I wanted to try this place because I saw that they advertise zero sugar sweeteners and whole fruits in their beverages. The interior is clean and pretty cute, but small. You order on a kiosk at the front and pickup at the counter.I wanted to try their mango drink or the coconut one but they were both sold out, so I tried the taro one with zero sugar sweetener! It was really good - it didn't taste artificial (I also didn't get that much sweetener so that probably helped) and you can tell that they use fresh ingredients. I liked the textural element of the fresh taro as well. It's pretty expensive for boba but this place does seem to specialize in blended, dessert-y, more elaborate drinks so I'm not mad at the price. I'd recommend checking this place out, especially if you have dietary restrictions or preferences around sugar content!

Had a BOGO offer so stopped by hoping to pick up a coconut mango drink, but it doesn't seem to be in the menu anymore.Tried the lychee peach drink and the strawberry marble drink.- Lychee peach was OK -- lychee flavor was more forward, which makes sense given the name, but I think I'd prefer a drink with just peach instead. Or, if the drink had lychee jelly, I could imagine enjoying that better.- Strawberry marble was better than expected -- not too sweet and liked that it had a strong strawberry flavor without it being too sweet. Also liked that there were some strawberry bits in it.

Got the Two Grapeful and the Coconut drink this time!My thoughts: The grape drink was too sweet for me, but it had the perfect flavors for a grape lover. The jelly and the foam complemented each other perfectly.I can tell why the coconut drink is the best seller! Not only is it cheap for one whole coconut within the drink, it was airy, light and refreshing, loved the smoothie texture. Only thing I would change is adding the scratch off coupons on the drinks because there was none this time.

Solid place for a drink! I really enjoyed most of the drinks I got here. They do have loyalty points, so you can get deals pretty often too. The only thing is, I keep forgetting to do the scratcher from the cup, so I missed out on getting more points. There is minimal interaction with the staff here. You order via kiosk on the side, and they will call your name/ number once it's ready. If I remember correctly, there is only one table inside (right by the pickup), so you can't really sit and chill there with friends.

Ube taro (5/5) - Strong ube and taro flavours- I believe there's some fresh taro bits in. You can feel the texture in the drink- If you want something 'not too sweet', get it with 'no sugar'. It's already sweet enough - Super pretty to look at!- Would be great with boba added- I would love if there were more taro chunks added

I have gone to ZERO& several times now as my bf absolutely loves this place. It's not really my favorite place for actual boba, but I'll still try out a new drink every now and then whenever my bf has a deal or enough points for a discount.DRINKS. Coconut Zero - This is my favorite drink, but honestly, it's the ONLY drink I will willingly go out of my way to get again of the ones I've tried. I can see why it's the top drink. It's basically a coconut water slushy which is just so refreshing on a hot day. You'll need to drink it right away because it's not as good once the ice melts. Sometimes they'll give it to you in an actual coconut for the aesthetic but sometimes they don't. Since they use real coconuts and it's also a popular drink, it's not uncommon for it to be sold out.Coco Mango - The second top drink at 0&, but I really don't like this. This was the first drink I got at 0&. I couldn't taste the coconut. The mango was just very overpowering. I would say it's like a smoothie form of mango nectar, so I can see why people would like it but don't advertise it as COCO mango then.Pink Guava Oasis - My bf got this drink so I shared it with him. It's good, but it's basically a guava nectar smoothie. Just go out and buy guava nectar at a local grocery store, put it in a blender with ice, and BAM you got this drink. No need to spend over $6 on this one drink. Two Grapeful - *Disclaimer: I am not the biggest fan of grape juice* With that said, my bf absolutely loves grapes, and this is his favorite drink out of every boba shop we've been to...hence why he keeps dragging me back to 0& LOL. If you like grape juice, then go for it.Matcha Tornado - This is a good drink. I wish the oreos blended well throughout the drink so it's not just matcha WITH oreo bits. It's still yummy though. I don't think it's special enough to be my first option but if coconut zero is sold out, this would be one of my second options.Lychee Lover - I believe this is a seasonal drink. I love lychee, but I don't think they execute this drink well. It seems like they're going for a lychee slush/smoothie, but the lychee wasn't blended well in the drink we got. The first sip was absolutely delicious, but the more we drank, the more faded the lychee flavor got until we were just slurping up ice water. A pass for me.BOBA. I got their matcha boba once, and it was HARD. It was "overnight refrigerator" hard. I didn't even taste any matcha. It was just green boba. It was very disappointing so I've never bothered to get their regular boba here.SIZES.It's pretty annoying that there is only one size per drink, either a 16 oz or 24 oz. You can't change it which is a bummer. LIDS. I have to point out the weird lids which has a thicker material than your normal plastic seal. There's a little flap where you can peel back the lid and then put your straw in. Though I have seen people that have poked their straw in normally, I refuse to do that after my first time going here. I attempted to poke the lid with the straw, and it didn't go through. I attempted for a second time and BOOM! The lid opened up and my drink splattered all over me. I wonder how many spillage incidents there have been because my bf went with some friends and he said the same thing happened to one of the girls in the group.0& is place with good/ok drinks, but it's not a place for your typical classic boba. The only reason why I even still go is because 1, my bf loves it, and 2, there are scratch off codes on every cup which gives you some kind of discount like BOGO or 50% off. Otherwise, I wouldn't have returned after my first visit, which also happened to be free if you download the app. I couldn't justify paying the full $6 for a drink that I can honestly make the same taste at home with some juice, ice, and a blender. They do use whole fruit though so I can appreciate that. I'm still working my way through the menu so hopefully I find something that will wow me enough.

For something with zero in its name, it's unfortunate that for around 1-2 weeks now, don't have any sugar free options :(

Easy ordering system, fast and staff were welcoming. You can either order on their machine or at the register. Small location in Cupertino. I ordered the coco mango and peach oolong tea, great taste, not too sweet! Perfect for the hot weather!
