As soon as we walked in, I knew it was the right choice to celebrate a birthday on a Monday afternoon. Everyone here was all smiles. The bartender was outstanding! Give her a raise lol. My loaded potato was loaded, ha! I enjoyed every bite I took of bacon, cheese, and sour cream. It was delicious. There were two other people at the bar and we got the party started and sang happy birthday. I love the happy vibes we got from everyone here. In addition to our wonderful meal and service, they brought us a special birthday dessert. How awesome are they?! They also have a live DJ every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:30-9:30 PM.

I had a retirement event at Willard Hicks and everything was planned and executed perfectly. I worked with Daniel from the restaurant to chose a subset of menu items and they crafted a custom menu for our party. Communication was excellent throughout the planning process. The space was gorgeous. They had sectioned off a portion of the restaurant and set up the tables to be conducive to our event. They also allowed us to bring our own decorations.Food and service were excellent especially for such a large group (35 people). The cornbread is ourstanding as were the entrees. Do not miss the butter cake for dessert.. sounds blah but boy is it amazing. Quanity of food is over the top. Everything tasted so good it was hard not to over eat! The food and staff are top notch here. Highly recommend.

Came in to catch the Monday night football game and sat at the bar and was able to secure a seat. Fair warning and I'm being critical here, the TVs are a little high when sitting at the bar, but it's the only place they can put them so that's not on them. Perhaps sit at the bigger table in the back so you don't get a kink neck :).Ordered the bone-in ribeye which was fantastic and good perfectly! I did add the peppercorn sauce which was okay, would probably give it a pass as the meat is good on its own with just salt. Service was a tad slow as it was fairly busy, but being at the bar and limited seats would still expect a little faster.

Always great steaks.Reserved a table for 5 people, and we're welcomed in and seated quickly.Waiter had water on the table in 3 mins, so fast and efficient.They had a DJ spinning some tracks during our time there, not too loud just enough to add ambiance. And the steaks... always great here, can't go wrong as far as steaks go!

The service was slow slow slow (and the restaurant didn't even have 10 people seated) The cornbread was DELICIOUS The fries were DELICIOUS The tacos were Delicious The sale was old and we sent it back The drinks the good The Beat thing of all was the rib eye flatbread pizza Servers were nice but no clue why the food took forever to come out We were there during happy hour the day before Thanksgiving and as I stayed there were not even 10 people in the restaurant ; including the 3 in my party It's a beautiful restaurant, great vibe, live DJI'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area 5 stars for the bartender 4 for our server 4 for the food

We typically don't come here for food but for drinks. They now offer alcohol free spirits which is a huge addition for us in Morgan Hill. I hope WH and more businesses continue to bring zero proof spirits to Morgan Hill!

My wife and I had brunch here and sat at the bar. Great bartender! Attentive and social. And great food recommendations. I had the mambo salad - so delicious. Ample portion of tender juicy steak which I enjoyed with a cold beer. My wife had a frittata which she thoroughly enjoyed paired with an espresso martini. We definitely want to go back for dinner. The steakhouse vibes are elevated but not pretentious in a great downtown setting.

Stumbled across Willard Hicks and it has an amazing ambiance inside that is very much so on the classy side. They have a large wine and cocktail list.I got the French onion soup and the Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs. The soup was great as I usually don't like French Onion Soup but decided to give it a shot since there's no other soup options. Our Drinks came relatively fast as the bartender happened to be our waiter.The ribs came out shortly after however they only brought me a half rack at first and I had to ask if it was the full rack portion. The server then went to the back and brought out the rest of my ribs.Overall a pretty solid experience.

We came here for my dad's birthday on a Tuesday night. There were maybe 10 other people dining and some people at the bar. For a relatively slow night, our service was horrible. We ordered drinks, appetizers, soup/salad, and mains. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks. We had to ask for our water to be refilled. We had to ask to have our plates cleared as they piled up between courses. We had to ask for new utensils after ours were taken between courses and not replaced. The waiter was nice but acted like nothing was wrong with the situation. We ordered the cheese and charcuterie board, crab cakes, and coconut shrimp to start. The cheese and charcuterie board was generous for the price. Lemon drop cocktails were made well. The next course we had wedge salads and French onion soup. The salads were a little odd with the bacon and corn and peppers not cut up. The corn was on the cobb. Odd presentation for a wedge salad. The French onion soup was salty and super reduced down and a thick texture. We had the swordfish, scallops and risotto, bone in ribeye, peppercorn New York, the blackberry filet and sides of mushrooms and loaded baked potato. The mains were good, no complaints. They were out of half of the desserts and did not have a candle for my dad's day icecream.Overall this dining experience left much to be desired and not worth the $650 tab. If you come for anything, the appetizers and cocktails were the highlights but leave little expectation for service.

Great food and awesome service!!! Very attentive. Everyone friendly and professional. Didn't have to wait for the food since timing was perfect. Place was inviting and clean Suggestion on wine food pairing was spot on and added to overall wonderful experience. Definitely would go back!!
