ZERO& Westfield Valley Fair

Amazing!!! I love how they have a no added sugar option so that the sugar doesn't cover up the great tasting natural ingredients. I got a coconut drink here and it had all of the good stuff: coconut milk, coconut meat and coconut pudding. The drink came out very quickly and was well prepared without excessive ice fragments in the drink. I would look to come back ASAP to try their black sesame drink given how good the coconut one was! A very welcome addition to Westfield Valley Fair :)

Really bad experience from this store. I usually go to the Cupertino one which tastes 100 times better. I ordered the Osmanthus oolong tea no ice no sugar with boba. First time they made one with ice. I told them to remove the ice and they remade it with sugar in it. The boba is not sweetened with black sugar. It is plain and tasteless. There is no label no coupon sticker on the cup as well. Really disappointed!

Staff and drinks are both sweet, though I wish this location didn't run out of taro so fast. Croissants especially Hanabi pastries are great and tasty, and pairs well albeit sweet with the drinks. Favorite drinks are:Caffeine w/ Texture: Matcha TornadoGeneral Taste: UbeRefreshing: Coconut Zero

Ordered via the app and it was a super easy and quick process. We ordered a ube taro milk tea and peach oolong milk tea. Drinks were ready soon after ordering and pick up was self explanatory. Peach Oolong tasted good but the ube taro was a bit powdery.

Was in the area with my son and saw there was a zero in the mall. We ordered our drinks at the kiosk. And they were out of the coconut zero. So my son had the Thai me up and I had the matcha tornado. It was a bit of a wait but nonetheless, our orders were correct. And just like the other flavors we've tried, the drinks were yummy as expected. Tho seriously I've been wanting to try a coconut zero.Tho not much interaction with the staff, the drinks were made to order and satisfyingly good.

Wanted to get a bubble tea while shopping at Valley Fair. There are many options at the mall but decided to get a drink here. The line went by pretty quickly and we got our order fast. I got the Thai tea and it's fairly standard. I would def try other boba places next time!

* Visited on Tuesday, Sept 17th 2024 Was walking and shopping around Valley Fair when my group wanted to stop by for boba. ZERO& is located in a little corner of the mall, right across the Capital One Cafe. First impression, the shop was very modern looking- sleek and bright. There was only one staff member working there when the three of us arrived. We had ordered our drinks off their kiosk, though they didn't seem to have some of the items on their large menu display. I unfortunately picked a drink that was not available, but was able to pick another drink :) OKAY THE DRINKS: We waited for about 8 minutes for all three drinks, which was pretty decent considering there was only 1 staff member working at the time. * Orange Zest Jasmine Tea with crystal boba & lychee jelly (9/10)* Watermelon Frosty w/no sea salt cheese foam (10/10) Both drinks were pretty tasty, and quite refreshing. I like their concept here, and plan on trying more of their items in the future, however there wasn't anything about this boba shop that made me feel the need to come back ASAP.

Definitely a different take on boba. More refreshing and interesting ingredients. I recommend trying at least once. Tried one of their top drinks (grapeful). It was refreshing and interesting. The strawberry marble tasted like fresh strawberry smoothie. I ordered through the kiosk there and waited for our number to be called. Pretty simple.

Solid food and drinks!I came here several times and it's always been a pretty good experience.I recently got the coconut jelly which I was so surprise by how creamy and delicious it was! It tasted exactly like the inside of a coconut but without the hard bits of the shell! 10/10 would recommend.Staff were super friendly and order was easy to pick up. There's no seating at the location so you would order your boba and food to go.

Not exactly my cup of tea, but I can see it being a hit for the younger crowd.Not going to lie, it tastes good, but it has a very artificial color to it.Pearls / Boba was inconsistent. Some were uncooked and almost rock hard.Service was friendly and fast!
