It also came with Taziki and pita. The gyro was very flavorful. The pita was soft. The veggies had a nice char and flavorful as well. Service was friendly and the employee was very kind and patient with my questions. There are tables outside and seats along the wall inside for dine in. The food was tasty. However, I would have liked to see more side options that were not an additional cost added on. Even though I ordered half and half of two sides, I still got charged the full price for them. Had I known that would be the case, I would have ordered them as full sides. Portion size was okay, I would have liked the small size sides to be bigger. Overall, the food was tasty and I will certainly be back to try other items and sides."

"My buddy and I finished cycling 50 miles along the coast and were looking for a good place to eat after. We took the fist exit going east on the 56 and pulled into the shopping complex on the left. There were plenty of options, we discussed and picked this place. I have to admit, I was very glad we did. We walked in and was greeted by a sweet young lady name Jackie. She was extremely friendly and helpful giving many suggestions on food options. She recommended the salmon with the spicy seasoning. I took her recommendation and ordered the salmon plate with herbal rice. Since I got two skewers with the plate, I asked for lamb. She added the spicy seasoning to the lamb for me which was a very good idea. The food was amazing. I don't know how else to describe it. Fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. The rice was tasty, the cucumber & tomato salad was amazing as well as the roasted tomato on the side. It was the perfect post ride lunch. I definitely recommend going here!! I'll absolutely be back again"

"Located in the diverse Grossmont Mall food court, serving up a surprisingly beastly amount of fries and gyro meat.We placed our order at the front before receiving a pager. Food took around 15 minutes despite not having a line. For the order of fries, hot sauce can be placed on top or kept on the side in which we opted for the latter. =GYRO FRIES=Portion size was impressive and could be easily shared between two people. The crinkle cut fries were golden, hot and crispy. The gyro meat was cut into chunks opposed to the classic shavings. Loved the ratio of fries to meat as there was enough meat with every bite. Creamy tzatziki sauce and cheese coated the top. Since the meat was salty and greasy, the sauce came in with the herbs and cooling yogurt. Although this was one of their more expensive dishes, I thought the quality was above average for a food court meal. While the fries were simplistic, the portion size and taste were comparable to some Greek restaurants if not better. Service was a bit slow and basic but the food spoke for itself. If you need a break from all the shopping, Greek Gyros isn't a bad pitstop."
