The Liège waffle was very good. it was crispy and had good texture to it, and not to mention subtle sweetness about it. It has great color too. Customer service was friendly enough. I did think, however, that it could have been friendlier. This blue bottle offers inside and outside seating and is located at Westfield UTC Mall."

I an happy to say, it has the same owners, and more importantly, the same quality food and specialty cocktails. During my last two visits here, our server was WHITTNEY! She provides EXCELLENT service from the moment you walk in the door throughout your dining experience. The food, vibe, decor is well thought out and planned. Enjoy, steak, seafood, pasta, chicken or vegetarian meals. You will feel like a VIP!! It is IMPORTANT to mention, this restaurant is in the same building as the Belly Up Tavern and concert venue. The kitchen is toward the front and center and serves customers in the restaurant, patio, main concert floor and upstairs loft. On concert nights, it is extremely busy, seating is limited and reservations are a must (Open Table app). Customers receive PREFERENTIAL service so you can have your dinner AND gain EARLY access to the concert through a special door in the back. Show your dinner receipt to the security guard. If you don't eat in the restaurant, you must wait on the sidewalk for the doors to open at 7PM. What are you waiting for, adventures await you! Check the website, buy concert tickets, make dinner reservations and hit me up, I want to go back! You know the drill, don't forget to tell 'em Rosemary sent ya!"

Great daily specials including hot dishes, salads and grilled sandwich and burger options. this place does not get that crowded like Sorrento food court with the Qualcomm crowd which is a plus. I usually go the food truck route for convenience but this place is close to the office and actually cheaper than the food truck options in a lot of cases. I've been here twice last week since i was i was told about the place and I can see myself being a regular here. I haven't had the chance to try their Stumptown coffee but I'm sure I will. I got the orange blossom latte which was really nice (maybe a touch too syrupy for me at first but once the ice melted a little bit and I stirred it more it was delicious!) We also shared a black sesame strawberry cake, which was perfectly umami and lightly sweet! Loved it! Best dessert we've had in SD. Great aesthetics!! Everything was made out of clay and the cups were super cute. I would highly recommend you taking some time in the cafe rather than taking your items to-go. Also, loved the music they played! It seems like lots of people come here to work, as there are readily available plugs. Now to the service, it wasn't superb but keep in mind they seem understaffed with only two workers when I went, so it's understandable that things moved pretty slowly. They still greeted us warmly and helped us when we needed it! Please have some patience when trying out this spot! Highly recommend as a stop on your to-do list in the area!!"

We ordered the Croissant Breakfast Sandwich, Berries & Cream Waffles, and the Açaí Hemp Bowl. All three were perfect. Kristian, the cashier that took our order, guided us in the right direction. This was our first time visiting, so we asked her for recommendations. Everything was delicious. Everyone there was very kind and helpful. And the cafe itself was very inviting. Plenty of seating. And the dog treats were a great touch. Our Golden Retriever was very happy as well. When in Del Mar, Stratford Court Cafe is a must."

Something about the combination of flavors was just perfect. You could really tell that the ingredients were high quality and cooked nicely. They serve breakfast and coffee, and early lunch, and dinner later after 5 PM.I came in for breakfast and had a breakfast burrito with ham, eggs, and some Pepper Jack Cheese that was in there somewhere. The breakfast burrito was okay. It could of been much better if they would not put more ham into it, or at the very least, chop it up and scramble it in with the eggs. There was just to much egg up front. Also, cheese was used quite sparingly. I could not even see it nor taste it. It should be melted through the burrito and visible to the naked eye. The flour tortilla needed to be warmed up better. I would recommend that they place it on the griddle to form a little crust on it. The fruit garnish was nice, and the drip coffee was good.Service was friendly, and if you are staying at the hotel, you receive a discount."

