Waffle Amore

Went to a wedding vow renewal yesterday where Waffle Amore was serving AMAZING waffles! I'd never heard of this before!I had the most DELICIOUS chicken waffles and lemon raspberry waffles! The waffles tasted a bit like sourdough. They were probably a gazillion calories but so worth it! Great tasting, and oh SO crispy and yummy! Not greasy at all.

Had the crispy chicken sandwich here at the food truck pop up next to Safeway on Hamilton Ave. Fantastic! Great crunch to the fried chicken. Good thickness and size. Super moist. The spicy creamy aioli sauce it comes with has a bit of heat that adds to the depth and flavor. I'm usually not a fan of pickles but the pickle is needed for this! Very nice folks. Reached out to me how they could make my experience more enjoyable. And even found me to make sure I got a Safeway coupon! Waffle Amore was that are Foster City Summer days festival. My son and I decided to order some thing from there, and my son, who is six years old, is a huge fan of chicken and waffles, so I wasn't sure what his judgment would be. He told me the chicken was so good, and some of the best waffles he's ever had. He even really liked the syrup drizzle that was on it. I had the fried chicken sandwich which was exceptional, so it was only right for me to go back up to the truck and let them know how great the food was and our feedback regarding service as well. I met Judie who is the owner of the truck and she was so friendly and we talked about the service of people and talking and promoting your business. There were so many other trucks and the people selling we're not engaging with customers at all so I highly applaud waffle amor for doing what they do, and making great food. I highly recommend you to give this truck a try. They even have three dessert options -

This food truck was at a career fair event and I got the Philly cheesesteak hoagie sandwich with waffle fries and the chicken & waffle with Mac and cheese. The steak was packing with flavor. The waffle paired so well with the chicken! Great portions too.

This food truck was at our weekly food truck event and Honestly THE best waffles I have ever had !!!!I ordered the woman's best friend and yep and they didn't even make it back to my apartment I ate 3/4 on the walk back. I also ordered chili cheese loaded tots and it was freaking delicious! We also ordered their fried chicken sandwich it was amazing as well ! we were very happy with the food. hands down best food I have had in a long time. great service. food was not greasy even though they fried it!

Literally tongue-tied!!! My love for waffles has tripled after eating these!!!totally legit and what a wonderful warm person Judy is!! I have been dying to eat out of a food truck after my recent visit to Portland and have been running after this specific one for a very long time!! These guys have a packed schedule (I totally get it) and travel to different places everyday so if you want to catch em,go onto their website and visit their calendar page,they have a schedule you can see and make plans accordingly!! My sincere advice would be don't go alone! Take your gang with you! Also if you have dogs even better,they make some amazing dog friendly waffles!! isn't she just amazing!!!We ordered the woman's best friend, bananas foster waffles (this one's with a salted rum sauce non alcoholic God knows how she made it) and a ice cream wafflewich all delicious,crispy,light,buttery, airy, fresh, homemade and filled with love.that whipped cream is a star so light and fresh!!I was impressed to see so much love, care and passion in her!!she also gave me the special for the day butter pecan ice cream to try!! IAM definitely going to follow her you should too!!!

It was a real treat to have this food truck outside of the apartment complex near me! I think they were only offering a selection of their regular menu for dinner on this occasion since I didn't see the philly or pesto waffle available. I was feeling dessert for dinner so I ordered the bananas foster waffle. I saw a fresh banana being sliced on to my waffle and received it in no time. The waffle is a rectangular waffle that honestly reminded me more of a funnel cake than a waffle. The waffle itself is a little bit sweet and the real dessert essence comes through the caramel sauce on the whipped cream. It was tasty but not exactly what I expected in terms of a waffle. I'd love to try one of their savory options next time!

The lemon curd waffle left me speechless.Waffles are light and airy! The perfect balance for a sweet breakfast treat! Their not heavy so you won't be bogged down by a food coma unless you eat more than three. I had three and was fine so just a wild guess Loved Judy's hospitality and hope to see my company hire them for on sight catering again

This was one of the food trucks at my son's school international fair, and the only one he would consider getting food from. There was a tater tots dish that comes with bacon and cheese that sounded really good, and as much as I suggested we get that one, he ended up choosing the waffle with strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream, which he loved.He got hungry again after playing for a while so we ended up going back (and for the record, the dish I'd been hoping to try was no longer available - apparently I wasn't the only who thought it sounded good), and got the "woman's best friend." The woman who took our order, Judy, assured me that it was named by a man and we both had a good laugh about that. And, of course, my son and I enjoyed our second waffle dish.And just a side note - I had a big bill I was trying to break, but she didn't have enough change when we went the first time, but she told me she'd have enough later in the evening. When we went back, she offered to break it, even before I ordered anything, so she would've done it either way, which was cool of her. Hopefully their truck will be at future events for my son's school.

I got the woman's best friend and it'ss pretty fire. The only thing, the waffle could have been a little bigger. Other than that, super good.
