I'll be generous and give them a 3 stars. Ok food for food truck but no wow. My friends got sandwiches. One person liked it and the other one didn't. Fried chicken: decent portion for price. Wished it was more crispy. Came with bbq sauce that did not add much to flavor. Papaya salad: decent flavors. Felt like papaya strips was but too big. The julienne tomatoes and mango were a nice touch as well as basil. Not best papaya salad I've had but decent.

Very inefficient and sloppy operations. I waited almost an hour for some egg rolls and a chicken banh mi. When I finally got the items, they ended up giving me the pork banh mi instead.Lots of people around me were also experiencing issues with their order. One lady ordered fries and chicken wings. Only her fries came. She had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the chicken. Terrible experience.

Was decent at best. $12 for spaghetti with chicken and a packet of parmesan is hardly Asian fusion...

Ordered from food truck at recent festival in Los Gatos. The food was quite good but they charged me for a tip on their Square that I didn't authorize. If they do this regularly and people don't complain, they will just keep on doing it. And collecting cumulatively a lot of our money, unearned at best and stolen at worst.

This truck was at The Flea Garden Market I had chicken curry and the garlic noodle is so taste and taste real good. The people are so friendly I I recommend Tuk Tuk !

We waited 45 minutes for some egg rolls that were definitely frozen and not fresh. Sweet and sour sauce from a packet. For 12.00. Shut this roach coach down.

I had this last weekend at Bark in the Park event. It was good, quality of food was good, lacking a little flavor and side sauces but overall good was good!

I ordered food and it took them one hour to receive my food. I ordered wings and egg rolls. I tried to be patient but once I realized people who ordered food are getting food before me I know something was wrong. I asked about my order and they "claimed" they were going in order. That was clearly a lie and it was due to piss poor management on order tickets. I asked for a refund which they said "I got the wings not the eggroll"They gave me veggie egg rolls. Somehow they manage to mess that up. I suggest they learn how to take orders correctly.

I was really disappointed when I open my "Garlic noodles" to find chicken and spaghetti.Shows that management has no dedication to quality or authenticity, just after the maximum profit... Please get real noodles for your dishes...

Be wary of this truck. I was verbally told my total was $17 and was later charged $18.53 to my credit card.