It looked silky buttermilky cream.I ate it once I got to work. Indeed, it is on the creamy side, and also sweeter than cheese danishes typically are. It was good! Not heavy at all. 2/5 Dark roast coffee - you take it yourself from a pump. The coffee comes black and you can sweeten it yourself if you so choose. Emmett T. "This new East Village location of Blackmarket Bakery is much larger than the original shop in University Heights/North Park. The curbside parking (some metered) was also easier, however be wary of the transients that hang out in this area. There was a live band playing on the adjacent patio during the grand opening weekend last month when I visited near closing time. It was quite festive, and most of the indoor and outdoor seating was occupied. The menu board was dominated by breakfast and lunch sandwiches with descriptions. The beverages, pastries, and sweets were listed by name only. Plenty of baked goods were on display at the service counter. Also on display in the middle of the room at several tables forming an island were merchandise and prepackaged dried goods. I chose one savory and one sweet item for my to-go order. The Phoenix was the lunch sandwich of choice. The combination was made up of turkey, pepper jack cheese, avocado, roma tomatoes, arugula, and red pepper mayo on toasted Dutch crunch. I love that type of chewy, crunchy bread and normally choose it when available. Unfortunately, the kitchen had run out of supply. They made the sandwich using white bread which made it look rather plain. The sweet treat was a creme brulee which was served on a cardboard disc with a tab that made it easy to lift from inside the takeout box. I had no issues with the creamy tart at all. The service was a tad slow in preparing my order. The staff working the counter was very pleasant though. The neighborhood can be really gritty on some nearby streets, but I am happy to see the owners take a risk to open where such a business is needed."

There is a variety of pastries, cakes, macaroons, croissants, breads, cookies, and coffee/tea options to choose from. It's like a pastry buffet and kinda like an 85 degrees with a twist. You walk in, grab a tray, walk down the aisle, and select what you wanna get. The name/type of pastry is labeled, along with the ingredients and the price. This is helpful and allows you to pick and choose what your like. I love the pastries filled with Bavarian cream, the almond croissants are good, and the pumpkin pastry was my favorite. The cold brew with foam is delicious and cheaper than Starbucks, and the lattes were really good. The prices are about average and reasonable. There is limited close parking, but it's located in a shopping center. If you can't find parking in front there is plenty of parking near by. There is 1 table located outside and a few places to sit inside. Not a lot of seating, but I've always taken my pastries to go. The service has been good, and the place is kept clean. They had a simple menu consisting of sundaes, drinks and rice flour desserts. The coconut pancakes were premade and packaged. Each order was made quickly, I barely sat down when they called my number. =ORDERED=*Coconut Sundae: came with three scoops of ice cream and 1 topping. I liked how each order could be topped with milk so it was creamier. The amount of mango that came with my order was a bit underwhelming so I won't get that again. However the sweet sticky rice was the perfect glutinous texture. The coconut was sweet and soft. *Ice Cream Scoop: their coconut ice cream was absolutely divine. Such pure, intense flavor. It wasn't as creamy as the scoops in the sundae but it's a great option when you don't want too many scoops. *Coconut Pancake: chewy texture with slightly crispy coconut flakes. Not too sweet and they tasted better when I air fried them at home. The spot was clean and decked out for a tropical setting. The sundae was a tasty shareable and this will be a go to dessert stop when I'm in the area."

However the campers have been taking place of this coffee shop more and more. I like it because it is so spacious, like the products they sell, the service is always friendly but please, message to Giorgio the manager...do not allow people putting their feet on the chaia and seating spaces. This is outrageous, disrespectful for customers that actually consume and want to enjoy the atmosphere. This should not be a public library with entitled people putting on the shoes where people sit. I am in shock that this is allowed. I told a server but poor thing she is very sweet and probably scared of confronting these these people who I am pretty sure would not do the same at their homes. The girls in the pic are just a sample...at least thanks for adding the sign in the big table to make it reserved for actual customers (I was able to eat my croissant in peace). "It's unfortunate Bella Vista doesn't validate parking (the huge lot in front of it is controlled by UCSD) - not so much due to cost, but because apparently I am not particularly bright and cannot for the life of me figure out how the pay machines work so must resort to trying to find an empty space on the super packed street (FYI lunch companions, this is why I'm always late)! That said, this is a super chill spot for hanging out, especially when the weather is warm and/or there's live music on the patio. Service is casual and can be spotty, but the food is pretty tasty for an office park resto - I recommend the gnocchi with your choice of protein and sauce.
