I had tried Ume when this location first opened a few years ago. Back then, my experience wasn't great, but they've really improved their drink and pearl quality since then.I ordered the Sunset Rosé Latte which was really good. Tea was a still fragrant, the pearls were a good consistency and not too sweet.Everything inside is pink, with a few small tables to sit and enjoy the decor. Service is minimal as you order at the kiosk inside.

This store is super extra LOL, with the decorative pink cart outside, seasonal merch for sale, photo ops, etc. Cute!Order on one of two kiosks or with the cashier. Staff are courteous and efficient.TARO FRESH MILK W/PUDDING TARO (with boba, 50% sweet, no ice): Def on the sweeter side! Taro is good though. Boba is cooked and sweetened well.Could use a little TLC around the physical store... Pink accents and displays are scuffed and dirty. Tables/floor were not cleaned frequently between customers.

Sooo many selections of drinks and snacks and even meals! My go-to is usually the Mango Pomalo Sago, which can never miss. I love the interior, a few photo ops. Also, I LOVE how they always have giveaways!! Only con for me is that the snacks are a little bit small for a $10 price point. Worth trying, especially if you're in the area!!!

Ume tea is absolutely adorable!!! The shop is well kept and extremely well decorated! Everything is pink and bunny themed. I ordered my drinks via the tablet near the entrance. There was a good amount of people there. Parking was relatively easy, they have their own lot. What makes Ume Tea stand out is their surprise toys!

We ordered dinner & boba from the kiosk and had to wait more than 30 minutes to get our food. Our drinks ready in about 10 minutes but they got my matcha slush wrong. Instead of slush, they gave me iced (liquid), I complained about it and the cashier made me the correct drink.- peachy watermelon ice tea with crystal boba: refreshing tea with peach bites. Crystal boba are chewy and good- strawberry matcha slush with mochi: the strawberry gave the perfect sweetness to the matcha slush. I love Ume Tea, this location is very convenient for me and the employees are very friendly and fast!Parking can get crowded and hard to find during lunch rushes since theres a buffet next door but theres another plaza diagonally across you can park and walk over!I love their Sunset Rose ($6.25) so much and is my go-to drink. The 30% sweetness level for it is perfect and still enjoyable! They recently got like 3 small tables within the store. I'm not sure if there's wifi but if there was, it would definitely be a cute place to get some work done

I love pink, so this boba spot was sooo welcoming - along with the cute bunnies and bright lights. I was waiting to eat at a nearby restaurant and decided to grab boba (dessert) first, so Yelp took me here.Ordering is super easy, there are self-order kiosks off to the side upon entering. All of their drinks had some cute/interesting names. My drink came out in 5 min and a text notified me right away. I decided on the:Sunset Rose (Rose Milk Green Tea) with boba - 5/5. Total came out to about $7.40 for a large, pricey but expected + rose flavor was def there and the drink was creamy + the boba was right up my alley - chewy, flavorful, and still tasted good two hours after I first got it. Came here with couple of friends since we finished lunch early and our movie hasn't start yet. I got the lychee watermelon tea and I didn't like it. The lychee on the bottom tasted like rotten can lychee that's cut up into really tiny pieces that cannot be swallow.
