--So many flavors to choose, decided on plain tart, choc cookie, mango tart & a smidgen of mint. Cute little gelato shop inside the Hotel Del. It was convenient and nice to have a cold treat after walking along the beach. Small selection of gelatos and a little pricey. I got the banana gelato to try something different. The popsicles were good but also a little pricey at $8 each.

No line tonight so walked right in. There are times I see 5-6 outside waiting. Wife wanted their pallets so off we went. She had Horchata popsicle dipped in chocolate. It was very good. I had the cucumber and pineapple popsicle with tajin and chamoy. It was refreshing and would be so more on a hot afternoon. Could have done without the tajin. Will definitely return to try paletas with milk and dipped in chocolate.

I tried their mango sticky rice and it was refreshing and true to the traditional flavors of the Thai dessert.The little shop is hidden from the main streets though. It's in a little area with other restaurants and there's an open seating area. They had plenty of tables and benches available. Cute little pit-stop area."

Now I can just drive to Carlsbad as a McConnell's has opened there.Mango sorbet was icy cold and had a distinctive mango flavor. Not super sweet like with fully ripe mangos. Pretty good flavor.Gingerbread House ice cream had a ton of ginger flavor from the gingerbread cookies mixed in. Was like eating ginger snaps but in ice cream form.Mint Chip was cold and creamy with a refreshing sweet mint flavor.Golden State Vanilla was rich and creamy. Loved the Madagascar vanilla flavor.Vanilla bean was rich and creamy. Loved the vanilla bean flavor. One of my favorite vanilla ice creams.Cashier was nice and efficient. It was a lovely drive up the coast to Santa Barbara but I prefer the shorter drive up the coast to Carlsbad next time I want some McConnell's ice cream. I have tried the pints at the supermarket but it's 50/50 whether you get a pint with crystallized ice cream or not."

"I actually really like this place. Good prices, the guy that is normally there is very nice. As well as the owner. The only issue I would say I have is the guy that is normally there by himself doing everything; handling money. And working in the back. He never wears gloves and I don't see a visible hand washing station and so I question how often hand hygiene is probable?. Since everything is done in the back you can't really know what he touches. There's a small window but it only shows the person in the back from the shoulders up. So I think the guy should wear gloves and after he touches money or the register needs to wash his hands or change gloves if he's wearing any. You don't know as well if someone may have an allergy to something. Last thing you'd want is for someone to be sick."

I was not sure if I was going to take my order to go or eat there, but because of how hot it was inside I decided to take it home. The other downside to this location is the parking. I know that's out of their control, but just be aware your car might get dented or scratched while you're parked outside due to lots of drivers parking crooked and over their line."

The matcha had a good flavor and the brûlée sugar crystals offered a fun bite. I believe it was topped with cheese foam. My husband got cheese foam too and it wasn't our favorite. It was rather bitter and very very thick which made it hard to drink at the end when you're trying to get all the boba through the straw! The menu was large which was exciting. It's generally a cute place to catch up with friends and service was friendly. The place needed to be temp controlled though because the day we came it was soooo hot inside with the only door closed too. I'd definitely be back if I were to dine at the nearby restaurants."

The three of us ordered orange sherbert, graham central station, and horchata (for me). The service from the lady was really nice and helpful. The texture of the ice cream was thick and stretchy. My horchata was good but a little too flavorful eventually. Since they fold in cinnamon, it got overwhelming. Still finished it though. Had a bite of the orange sherbert and the graham central station and both were packed with flavor, kinda wish I got that instead. Many flavors to choose from and serves big scoops."

"If you're in the OB area and looking for yogurt, just go here. There's another Yogurt place in OB itself ( Yogurt Farm ) which I recommend to avoid at all costs. When I'm in OB I make the brief trek up here for yogurt then head back down to the beach. This place is clean, organized, and the staff seems to be friendly and actually LIKE their customers. I'd come here for just 2 out of 3 on that list, but they nail all three. They won me over as a customer for life. The price is based on weight and seems fair every time, no arguments from me on that one. Sometimes they've had color changing spoons which was kind of a neat novelty, but not a requirement. But it's a hot day, it's a Friday and everyone's at work, there were only 3 people at the shop, already parked... it was worth a stop in.STRAWBERRY SHACK SHAKE ($7) - vanilla custard blended with strawberries topped with homemade whipped cream. The cup was drizzled with chocolate. I was expecting a little more "uhmph" of strawberry flavor as this tasted like drinking a strawberry cheese cake. You can taste the salt in it too. I liked it but nothing to rush back to. And if I come here again I'd probably try something else.. just to try something else. My preference in a strawberry shake is creamy and strawberry (no salty). RECOMMEND"
