Dinning in at Veg N Chaat Cuisine was an excellent experience. Sandeep helped give us a wonderful time and even replaced one of our items when we made a mistake of ordering it (we are vegan). It is a quaint place in a quiet location that gives the restaurant a calm, relaxing feeling!

Our lead server, Sandeep, and the other servers and staff took good care of us and efficiently helped accommodate our requirements for the party.Manish

Hands down my favorite Indian vegeterian restaurant to eat at in Fremont. Love the ambiance. Its a white table-cloth establishment which is pretty rare these days. All the Staff are always so polite and friendly too. There are two women wait staff in particular, that are very sweet. Over the summer I had food catered for an event in my home. They did an amazing job with two live cooking stations, as well as other food. My guest were wowed by the cooking on site and most importantly the taste of the food. The staff were again, very polite and helpful.Dining in house, food tastes absolutely delicious and you can feel the love that the chef has for the food made here, made with fresh ingredients too.The restaurant is always clean including the restrooms (which is not always the case at a lot of the restaurants these days).Our go to's are the:Makki di roti and saag (fingersmacking good)Chana Bhatura. Palak chaat, not on the menu. (sorry chef, i had to share this. Nestled on the back side of this retail Plex is a great find. I've taken several of my South Asian coworkers here and they all were impressed and continue to come back. I wouldn't dare claim to be an expert on Indian cuisine but I do make my own homemade paneer and kofta so I do appreciate the freshness here. I've come about a dozen times and service has always been attentive and quick. I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal here. All so fresh and flavorful you can't go wrong with whatever you order.

We were there for some family event. Being a big group of around 20 people still they were able to accommodate us. Food was great. They have big menu selection for appetizers and main course. Their makki ki roti and saag is a must try. Customer service was excellent.

Went tonight for dinner Ordered cheese paratha, paneer tikka masala and chaas. All are good, Very tasty and not so spicy. Sandeep my server knows me very well and she knows what I want as my drinks. They gave me free raita and free chai to go. Nice music and nice ambience. I'm a regular in this restaurant and will be back soon.

We were in the area and decided to check them out. It was Saturday evening and there was a huge line. We had to wait almost 30 mins for a table and looking at the crowd size I was excited assuming the food to be good. Ambiance is modern electric funky style. Menu is large and comparable to several other chaat restaurants in the bayarea. We got *Bhel thali: 3/5: they served the bhel first and it was a pitiable amount. Bhel itself was decent, nothing to complain about. The thali came with rice, roties, pappad, array of curries including dal, vegetables, paneer, yogurt and two varieties of desserts. I always get a thali to get a gauge of the skill level of the chef. All the items were just about average, nothing outstanding. *Noodles: 2/5: this was bad, no other way to describe it. They overdosed the noodles with chilli powder and it was impossible to eat it.*chana batura; 3/5: batura was decent but the chana curry was run down and very watery.

Wasn't a huge fan of either dish we ordered. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things.My friend and I came by for Monday dinner around 6:30 pm and it was pretty empty. The decor inside is nice with booths on both sides of the restaurant and tables in the middle.The restaurant is fully vegetarian, and the menu has a huge variety of options ranging from appetizers like samosa and chaat to various curries to Indo Chinese, etc. Instead of ordering from the regular menu, we chose to order from September specials. We shared:Mini cheese kulcha with amritsari chole ($14.99)Paneer pav bhaji ($14.99) Everything had a ton of butter/ghee on it. I could see a pool of ghee on top of the bhaji and the kulcha was super oily. I'm not a huge fan of overly oily foods, so right off the bat I was already put off by the food.Once I started digging in, I realized the bhaji was super bland, probably the blandest I've ever had. My friend and I regretted ordering it. I didn't eat much of the kulcha with the chole as the chole was a bit too spicy for me, but it at least had a bit more flavor than the bhaji.Neither of us were super impressed by the food. Probably won't be back.

Absolutely wonderful Indian spot my friend found while hunting for bhatura (offered here with a wide selection of breads). The monthly special shahi paneer and house signature dish were rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. Also enjoyed my mango lassi. High quality ingredients, lovely presentation, and accommodating service.

Excellent food and service. Sizzler Paneer tikka, Bhel and methi puri and ofcourse tadka daal Tastegreat. . Manager Sandeep Kaur has recommended Gurr (Chai) Tea and that was top of the line. Authentic and nice place for Vegetarian.Overall Ambient was great.
