US Chinese Food

I would recommend and probably the best Chinese spot in the whole Redwood City area I would recommend stop by lunch or dinner to grab a great meal. HOT AND FRESH DAILY

This place really likes to pack on the food which is great because you get more for your money! The chow mien tastes great but the rice is kind of bland. Next time, I'll only get the chow mien. The orange chicken was good and the beef broccoli was superior! The green bean chicken was supposed to be spicy but it didn't have much spice. The service was fast because I'm sure the line builds up quick. The restaurant was clean and plenty of seating inside. There is free small parking in the back of the restaurant.

My grandmother in at the hospital so we were looking for a place to eat and we came across this spot on Yelp and it was delicious. All the options we got were good, the amount was good for 2 meals and it was fast. Anyone who is at Stanford with a loved one take a break and come eat here it's soo good.

I love this place! The chow mein in my opinion is the best. Delicious every single time and the service is great. They are always super nice to me.

Better then Panda Express!As soon as had ny first taste it was very fresh and savory. I had Green Bean Beff, Sweat and Sour Chicken accompanied with rice and chow mein. The prices are better then Pandas express and the serving is way bigger...

Drove by this place & decided to try it out. It did not disappoint. Place was clean & bright. They literally packed the food in those containers. Love the chow mein noodles, the sweet & sour chicken & beef broccoli.

Not bad, portion is a lot, probably the most consistent and best dish will be the fried chicken wings! Not saggy, crispy and has flavor instead of greasy... definitely a must

3.5 stars if I could.We were looking for a place to get some fried rice for our granddaughter(who didn't want noodles that we already had) in the neighborhood and decided to go to US Restaurant. I always thought this was an interesting name for a chinese restaurant. There is a small parking lot behind this small corner restaurant. We got here around 12:30pm and the tray of fried rice and chow mein was piled high ready for the lunch crowd. There was a short line but it went fast. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my won ton soup which had a variety of vegetables (napa cabbage, carrots, green onions, celery, water chestnuts) in it. I can tell they have regulars going there based on the conversation the workers have with the customers. A customer said "We won't be back til day after tomorrow. We are going fishing tomorrow."There are alot of choices - surprisingly some of the dishes are spicy so we opted for the non-spicy items: broccoli beef and chicken with vegetables with fried rice (the 2 entree lunch for $9.29 which is not bad. They do charge .25cents for the sauce packets. (3 entrees is $10.79). The food is not bad - tasty, not too greasy in my opinion and the granddaughter gobbled up the fried rice. It's always a good thing when a picky toddler eats up her food.(I was disappointed they didn't have chow fun - the wide noodles).I am giving the following rating because the food was good but not great:4 stars for the two entree lunch with fried rice, broccoli beef, chicken w/veg3 stars for the won ton soup because I counted only 6 won tons which had little meat in it3 stars for the mongolian beef which was okay but not finished by family (Any dish that is completely finished by family means it was great) but I thought it was goodReasonable price for the food you get.

Large portions and amazing prices. Heavy plate of good food for like $10! Thank God for places like this. Most restaurants nowadays are overpriced for a small meal. Support this business!Panda Express but half the price and double the portions.
